Be careful, one of the apartments managed by this company at Terrazza Central Apartments had bed bugs a few days ago. We had to leave the apartment for that reason, so I wouldn't be surprised if the cleaning standards aren't enough in other places managed by them too. I am commenting here since that place seems to have been removed from Google Maps

If I could give less than one star, I would. I usually never write bad reviews but I would never support this business ever again. I am honestly outraged about the experience with this accommodation. I had some issues with booking resulting in my booking being cancelled automatically by booking after I had already paid. I booked again as I needed an accommodation for my stay in Bolzano. Since the money had already been issued to the accommodation, booking couldn’t refund me directly. I tried to talk to the accommodation personally but they refused to refund me. In the end, I lost all my money and paid 600€ for 3 days there. And don’t even get me started on the value for money. The communication with the hosts is minimal, they send you confusing messages (e.g. reminders that you have a booking tomorrow on the day of your check-in), don’t reply and don’t give you a real introduction for check-in so you feel quite lost trying to figure out everything yourself. Also trying to scam you about parking, the booking itself says there’s free private parking but they try to direct you to another paid private parking that is 5-10mins away from the accommodation, so have fun with carrying all your bags there and then onto the 3rd floor cause the elevator is broken as well of course. The accommodation itself would have so much potential but they really did not make anything out of it. Loose toilet seat, there’s not even soap to wash your hands. The towels are ridiculous, size for a child, apartment ist dusty, bottom part of the walls is coming off. You can really understand that the owners just wanna make the most out of it by taking a lot of money while showing little to no care.

Just awful. From the girl on reception that makes you feel unwelcome, to the constant lost of electricity in room. Room was not ready for us even though we came late, so it was not properly cleaned. Also I forgot my coat there, no one called or anything. After 5 days of calling the hotel and trying to PAY them so they would send me my coat, I gave up. And there’s no parking although booking says there is.

Well located apartment with basic amenities. We stayed for a night and had a nice stay! Everything was clean and the staff was friendly :)

The location was great and right by the center of the city. Receptions was good. However, the room was disappointing and the water pressure in the shower was weak.

The room is fine but has some flaws, there is barely any warm water in the shower so prepare to really wake up in the morning with a cold shower. Next, there was no airconditioning and the room got very hot and humid, because of this it was very hard to sleep here. Finally, one of the lights in the bathroom doesn't work and one plug gives shocks in the room. Wordt of all, the service. We were supposed to receive a code to enter the check-in building (which is 10 minutes away from the apartment) 24 hours before arrival, we did not get ANY. And were therefore let in by other customers. Once we could get in the check-in building, and were checked in we were given a code to enter the building in which our room was. However this was the wrong code, we found out About this after dinner, with our stuff already inside the apartment, locked out in the rain. Trying to call the reception 5 times, no one answered. The reception was closed at 20:30 even though it said online check in was until 22:30, so we walked all the way across town for nothing. We then went back to the apartment building only to be let in by another customer who finally gave us the right code. Luckily this bad experience has a good ending, despite the residence fink. Edit: next morning no electricity. We needed to get up very early for the train so it was not fully light outside and there was no power

The room we were given was in a great location down in the restricted zone. Was just basic living quarters no frills. Didn't do much other than sleep there as we were only there one day. Issues we had related to directions when coming in to town. We parked at a garage near there xmass market which was perfect but not the accommodations parking. Calling in before coming to town we were hung up on which was unsettling and unhelpful. Once in town they were ready with the key and it was near by. The garage parking cost is 24 euro for the full 24 hours then we were able to move the car to the parking provided by the accommodation. It was easy to find with Google maps but the entry to the garage is designed for smaller typical European cars. Ours was an SUV which was a tight fit.

Terrible experience. Avoid. Our room was not cleaned after the previous guests so we were offered a room in a completely different building. We had lots of luggage that we then had to transport between the 2 rooms. The manager offered no customer service or any refund (not even a partial refund) when we explained how unhappy we were and how inconvenient this was. Horrible place that clearly does not care about it's customers.
