Do not order the house steak, it tasted as if it was boiled in salt water (it could well have been). Literally inedible, and I am not a fussy eater. The waiting staff were nice, slow service for food however.

Very poor service. After not been given a menu after 20 minutes of waiting we stood up and left. Waiters were rude and looked super annoyed by everything. If you don't like your job, change it and not take it out on the customers. If I could I would give them 0!

Your God wanted to start showing the country he first built to the new born Bistrinho Vasco da Gama, starting with Évora or Ebora as it was named by the Romans We got here to start 2025 in the Capital of Alentejo and after multiple tries and phone calls where your Avenger was ignored and started to fume, we got into one restaurant where the food outside was looking delicious. We waited for the new Bistrinho to arrive with their parents, and we got a seat inside the venue There we were and your little Bistro didn't poop for almost 48 hours, and that environment was perfect in his head, and one point in favour is that in the toiled there's a changing room, which made your Avenger completely go wild, and he wanted to be gender fluid by the time he hit the toilet just to check things out, fyi the last time he went to a female toilet was while he was married Later on, as the food arrived, everything was 5 star, bochechas de porco with migas, incredible, and the meat melted (your divorcee was telling stories when he was used to eat the same meat everyday) and the carne de porco also a beautiful dish. Though, by the time of the desert, the chocolate mousse, wasn't what we expected, some other ones were pretty good, but that one in particular we couldn't finish and we were 4. In conclusion, it would need just a better bread and soft cheese, and it would need a better chocolate mousse, and you know your Avenger's favourite desert, and the mother of bistrinho is Tiramisú , and they should be a must always

Very tasteful meat. The black pork was really good. The tomato salad was very nice, as well. The prices are cheap. Although the decoration of the plates could be better, we really enjoyed sitting outside and having a dinner in this place.

I believe they deserve solid 4 stars. I could not finish my dogfish soup because of the seasoning that I can’t stand but everything else that I tried was good enough. It’s a pretty busy place, by the way.

Repas is a traditional restaurant that serves typical food from the Alentejo region served in very generous portions. The staff is very friendly, but then most people from Alentejo are. I love the Ensopado de Borrego and the Bochechas de Porco Preto com migas.

Not many places open in Évora on Monday so we figured we would try this place as it generally has a lot of people sitting out. We have thoroughly enjoyed a lot of our meals in Portugal but this place was incredibly disappointing. The lamb stew was all fat and had huge soggy pieces of bread sitting on top. The dogfish stew was bland and also had the soggy bread. The service was poor and servers were rude. Not worth the money and would not recommend.

Very boring food, nothing special, was super unsatisfying. Would not come back again
