Residence by Vestibul Palace

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights and had the most amazing time in Split, there is not enough superlatives to describe the city and surronding areas. We were warming greeted by Tina on arrival after a tranfer arranged by the apartment for us from the airport. She swiftly checked us in and were shown to our gorgous 2 bedroom apartment. 1 bedroom is ensuite and the other one uses the main bathroom, there is also a sofa bed for an additional person if required. There is full kitchen facilites which we used every day for breakfast. Antonia who I think runs the place is an assest to Split itself, she is so warm and friendly and nothing is too much trouble, She is always available on whatapp if we had any queries. If I could suggest 2 things, a sweeping brush and dustpan for sweeping up crumbs from the floor caused by us having breakfast, the little one provided is not sufficient. A bigger or a more efficient A/C unit in the living/kitchen area as the one provided is not sufficent enough to cool such a large area. The A/C in both bedrooms worked perfectly.||Split itself it a stunning place, we were amazed at it's beauty and how friendly everyone seems to be. We ate in some lovely resurants I would highly recommend Chops grill, excellent service and a delicious steak was had by us both. ||We will be back for sure and will stay in Residence Vestibul Palace again.

Very good accommodation — very clean, comfortable, and close to downtown. The location was excellent for exploring the city. The main downside is the old-fashioned key system. The door handle cannot be opened from the outside without a key, which can be tricky in a city where you’re often going to the beach and moving around. Unfortunately, one night I accidentally left the key in the lock inside and got locked out. Since the key was stuck, the owner arranged for a locksmith to come — which ended up costing €150. This was an unexpected and stressful situation during the trip. Overall, I would recommend the accommodation but I hope they consider moving to a more modern self-entry system to make it more convenient and avoid similar issues for future guests.

Excellent stay in a ground floor, 2 bed apartment with a large outdoor balcony area. It came with oven and hob with kettle and with a modern nespresso machine - 6 capsules provided!||Our host offered to provide linen for the pull down sofa bed in the lounge area so our teenagers didn’t need to share a double. ||Air conditioner was on point. The two bedrooms were epically chilly at 19 degrees when it was 30 degree heat outside. The lounge shared one unit but it was great too. ||The place was well kitted out. Plenty of TVs and chairs for a family of 4. Shower was great pressure. We didn’t use the bath. Massive mirror and sink too if that matters to you. ||The apartment block is home to a family of peacocks that roam outside and currently have 2 young chicks. They are skittish so they didn’t disturb us. Whenever we opened the door they ran off. ||Really quiet location and just up a short hill from old town. 500m to the local supermarkets and 1km downhill to the ferry port. ||The roads are really tight so I wouldn’t recommend driving.

ABSOLUTELY nothing bad to say about this accommodation!|It is a little difficult to find...we arrived in the dark (after our flight was delayed) and were talked in by Tina from the property...a great help!|We had booked secure car parking space....under cover (very lovely in August when the temperatures were 28 degrees +) at a cost of 20 euros daily.|The apartments are situated about a 10 minute walk from the centre and were VERY spacious, clean and modern!|Peacocks roamed outside but were not a noisy nuisance!....just a pretty sight!|The main manager of the property, Antonia , was just BRILLIANT!|Helpful, interesting, knowledgeable and, of course, friendly and professional!|A great asset to the management team!|If we are ever in Split again we would not hesitate to stay here again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I wanted to share my thoughts on the experience. First and foremost, the staff at this hotel were both professional and friendly. Their warm welcome and willingness to assist with any questions or requests made my stay exceptionally enjoyable. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, which added to the overall positive experience. It was easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it a great choice for travelers. The room I stayed in was of a good size, providing ample space and comfort during my stay. The well-appointed room contributed to a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. While the stay was enjoyable, I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement. It would be even more convenient if parking were included as part of the stay, as this would eliminate any extra hassle for guests. Additionally, having a coffee machine in the room would be a welcome addition for those who enjoy a cup of coffee in the comfort of their own space. Overall, my stay at this hotel was positive, thanks to the excellent staff, convenient location, and comfortable room. With a few minor enhancements, it could become an even more attractive choice for travelers.

Boutique style apartments This modern apartment hotel is in a great location just a short 5-minute walk from Diocletian’s Palace. Our studio apartment was modern, spacious and well designed with 2 flat screen TVs, a lovely bathroom with a rain shower, nice toiletries, fluffy linens, super comfortable bed, a sunny balcony and a well-equipped kitchenette. If you have a car, there is parking beneath the apartment complex (by reservation for an extra cost of €20 per day). Big thumbs up for the daily housekeeping service too! There are some very noisy peacocks in the neighbourhood, but we didn’t notice the noise at night as we slept with the doors closed!

The hotel is located away from the crowds in a quiet residential area. It was an 8 minute walk from the Diocletian Palace and a 5 minute walk to the grocery store. We had a 1-bedroom suite with a spacious living room, full kitchen, and a balcony where we sat in the evenings. The hotel is very modern with an elevator, and a parking garage underneath. We enjoyed our stay.

These apartments are just outside the old town. Very spacious, great beds and showers. A few minutes walk to the old town with plenty of local shops. Plus the addition of daily visits from the local peacocks. A perfect base for exploring.
