The window suggests you can pay wirelessly — but you can't. Of course they only tell you after you've received your order. If you don’t have Czech cash, they’ll charge you in euros with an 8% markup over the Google exchange rate. And just when you think you’re done, they inform you they don’t accept euro coins, only banknotes. How outrageous can it get. This was my only bad experience in the Czech Republic, and I felt compelled to warn others. Shame on you. By the way, the coffee was not even hot, at best mediocre.
Reply: the picture was taken on the date of the incident 18 October 2025. If my review, led to taking of the misleading sign, it already was a success in protecting future customers. It is a pity however, that you not simply admit your fault and say you rectified it in the aftermath, instead of insinuating I drive 500 kilometres (as a German tourist) to take a fake picture, driving back into the past? Very plausible explanation, which tells me a lot about your integrity and intentions.
