Résidence Eburnéa

We spent 2 weeks at the Residence - first in a studio, and then in one of the apartments. The lodgings are well-appointed, clean and impeccably maintained. They come with little kitchens containing everything you need - a stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, crockery and cutlery - which is ideal for longer stays. We found the staff to be uniformly attentive, courteous and helpful throughout our stay. In particular, the chefs and receptionists went the extra mile to make our stay pleasant. The restaurant is by the poolside, and the food is truly excellent - generous portions and delicious! The poulet grille a l'ivoirienne is highly recommended. The restaurant/pool area has a cosy ambience, both during the day and night. The pool is clean and well-maintained. One point to consider is that sounds tend to carry far in the Residence, which means you can sometimes hear the goings on outside your room. But this was not too much of a problem as we spent most of our time exploring and only returned to the rooms in the evenings.The Residence is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, with many amenities within walking distance (supermarkets, shops, petrol station etc.). On the whole we had a great experience in this peaceful, friendly and immaculately-maintained residence.

This will be where I will stay from now on, whenever I travel to Abidjan ! I loved it! Stayed in one of the duplex apartments for 5 days. Spacious and well-equipped, with the bedroom and full bathroom upstairs. The bed is so comfortable and the sheets are good quality, soft and well-laundered. Downstairs has the living room, dining room area, a guest toilet, kitchen and a nice terrasse. It's well located in 7ème tranche and you can walk to good food and drinking options. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The area is peaceful. Laundry service is quick and excellent. The only downside was that there was a problem with the hot water heater in the building for several of the days, but they tried to work on it. Internet also fluctuated, so I hope that they can improve on this.

Nice apartments and nice people. Definitely cheap if u cinsider the quality of the service offered. High security area. Good swimming pool and a nice bar by it. A kitchen if you want to cook your own food. Nice restaurants and bars around if you want to go the local way. Very recommended for family stay in Abidjan. The only negative thing Is that there is not enough space for parking.

Lovely place in Abidjan, very relaxing atmosphere and welcoming people. They include a small restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner sand treat you very kindly. Rooms are enormous – and still slightly cheaper than their competitors. This is a splendid choice for a stay in central Abidjan.

I have stayed here twice. The first time, I was eh on it, but now, it's really a great place to stay. I got the apartment style unit, and I love having the kitchen to cook in - it's well equipped too. The maid does a great job of cleaning the room, and all the staff are awesome. It's general a quiet area.

Overall the Residence Eburnea was a very nice place to stay. The pool was very clean and nice size. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but did get room service. The food was good and reasonable. Friendly staff. If you are looking for some home cooking there are nice Berger Kings near by..

Night Receptionist was good however the day receptionist was so so. I was there for four nights, my room was never cleaned. On the third day I asked for it to be cleaned and it wasn't. Still don't know why. They also asked that you leave your keys whenever you leave the premises; that was new to be but okay. I was in room number 05 and I could hear people talking on the stsirs, at the lobby, by the pool. It was noisy. Ethernet was off ,(they tried to fix it so I won't us it against them) I didn't eat there so cannot comment on the food. The night guard was always alert and on point. Everyone I encountered spoke English and French. The place is in a quiet neighbourhood which I loved.

Quiet, small and safe in a residential area in Abidjan. Service is excellent and the food is above average. They have a small and impeccably clean pool. Second floor rooms with kitchens are large. They are duplexes with sitting room, kitchen and toilet downstairs, and bedroom and full bath upstairs. The sitting room has a small terrace as well. Free WiFi throughout. Only downside is it is not in a central area like Plateau or Marcory. However, taxis are plentiful, easy to hail, and inexpensive. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
