Reposado Bar & Lounge

Absolutely everything has to be ordered from the bar, which slows everything down A LOT. They take your order, you pay them, and then they have to make your drinks while the line behind you grows... and grows. More than likely you've been waiting so long that you think, "Jeez, I better order more so I don't have to come back in line again soon." Probably the owner's strategy here. Even food orders must be taken at the bar. I ordered a trio of their meat-based tacos, all came dressed the way they are (no option for additional salsa), and for some reason all three were dripping water/liquid from the ingredients... the bottom of each cardboard tray was filled with it, so that each taco got soggier and soggier. So disappointing. I had a blood-orange margarita, which was okay, but nothing spectacular. I switched to their draft beers, which were good. I guess the night was saved by the live band they had, who were quite good. With all the other options in this neighbourhood, they need to step up their game and maybe hire a few servers. Not sure I'll be back.

I visited here on a weekday and I really enjoyed my time. The bartenders were sweet and polite, and the live band was quite entertaining. Generally, I loved the atmosphere. The pricing is okay too

I visited reposado this weekend for their live music night, and it was amazing. The band is very good and talented! I also had a reposado marg, and a Paloma and both cocktails were delicious! Amazing spot for date night 🌹

We stopped by to try cascabelbbq. We ordered the chicken, chorizo, beef brisket, pork belly tacos and the charcoal grilled shrimp. I would have to say that the tacos were okay.. none of them really stood out to me unfortunately but the grilled shrimp was perfecttttt! Shrimp usually makes me itchy whenever I eat it but I did not get an allergic reaction at all. The charcoal flavour was perfect without being overpowering and the aquachile sauce just complimented the shrimp so well! Even though they already tasted amazing on their own. Just a bit of constructive criticism: the tortilla chips that came with the plate were sooooo hard. It took me and my partner forever to chew and shallow :/ it also felt a little weird tipping as well when most things were self serve except for when the food is brought to you. We didn’t order any alcohol this time but I mostly saw people wait at the bar for their drinks and then bring them to the tables themselves. I do think the prices are a little high but maybe understandable because of the location and rent, we order didn’t guac + chips but i saw people ordering it, I feel like if you’re going to charge $15, you should definitely make the portions a little bigger. If you’re like me and got intrigued to check out cascabelbbq, definitely order the charcoal shrimps!

I went there on a Friday night with friends and had a positive experience. Great atmosphere and location, the place is small but there is a very nice covered patio at the back; the food was very good, I ordered chicken tacos & guacamole with tortilla chips, there is also a good selection of cocktails and beers. You can only order food & drinks at the bar, they'll give you your drink and a number that the server will need when they'll bring food to the table. Around 9:30 pm there is live jazz performance at the front (beside the entry door) and if you are on the patio you won't be able to hear any live music. I would definitely recommend this place.

Varia was an amazing bartender - she not only made us incredible margaritas but she also educated us with a custom tequila flight. I will definitely be recommending to friends!

Great bar with excellent Margs, delicious empanadas and fantastic live music. The band on Tuesday plays brilliant surf rock.

Cozy bar with live music and great atmosphere. Friendly bartender and a large roofed patio at the back. Perfect spot for coming alone or with someone. Its also quite beautiful with old wooden mouldings etc Nice feature is a washroom on the same level as the bar :) Enjoy
