Residence G Shenzhen

Lovely hotel but its a bit far from most of the touristy places. Also, I wish the hotel had a way to get the food delivered to the door instead having us to go all the way down to access a secure storage unit. We were also upgraded to a suite as it was anniversary and we really enjoyed the room. Big, spacious and very comfortable!

New looking and modern hotel that is more like a luxury condominium project. Great gym and pool. Loved that the gym was 24/7! Very close to metro station. All staff was super sweet and so helpful at all times. We loved that so many of them spoke excellent English! Will definitly stay here again.

Our stay at the Hotel Residence G in Shenzhen was excellent. We booked a one-room suite that was both spacious and inviting. The bed was huge, extremely comfortable, and impeccably clean, contributing to a truly relaxing ambiance.The amenities were a highlight, featuring a delightful buffet breakfast, afternoon tea, and an evening cocktail. I would highly recommend this hotel for a long weekend to take full advantage of everything they offer.Special thanks to Jessica, the Food & Beverage Manager, for being so nice and accommodating throughout my stay.

Wonderful boutique hotel! Exceptionally wonderful staff. Breakfast does not have many vegetarian options, but everything they have is good quality. This hotel is a unique and refreshing change from the typical chain-hotels, yet it is big enough to offer the quality and facilities that most boutique hotels can't offer. If you need to stay in this area of Shenzhen, this is 100% your hotel!

This is a lovely boutique hotel. Whether or not it's location matches your need really depends upon where you are going in the city! If this is the right location for your needs then this is a perfect hotel choice! Breakfast is limited, especially for vegetarians, but everything is high quality. The entire hotel is designed to have a 'home' feeling.

Leo is a wonderful staff of the hotel. Late checked out was offered to us and extended upto 4:00pm. Room is spacious. The breakfast has different selections on the menu. We met nice family that also live at Residence G building. It’s also near the shopping mall called Raffles City.

The location of the hotel was excellent. However, cleanliness is poor. I was bitten by bed bugs on my 2nd night. Even after I asked for the room to be cleaned the situation did not improve. When I informed the service staff, she just apologised, nothing else.Stay at your own risk.

Big and spacious room. Really enjoyed my 2 nights stay there as it was very comfortable and clean.It was fairly easy to get affordable food and amenities near the area even though it is quieter than the other busier places.
