Repeal is a true gem out there! The vibe and decor are amazing. Great drinks and cool prohibition-era bartenders keep it consistent. Great music and popular crowd keep it busy while the bartender slings great cocktails and beers. Recommended!

I recently celebrated my birthday at this lounge and had an excellent experience. The owner was extremely helpful in coordinating the event and made the planning process very easy. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and treated with great care. The staff was professional, attentive, and ensured everything ran smoothly throughout the evening. The DJ truly elevated the night with a fantastic music selection that kept everyone enjoying themselves. My friends and I had a wonderful time, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. I highly recommend this lounge for anyone looking to host a special occasion or simply enjoy a great night out.

Get whisked away to another time and place at this Huntington prohibition-era themed bar near Main Street. Tasteful selection of beers and specialty cocktails. Friendly and fast service. Great music and cool seasonal decor.

Andres was amazing, what a great bartender. The drinks were on point, this man has to be the hardest working man I know. He totally went above and beyond!

Google
Had really high hopes for the bar. It's classy and cute, but the service was sketchy. My boyfriend had asked if he could order food and the manager told him to scan the QR code to order. It didn't work. Then I went up and said, "hi, are your orders closed? The app isn't working" and the same manager said "oh, you're supposed to order with me." I later tried to order a Gin Fizz, which I'm aware is a complicated drink, but it seemed like an upscale bar so I thought they might be able to make it. The manager said "as fun as that drink would be, it would take too long to perfect." She could have just told me she didn't have the egg yolk rather then just say she didn't want to make it- I was willing to pay for a nice drink. Final cherry on top was that the manager seemingly had a meltdown over how loud the rockband they hired was. She kept turning down their mics and no one could hear the vocals. And when the band did their raffle she made a scene and stormed over and turned them down while the band was announcing winners. It just left a bad taste in my mouth. The rest of the staff was perfect pleasant, I did notice most of them were young like they were in / or fresh out of college- which kind of spoke to the working dynamic there. It's a shame one person made my review bad. Wheather they were manager/owner I don't know - because otherwise I think this bar had a lot of potential.

Google
Great place to stop in for a break from reality. Amazing vibe and atmosphere. The music is at the right volume and style, with an eclectic blend of genres. And our barkeep made amazing drinks! The hot Toddy was exactly the drink to make you forget about the cold!! Also equally flavorful was the great pear of legs. Nice smooth flavor Then my drink was the East meets west it had a salted rim and some tajin so a complex flavor profile that changes with each sip. Finally Andres made an old fashion that had amazing punch to all the flavors !!!! Definitely his forte. Listen if this places isn’t packed out stop in and escape reality

Google
I’d hate to give 1 star overall because the bartenders were quick and the drinks were good. The dress code on the other hand is strictly enforced for certain people it seems, some people can wear PAJAMA PANTS sports jerseys and CROCS but my boyfriend was told to take his hat off even when OUTSIDE the establishment. I didn’t see white linens on the tables, or dried fruit garnishes in my drink so in my opinion I think their dress code is too high for the atmosphere of the bar and the image they are trying to portray ending with 3 patrons who were waiting for 5 more to feel unwelcomed and leave to go elsewhere

Google
Stopped in on 10/19 around 4:45 with my wife. Only 4 other patrons in the restaurant and bar. Sat for 15+ mins, the bartender with the longhair and clean shaven with the mustache did not even acknowledge us. Another lady shows up and sits next to us waiting to be helped and she was not helped either. Very very unprofessional behavior. We didn’t mind waiting- we were not acknowledged and the bar tender was lingering around the two female patrons that had previously ordered chatting it up. Time stamp provided for management/owners to cross check.

Yelp
I came here for Major League Trivia, which is always a blast!! I honestly prefer this venue over Industry, since the back beer garden area with the tables and stools is a perfect spot for trivia teams to hang out. The place itself is very nice and has a cool feel to it. It goes really far back and has two bars, with a little stage in the middle for local musicians and performers. In terms of the drinks they serve, they have a lot of good canned craft beer options (not sure what's on tap), that are served in a nice chilled glass. Their cocktails are very creative and taste delicious. My friends got an East meets West (Mezcal, mango puree, fresh lemon, basil simple syrup with tajin chili salt rim & basil leaf) and a Main Squeeze (Blood orange vodka, passion fruit nectar, aperol, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, thyme simple syrup topped with citrus foam & dried rose petals). The east meets west was really good, and the basil really complemented the mezcal in an unexpected way. The main squeeze was also really delicious and tasted like candy, except for a perplexing smokey aftertaste that we couldn't quite figure out. Overall though some very creative and potent cocktails that we definitely want to come back and try more of! My only issue was with how slow the service at the bar in the front was. I feel like those two cocktails shouldn't have taken 15 minutes to prepare (not an exaggeration). Maybe this is an issue with understaffing?

Yelp
Repeal XVIII Huntington, NY @repeal_xviii Repeal cocktail lounge and beer garden is an amazing spot in Huntington offering 2 rooms , each containing their own bar & an outdoor beer garden. During the week you will get the more laid back lounge vibe with it's cozy vintage and rustic atmosphere, along with fun games like giant jenga, cornhole, and pool. Friday and Saturday is more lively, with fun live bands followed by DJ's for dancing. The back room is the perfect spot to step away from the music, get a round of pool in, and watch the game on their large TV's & giant 14ft theatre screen! Beyond their back room is their awesome outdoor beer garden to get some fresh air. The back room & outdoor beer garden is the perfect place to host a private party or event, and they offer many catered food and bar options! Don't forget to get your photo taken at their photo booth, or a selfie on their indoor hanging porch swing! We absolutely loved it here and highly recommend it to all of you! This place offered an atmosphere to anyone's choosing and the cocktails were handcrafted and amazing! The "Astral Projection" took home 1st place for best cocktail of Long Island at the @nycocktailexpo event this past February! And of course the service was excellent! Follow us at @drinklongislandny on Instagram for full video review and more spots all across Long Island!

Yelp
We had my daughter's 40th birthday party last Saturday at this venue. The owner Michael , manager Olivia and bartender Andre were fabulous. Very easy to work with. Treated the party as if it was for their own family. They gave us a lot of choices as far as menu, drink packages and times for the event. The venue was perfect for our Gatsby theme but honestly would have been perfect for any theme. We ordered the food from one of their Vendors and it was beautifully displayed and delicious. The drinks were great as well, well crafted and a huge selection. Olivia ran the party and was very competent and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this space for your next event.

Elizabeth R.

Yelp
Drinks are okay but expensive. Bouncers are stuck up and snooty. They walk around correct men for a backwards hat????? I'd give 5 stars to the band Yesterdays News for being the only good part about the experience.

Morgan B.

Yelp
The atmosphere in this bar is top tier!! One of my go to local spots. Definitely look out for Michelle the bartender too. Super friendly and attentive!

Audrey K.

Yelp
Wow!!!! My husband and I hosted our daughter's surprise 30th birthday party last Saturday at Repeal XVlll. It was everything and more that we hoped it would be; and we were thrilled with the service, food and the incredible ambience of this establishment. The owner, Michael, was so easy to work with. Any questions we had were always responded to very quickly. The food that was brought in through this venue was out-of-this world. We actually discovered places in Huntington that we had never dined in before and we will now go to in the future based on the food we had at the party! The service was incredible, one bartender would see my husband and I with an empty glass and remedy the situation very quickly...it was unbelievable. Everyone at the party had a great time. This venue has such a cool vibe. I highly recommend this wonderful place if you want to have a special gathering whether its a milestone birthday or a welcome party for a wedding. I think you be so happy with your decision just like my husband and I were and most important, our daughter, the guest of honor LOVED her party!

Yelp
I really wanted to like this place, but I will never go back, and I feel the money I spent there was entirely wasted. My wife and I went here tonight during happy hour; it was empty, which should have been all the signal we needed. I ordered the 21st Amendment Mule (100% agave silver tequila house infused with fresh pineapple & chipotle pepper, with a touch of fresh lime juice, basil simple syrup & ginger beer garnished with infused pineapple & basil leaf). My wife ordered a spicy margarita, which was not on the special menu. After a few minutes, I received my drink, but the bartender said he needed to go in the back to get jalapeño for the wife's drink. This was, of course, not a problem. What was a problem was when the bartender made drinks for a party of 5 that came in before going to get the jalapeño for my wife's drink. We contemplated leaving at that point given that it had been 10 min since I received my drink, but decided to stay. Next, the bartender told us that they had no jalapeños. I thought this shouldn't be a problem given that my drink was supposed to have Chipotle-infused tequila (presumably spicy, right?). The fact that the bartender was seeking a jalapeño at all should have been the second sign. My wife pivoted to ordering the Lucky Luciano (House infused cucumber gluten free vodka, fresh lime, simple syrup, club soda, cucumber, salt & pepper). This drink came to us a few minutes later, but by that time, my drink had been there for almost 15 minutes. This all would have all been fine if the drinks were any good. They were not. My drink did not taste like tequila in the slightest, certainly not spicy pepper infused tequila. I feel very confident in saying that this bar does not have Chipotle- infused tequila despite their drink menu's description. The overpowering flavor was simply ginger beer and lime. My wife's drink honestly tasted like rotten cucumber and lime. It was not good. At all. I'm guessing the cucumber infusing in that vodka were very old. Assuming the drinks were what they purported to be, the prices ($13) would have been more than reasonable. The atmosphere in the bar was a cool, dark, speakeasy vibe. Looked cool. But 100%, we will never step foot in there again. There are too many better options for mixed drinks in Huntington. Prime, Crabtree's, Shed, just to name a few. I'm not necessarily blaming the bartender. I just don't think the management equipped him with the products he needs to do his job. I personally worked in restaurants for over 10 years and bartended for 5. My wife worked in restaurants as well. I take no joy writing this review. Again, I really wanted to like this place, but it was a very disappointing experience.

Yelp
Still the best cocktails in Huntington... This time I tried the superlative Honey Nut Old Fashioned and it was a definite wow.
google avatar

Justin M.

Yelp
We stopped at this bar for a drink while visiting family in Huntington. It had a casual, friendly bar vibe, with a slightly older crowd. There was a band playing that evening, so they do have live music, however, we left before they started playing. The bartenders were friendly and welcoming. Overall, the drinks were just so so. I ordered one of their pumpkin seasonal cocktails, and despite watching the bartender shake it, it arrived looking unmixed. The mixture just wasn't great as it was separating on its own. My wife got their version of a French 75. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either, again, just so so.
google avatar

Frank G.

Yelp
The setup of the place is really cool. I just don't get the tie of Halloween and prohibition... it's also pretty cramped. When I was there, there were only 2-3 bartenders helping a packed out bar...Service was pretty slow, staff wasn't that friendly, and not so professional. I would say that the drinks and shots are a tad overpriced, but tap beer is on point and fairly priced. As for food. They have "bar snacks" I wouldn't call them snacks. My friends and I got the mini hotdogs and mac & cheese bites. Both were close to inedible and totally not worth the $9 I also checked in with Yelp and receive a $3 off coupon to which they blew off and said "oh no that's only for happy hour" which it says nowhere on the coupon. If you're in Huntington I would skip this place. There are so many other places worth going to.

Yelp
Wow ! Came here on a Sunday night and it was awesome! Meaning empty and the whole place was to ourselves. Its is huge inside and we were so excited it was game night.! They have a pool table / jenga and a bunch of other games. Our bartender was cool and made amazing drinks. I got the French and then the Vanilla Bathtub drink that just sounds amazing ! Oh yaaa they also have a swing inside

Yelp
Repeal is a very well-decorated fun place. The drink menu alone is enough for me to go back for! The vibe is the prohibition era. The DJ played something for everyone. I went to a private party so I can't comment on service at the moment. If you want to have a good time make sure you go to Repeal! Enjoy!

Peter D.

Yelp
Stop in after dinner at another restaurant to hear some live music. The band was great, fun night.

Alyssa D.

Yelp
Absolutely love Repeal! My sister had her 40th birthday in the back room that has a beautiful beer garden that is outdoors. We stuck around for the band after the party ended, hung out and danced much longer then we anticipated being out! Was really a great venue overall and good crowd. The manager Olivia was amazing and took good care of us, Aaron was our bartender and he was fantastic! Great place for a party, excellent staff, creative cocktails. Definitely go for the live band!!
google avatar

J P.

Yelp
Was there last month. First off the place is soooooooooo dark. I felt bad for the band setting up. I asked for a drink and barmaid acted as if I was bothering her. I can see why its always empty.

Alexa M.

Yelp
I just had my college graduation party here and it was an amazing experience. The staff was super helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend. The food was also absolutely amazing. The bartenders were also awesome. Amazing space for private events.

Kevin R.

Yelp
Wouldn't let us in because our friend had on sweatpants. We'd been here before and he wore the same pants. He had a nice shirt on though. Just pathetic to turn down a group of 7 people willing to spend money. Every other bar in Huntington let us in.
google avatar

Amber E.

Yelp
Cool prohibition vibe. Good, hand-crafted cocktails, and experienced bartenders. Live music on the weekends. We had a passionfruit tequila drink that was really good, and one with a cool foam top, I think called Giggle Juice (not on the menu), that was really good. Totally recommend. Tried two drinks: (1) the Mezcal Dragon Foam - Mezcal, dry curacao, ginger root simple syrup, lime juice topped with dragon fruit coconut orange blossom foam garnished with dehydrated lemon & mint sprig - wow; gorgeous, and delicious! And then (2) The Goon Passionfruit - tequila (or you can opt for spirit of your choice), Passion Fruit, Lime juice, Aperol, Amaretto, Dry Curacao, shaken with muddled strawberries and garnished with strawberry & Mint sprig. Wow! Amazing. Check it out.

Yelp
Great atmosphere and drinks! I really enjoy going here. Last time they didn't serve food but I think they do now and it would be awesome if it was true.

John O.

Yelp
Bouncer told me I had to be 25, and then said I had to be 23 but let all the 22 yr old girl friends in?? Make up your mind and stop making the rules up on the spot? thanks?
google avatar

Alice L.

Yelp
Pleasantly surprised on a Friday night. Perfect old fashion sweet and tart with Basil Hayden. Great garden space with a small pool table- live music and dancing! A beautiful night cap!

Matt D.

Yelp
If you're not dressed for a wedding, go elsewhere. This bar, neatly tucked in the heart of Huntington has recently decided to play fashion police and refused entry to patrons for otherwise normal evening attire. Are you a male with a hat? You're not allowed in. Are you a female with the exact same hat? Step right up! Do your pants have more than the normal amount of pockets? Better go home and change! Is your v neck t shirt too deep? Sorry boss, can't come in. BUT if you happen have a set of visible breasts and two X chromosomes, you're first in line girl! Essentially, if you're wearing anything other than business or formal attire, you'll not only be criticized by the door staff who are repeating the words of the owner, you won't be let in. My friend was lambasted by the security guard who insisted he was wearing sweatpants (denim cargo pants) and refused to allow us into the bar. In other instances, I have seen men denied entrance because of a hat, but a corral of women in hats permitted to enter. Strange how that works! In our requests to speak with the owner or manager, we were told to "call him" as if that were a viable option. Let me just grab his number from my imaginary Rolodex and phone him up! Trying to see the positive side and patronize a local business, this has turned into some sort of power trip by the owners who quite frankly, seem to turn away thousands of dollars in patrons night after night. It makes you wonder based on the other reviews how this place meets their numbers if nobody is allowed in and the staff pays as little attention to you as possible. I wonder if the drinks are watered down to increase margins to offset the lack of customers allowed in. Makes you think. Oh and the kicker? This was HALLOWEEN WEEK. Imagine that! "Hey let's promote the holiday! Come in dressed up and see all the decorations we have up. And the costumes! But not the costumes with cargo pants. Or sweatpants. Or shirts that aren't specifically in the taste of the owner. OR anyone from any movie, show, or pop culture figure/character who has ever worn a hat in character. But make sure to look at all the decorations that include those elements from the sidewalk as you're lambasted by security. I promise we're such a cool bar once you get in!!!!!!!!!!!". But hey, just listen to their website and "Don't just read about us, come on in and enjoy the ambiance and a cocktail!" I guess do that -- that's IF you're deemed worthy of entrance. In sum, there are phenomenal staff members, more room, better prices and MUCH better atmospheres in virtually any other Huntington village bar than this one. And you might actually be let in to enjoy it!

Tom G.

Yelp
A cool bar just off the main Huntington strip which attracts a smaller but still sizable crowd. Drinks are decent and staff is friendly and generally pretty attentive. Bar area is a little narrow, but plenty of space in the back to hangout and dance should you so choose, they have either have DJs or bands play on most weekends. If you're looking to get out and party a bit, but don't want to deal with the insanity of the more popular bars around, this a great option.
google avatar

Mariah L.

Yelp
Fun place to go on Fridays and Saturdays to let loose with friends. DJ plays great music all night until 3am, sometimes 4am. Bartenders at the front bar, are beyond experienced and friendly. Also very easy on the eyes. Drinks taste good and it's not difficult to get a drink at the front or the back of the place. The back bar is a bit more relaxed. It has TVs and pool tables. There's also an outside patio for the smokers. Dress nice and act right or access might be denied at the door. Always a great time when I go. This review is for Friday and Saturday nights. Haven't been there on any other day yet.
google avatar

Ricky V.

Yelp
Vibe was ok. Drinks just ok they charged for a big ice cubes which is nonsense. Im not going back for overpriced drinks then up charging for ice on top.
google avatar

Luigi L.

Yelp
Good drinks in a mellow setting. I loved our bartender. He was friendly and knows his cocktails.

Debbie O.

Yelp
One of the few places in Huntington with life music. The bands are typically good. However, the service was horrible. The bar was not crowded. We waited for a drink when we first arrived for at least 10 minutes while 3 bartenders talked amongst themselves and texted. When someone they knew came in they greeted them. We finally had our drinks and waited longer, trying to order another. Again we were ignored when we asked for another, as the 3 bartenders huddled together on their phones. We actually had to flag them down just to get a check. All 3 were completely oblivious. As a lifelong resident of this town, I found this behavior rude and unprofessional. We would have stayed longer bringing more revenue to this establishment had we not been ignored.

Yelp
Was working in HV, it was a beautiful evening when I got out, so I roamed around and found Repeal XVIII, I had heard of it & wanted to try & here I was!!!! Happy hour!!!! Stopped in, full stocked bar, friendly young lady tending the bar $5 specials ordered a glass of Cab and I was happy!!!! Loved it!!!! The vibe was cool, yeah the speakeasy theme but I loved it!!! I will go back for sure

Yelp
Love it when for a nightcap after my bday dinner . Had so much fun . They have this cute little photo booth that we hogged all night

Sydney K.

Yelp
If you are looking for the perfect space for an event, look no further! I had my 24th birthday in the back room and it was AMAZING. Michael and Olivia were super easy to work with and very accommodating. Aaron the bartender was a HIT amongst my friends, and he did an amazing job. Overall this is the perfect place to have an event and I will be reccomending to anyone looking in the future
google avatar

Aanchal K.

Yelp
I LOVE speakeasies and prohibition vibes and this is just that! On google it comes up at P&Q's but it's actually Repeal. We went in not really knowing what to expect but we're so happy we went! The place is MASSIVE - with a lounge, pool table + beer garden in the back! When you enter, you see small tables with like checker boards under the glass, and then the massive bar. Walking pass the bar, there's more space to sit and hang out, a swing and even a Photo Booth. Behind that is the lounge + garden. Now - the bartender John Kraft is an AMAZING bartender. We all had 3 different drinks from him - our first drink was off the menu then the next two were ones he thought of based on what we like. I started with the crusader's movement (vodka) and it was amazing. I think that may have been my favorite one but honestly they were all so freaking good I can't even tell you! The next one was their cucumber house vodka mixed with a lot of great things and if I remembered what was in it I'd tell you - I think it was mixed with Violet de crem but I might be wrong. I don't even remember the last drink's name but I think he named it the scorpio cancer because Zodiacs duh! It had the orange botanical kettle vodka, lots of other great things, a spritz of rose water and garnished with orange peel and basil. Everything here is amazing and I say order what you like and also stay for a bit, and let John make you a speciality handkrafted cocktail (his last name is Kraft and I'm trying to be witty) ALSO ALSO ALSO Their Pineapple Chipotle Pepper infused Tequila is AMAZING. We took shots and didn't need any chasers. SO freaking good!

Yelp
The cocktails here are top notch! The bartenders here are top notch! They know how to make some high quality cocktails. The live music on a Friday night was awesome. My husband and I were truly enjoying our time here. However, at 9:22 P.M., the vibe was killed. The security dude made a point to come up to my husband after we were on our second round of drinks to tell him that his backwards hat was no longer welcome in their establishment. He reluctantly complied and conformed to their new pop-up rule. We weren't aware that the feds monitored hat wear during the prohibition era as well. . Unfortunately, this little interaction persuaded us to leave instead of staying for another round.

Yelp
I just had my 60th birthday at Repeal and we had such a great time! The back room is super cool and the access to outside is perfect. It was amazing that you could hear our playlist because the excellent band out front was loud. They must have invested well in the sound system and soundproofing. I am very particular and there were a few slight glitches at the beginning but the party was perfect! Everyone who attended texted me the next day about how great it was! I can't even imagine how fantastic it is when the weather is nice. Michael and Aaron were both awesome. I would highly recommend Repeal for a party and will for sure be there for Happy Hour soon!

Yelp
We went last Saturday for the first time, we were pleasantly surprised. Good vibe in there even though it was an older crowd. The band was great and so was the service. We only had drinks so can't comment on the food but we will definitely go back !
google avatar

John A.

Yelp
Way too overpriced, hipster and pretentious. They just changed over from the failed speakeasy concept and now they are trying to pair Prohibition with dance and hip hop. We went on a Sunday night and it was deserted and they were blasting hip hop. They charged a $3 "prep: on the rocks" for two giant cocktail ice cubes. The bar tender was nice and the drinks tasted good, but not a vibe we wanted to stick around for.

Melissa B.

Yelp
Minimum on the card is $25 but there are no signs behind the bar indicating that, and the bartenders don't let you know until you hand them your card having already poured or made your drink. I got one beer and didn't have cash. The bartender could've easily closed me out as a courtesy, but ended up using their ATM with a $3.50 convenience fee. Smh. A notice on the minimum would be a nice heads up for all!

Chelsea D.

Yelp
terrible bar with cheap owners. NEVER purchase an open bar from them.. they will promise you decent liquor then hide the labels and offer you disgusting liquor. Cheap cheap cheap

Anthony R.

Yelp
Amazing time this weekend at Repeal XVIII! After hearing about this prohibition themed cocktail lounge and seeing their Halloween decorations on social media, a group of us decided to visit from Babylon. We were greeted by security who had just turned away a group of underage young kids, this made us feel good walking in. The crowd was mature & classy, making us feel more comfortable being that we are all in our thirties. The staff was super friendly and cocktails were awesome! We stayed for the live band and some of the live DJ. We absolutely loved the vibe and decor! No place like this around! If you're looking for a fun, mature atmosphere with good music and cocktails do not skip out on this place!! PS if you are big into Halloween their decorations are top notch
google avatar

Leher K.

Yelp
We had a great time here. The cocktails were fun and innovative. The bartender John was awesome. Made us feel like we were the only ones there even tho there were a lot of people being served. We got a tour of the space, great food recommendations near by, and some cool concoctions that weren't on the menu. Looking forward to coming here again!

Janice D.

Yelp
I recently had a party in their private back room. I can't say enough about how great everything was. From the planning stage to the end of the party, I didn't have to worry about anything. It was raining so we couldn't use the beer garden but it ended up not being a big deal at all. The staff was wonderful and the food was great. Everyone had a great time! I would highly recommend having a party there and I will definitely be back.
google avatar

Rob T.

Yelp
Stopped by here for the first time last Saturday night for pre-dinner drinks and I am most gratified we did. What a great space to come and have a drink. We really got a kick out of the false garage wall entrance and it's "speakeasy" atmosphere. Where the hell else can one find a Gin Rickey on a drink menu anymore? The cocktails were superbly executed and well worth the $12 per drink price tag. I'm hearing a lot of complaints about this, but this is what one would expect to pay for a fine cocktail made with top grade ingredients and boutique-style spirits. Hellfire bitters, mescal, and fresh lime juice?? I'm in! The space itself is pretty sleek. Dim lighting, sofas, and soothing live entertainment makes for a romantic setting and a great place to bring a date. Would definitely return here if in the area for a pre or post dinner drink. Top notch! Highly recommend..

Yelp
Went to P's & Q's on Saturday as part of the Huntington Social Bar Crawl for Halloween. You think that they would have been ready at 4, but didn't open and let us in until 4:20. When we finally got served at the bar they filled our beers halfway. (Any freshman in college knows how to pour a bud light) Decided to order a shot of vodka afterwards (poured this halfway too) Anyway 20 minutes later they ran out of the beer and most of the crowd walked out. Probably wouldn't go back.

Yelp
Decoration and ambiance has such a fun vibe. Celebrated my 40th in the private outdoor area and has a 90s throwback party. Mike made the planning process seamless especially since I live in Texas and had to plan my party remotely. Leading up to the event, all details were easy to navigate and make changes, We had the flatbreads during the party and they were delish. The bartender was super fun and everyone loved the vibe. Security was on point making sure the general public didn't enter my event since they could hear the great music and saw everyone having such a great time. Thanks again for such a good experience,

Yelp
I would give a rating of more than 5 stars if I could!!! We hosted a fundraiser at Repeal XVIII this week and Mike, the owner, and his staff truly exceeded our expectations! Mike is patient and attentive and you can tell he truly loves what he does. His staff is so sweet and helpful...They all made sure everything ran smoothly! I cannot wait to go back and will for sure host another event at Repeal XVIII!

Yelp
Amazing spot! We had my husbands 40th birthday at Repeal a few weeks ago. Dealing with the owner Mike was a pleasure, he made the planning & coordinating go smoothly and helped my vision come to life. We had the back room/beer garden area closed off for our guests and boy did we have a blast! Our bartender was attentive and had all of our drinks down. We stayed for the live band afterwards which was so much fun. If you're looking for a private space or just a fun night out don't skip Repeal!

Yelp
Would not recommend. The owner was not only rude to the party members who rented out the back room, but was extremely rude to his workers. The bartender was very nice and helpful yet he cursed her out in front of several people for no reason. It was evident he is an inexperienced owner, and truly a shame because the bar has a lot of potential. Will not be going back

Yelp
It's such a shame because this bar has potential to be something good, but the owner is the most disrespectful person I've ever encountered. We had rented the back room for an open bar. The owner, Mike, sent a text the day before saying it was "$25 a person non alcohol package", but when our friends arrived they were told they had to pay $55 dollars for an open bar when they were not going to drink. I showed Mike the text we had from him and he claimed he never said that (we have screenshots). He kept saying to us "what don't you understand it's an open bar." Extremely rude and a liar.

Yelp
Out right disgusting! What a gross establishment. My bet is they are going out of business soon. Was at a fundraiser there last night, NO AIR CONDITIONING. they were washing (dipping) the glasses in gross water to clean them, Where was the Health Department? A friend had to send her wine back, it was rancid. I'll never step foot in there again!

Yelp
I LOVE this bar! Love the area in the back to play pool. Love the festive decorations (can't wait to see what's in store for Christmas after seeing Halloween). Loved the awesome drink John the bartender made me, the Boozehound, that he explained used the sense is smell from the rosewater to make the drink even more of a desirable experience. Loved that the owner came over to say hello and made sure we were having a good time. Loved the overall atmosphere of the place. One of the more sophisticated, yet comforting bars in Huntington Village. I have to go back to get my Boozehound! This is a true cocktail lounge with its own talented mixologists.
