Republica Hotel Yerevan

A nice, compact, and clean hotel near Republic Square. The rooms are clean and nice, and the breakfast service, although compact, was amazing and very delicious. It doesn't have a big lobby, but it's good. The rooms aren't very big either, but I loved it. There was a blackberry cheesecake for breakfast, which I loved.

This is a well-deserved 4 star hotel. The room was excellent and the entire facility was spotless. The front desk personnel and dining room personnel were top notch. Not to mention everyone else we encountered. Avag, the Sales Manager, was a true pleasure to meet. He helped immensely and made our stay all the more pleasant. The breakfast included omelets to order, but they always had an excellent selection of foods. We did not try their lunch/dinner offerings, but I did see their restaurant on a top 10 list of restaurants for the city. The location can't be matched in that if you're located within the circular road, then everything is nearby. We were impressed with the promptness of the staff and their professionalism. I've been to 5 star hotels, but Republica is top notch and met any and all our needs. We highly recommend this Hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Republica Hotel in Yerevan. The staff put in a lot of effort and made us feel very welcome. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, and we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel’s restaurant is also a beautiful place to enjoy a meal, adding even more to the overall great experience.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, the staff were delightful, Mane welcomed us at the front desk and was of a great help the whole time. Everyday we would sit at the restaurant, where we met Georgette, the sweetest lady with the best attitude and smile, even when asked things that were not part of her job at the restaurant she would help us with all her power ! Would 100% come back again.

We stayed at this hotel and had coffee and breakfast outside in the hotels café. Our waitress Kristina was amazing. She went over the top and welcomed us from the moment we walked in to our final sip of coffee. Very attentive and friendly. It made our experience memorable

Stay far away!!!! ||This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. While I agree with other reviewers about the hotel trying to take advantage of customers financially, my concerns go even further.||Within just a few days, we had to change rooms three times. The air conditioning in the first room stopped working on the second day. The second room had a horrible odor that smelled like a street soaked in urine. I actually asked the staff when the carpets were last cleaned. The smell was so strong it could be noticed in the hallways.||After complaining, the hotel offered to split up our family into two very small rooms while we waited for a larger one to become available. This was far from ideal, but we accepted it and went out to explore the city. When we returned, we were shocked to find that the staff had moved our belongings from the small rooms to a new room without asking for our permission. This is completely unacceptable. No one has the right to handle our personal belongings without consent. Had they communicated with us, we would have been more than willing to move everything ourselves.||We asked to speak with a manager, only to find out there was no manager on site on a Friday evening or Saturday morning. That lack of oversight is deeply concerning.||I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. If the smell of urine and poor service are not your idea of a vacation, then this is not the place for you.||The only positive aspect of our stay was one exceptional housekeeper who was kind, professional, and clearly dedicated to her job. It is unfortunate that someone so hardworking has to work in a place where management seems completely disengaged. She deserves so much better.

A special thanks to Ms. Sona, whose warm hospitality made a lasting impression—she graciously upgraded one of our rooms and arranged complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off, adding a personal touch that we deeply appreciated.||She is truly a gem and a great asset to Republica. The entire hotel staff was courteous and efficient, making our stay smooth and enjoyable.|Sincerely appreciate all the thoughtful gestures—and most of all, the pleasure of meeting Ms. Sona in person.|You made our stay truly memorable.

She went above and beyond by assisting us in booking our tickets to the ballet, and her extensive knowledge about the area provided us with valuable insights that truly enriched our trip. She is beyond amazing! The hotel is very lucky to have her! All the staff at the Republica Hotel are amazing and provide exceptional customer service.
