Stay far away!!!! ||This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. While I agree with other reviewers about the hotel trying to take advantage of customers financially, my concerns go even further.||Within just a few days, we had to change rooms three times. The air conditioning in the first room stopped working on the second day. The second room had a horrible odor that smelled like a street soaked in urine. I actually asked the staff when the carpets were last cleaned. The smell was so strong it could be noticed in the hallways.||After complaining, the hotel offered to split up our family into two very small rooms while we waited for a larger one to become available. This was far from ideal, but we accepted it and went out to explore the city. When we returned, we were shocked to find that the staff had moved our belongings from the small rooms to a new room without asking for our permission. This is completely unacceptable. No one has the right to handle our personal belongings without consent. Had they communicated with us, we would have been more than willing to move everything ourselves.||We asked to speak with a manager, only to find out there was no manager on site on a Friday evening or Saturday morning. That lack of oversight is deeply concerning.||I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. If the smell of urine and poor service are not your idea of a vacation, then this is not the place for you.||The only positive aspect of our stay was one exceptional housekeeper who was kind, professional, and clearly dedicated to her job. It is unfortunate that someone so hardworking has to work in a place where management seems completely disengaged. She deserves so much better.
