Awful experience. Reception closes between 10pm and 8am, same for the front door. This would not be a problem unless you are to arrive after 10pm (my case) and have not been given any instructions as to how to get into the building. I got to the hotel at 11pm and the front door was closed. I called the phone number I was given with my reservation and nobody picked up the call. After 30 minutes on the street, I had to convince a lady who was going into the hotel to let me in. It was funny then to see they left my room key at the reception desk.
The very next morning I left the hotel before reception opened as I had early meetings to attend. That night I got back to the hotel also around 11pm just to discover my room key had been deactivated. Again, I was locked out of the building with nobody to contact. The following day I went to reception and they confirmed they deactivated my key because I had not paid for the room yet. That was surreal as my departure date was a few days later and they had my credit card on file for the reservation.
Besides this, the room was below what a 3-star standards is (priced at 4-star level during those days, by the way) and Toilet was dirty
edit September 25th:
It is hard to believe the amount of lies the property included in their response, which just compounds to the awful experience I had during my stay. To begin with, there were no emails sent to me nor calls on my number (interestingly enough the guy at reception told me they didn't have a way to contact me, who to believe then). The only truth is that they never warned or contacted me to provide the codes to enter the building before my late arrival. They never stated that payment had to be done immediately at the risk of disabling the room key (never seen that in any hotel!!). Let me add that both nights there was another person in the same situation as myself.
