I really wanted to love this experience, but I cannot say I did. After the fix-it-all facial ($350), I guess I was expecting my skin to look absolutely amazing. Besides the "glow" that everyone talks about, which is natural after having 7 different products and serums put into your skin, I can't say my skin looks any different than when I do my own regimen of double cleansing, exfoliating, masks, toners, serums, creams, etc. I will say the microcurrents effect looked nice immediately afterward, but it didn't look much different once I was home. My pores didn't look smaller like I've seen with other facials, and there was no change in any of my concerns - pigment, dark spots, stubborn under-the-skin pimples I can't get rid of. Now, I know pigment and dark spots take time, but I could literally get the same results I got today by microneedling at home (which I usually do but haven't in a while) and sticking to my strict cleaning regimen. Microdermabrasion is really such a waste of money. I still have several clogged pores, and my skin still looks dull and uneven. I still have these deep under-the-skin pimples, and overall, I just don't look like I spent almost $400 on treatment. I will say the woman I checked out with was very lovely and not pushy about buying products, though I was surprised by some of the products recommended for me because they were different from what I discussed with the aesthetician. As for the aesthetician, she was fine. That's all I can really say. She wasn't rude but wasn't exactly warm or engaging which is something I really enjoy during treatments. I asked questions, and she would respond so fast or mumble, and I'd have to ask what, and it seemed as though I was annoying her. I was lying there thinking to myself, "Wow, this woman truly hates me"! Again, she wasn't bad; it just seemed like she was there to just do her job, and the client rapport was not a concern. I don't think I will ever return here for a treatment as there are other places where the treatments are just as good but the ambiance and that welcoming feeling are equally important to the establishment. I like leaving a place thinking, "I can't wait to come back here and see the same aesthetician next time."
