Republica coffee

I’ve been to this café three times, and the coffee is really good. It’s not your typical coffee shop. They serve regular coffee, but the food is also delicious! Every time I come, I order the same thing. One cup of coffee is a bit small for me, so I usually need two. The price isn’t cheap, but I’m very satisfied with the coffee and food here. They put a lot of effort into everything. I’ll keep coming back. As long as I’m in Karlovy Vary and have a day off, I’ll come here to enjoy the food and coffee One thing I don’t like is that sometimes, even when I’m sitting upstairs, I can still smell smoke. It would be even better if there were no smoke

I was longing for something cool to drink. Their Iced Latte was the perfect antidote. My wife tried their Matcha Latte and it was amazingly smooth. Their honey cake was simply the perfect complement to our drinks. Nice ambience; nice staff.

Found this spot online before coming to Karlovy Vary. Delicious breakfast, amazing coffee but everything was spoiled by the most rude barista. He barely spoke to us and gave the worst attitude like we came to his house and woke him up.

Oh it was so nice to finally find something with both good breakfast options and amazing coffee. Atmosphere here is also pretty cozy - I liked their playlist. Place seems pretty popular between locals as well. We had their benedict with curry hollandaise - not your classic benedict, but it was quite good. I’d definitely recommend you to try their desserts, we had pavlova and tiramisu - both were heavenly amazing.

Great place to start your morning in Karlovy Vary. Coffee and service was excellent. Vegan shakshuka was good too. My only suggestion would be to add some protein element to the Shakshuka as it felt a bit empty otherwise no complaints.

Delicious food, excellent coffee. Every ingredient was fresh and everything was made with care. Staff is amazing. 100% would recommend.

Nice vibe, big place with outdoor sitting. Coffee is alight but a bit too milky for my taste, which is quite the case everywhere here.

Always our first point to visit if we are in Karlovy Vary.. Love that style and the Chia-Pudding is amazing <3

Amazing Coffee, friendly place , nice place to chill. Some notes on the area of coffee preparation, its exposed to the customers, hygiene can be improved.

Young and very friendly staff, very nice service. Pop-culture dream, with very nice atmosphere. Only thing that struck me at first was that the Coffe is self served. Otherwise decent coffe. My personal recommendation is "Mrkváč" witch is carrot and cream cake.

In this area no where else do you go and get the treatment you do here. Staff is overwhelming welcome and friendly, everything Is homemade, even the yogurt! They do their own roasting which you can watch, and during the holidays they will do Santa leaf art on your latte or cappuccino. I got a latte, excellent quality for 60 crowns and a homemade croissant for 30. A bit steep maybe but for the area I don't think it is unusual. The location in right on one of the main colonnades so it's well connected. The space is a good size, has an upstairs and counter spots, plenty of outlets to keep connected as well as free wifi. If wifi is your only reason to go here though beware- it isn't very strong you may have to ask for it to be reset. Otherwise a nice, clean, comfy spot in the direct center to experience some awesome coffee grinds and homemade treats.

Place was awesome, came here after a long journey, awesome coffee and tasty cake! Was exactly what I needed :)

My boyfriend and I ended up here accidentally. We loved it! I ordered a cappuccino, and my boyfriend had a latte. The coffee was so delicious and milky just how I like it. It was cozy and the staff super friendly! We will for sure come back if we are ever in Karlovy Vary again.
