I paid £85 for what was meant to be a special gift, but the service quality was extremely poor. Most of the images came out so dark that they’re barely visible. For such a high price, I expected at least a basic quality check, something as simple as a quick test print would have shown the problem and allowed it to be fixed.
When I raised the issue, they didn’t even apologise. Instead, they blamed me for sending “dark images,” which is absurd since as a customer, I obviously couldn’t have known how they would print.
The result: an expensive gift ruined and money completely wasted. They were initially available and helpful given my urgency, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place (to be precise, is their sister company City Binders).
