We got a huge and cosy apartment for a very reasonable price, service was friendly and efficient and the back yard is closed at 2200 hours and therefore very quiet. The neighbourhood is wonderful, with a walking street outside and restaurants, shops and transportation just around the corner. One star off for the rooms is for the hard mattresses, the non working TV and the lack of plates and glasses in the kitchen. But all in all a great experience, highly recommended!

We booked a suite for a night with a baby. These apartments are amazing if you travel with small children. Great location, very central. (Unfortunately the entire street was under construction during our stay but thankfully no noise during the night).

I do not recommend this hotel at all.||When we arrived, the lady at the reception was not welcoming at all. She was very rude, unhelpful, and had such an attitude. We ordered two rooms. The first room's A/C did not work, and there were two ventilators. Clearly, she knew the A/C was not working but did not warn us about it; that's why she provided the ventilators. When we discovered this and informed her, she did not act surprised and acknowledged the issue but offered no solution.||The second room had only one A/C in the living room, with none in the bedrooms, making it very hot and unlivable. When we reported this problem, she did not care and offered no solutions. We requested at least a ventilator for the other room, but she said there were no more available. She raised her voice, being rude and unhelpful.||The rooms also lacked toilet paper, plates, or cups. She said we should get them ourselves. When we asked for a refund to go to another hotel, she did not care and responded "yeah okay" with an attitude. We requested her to wait 10 minutes for us to check for other rooms availabilities in another hotel, but while we were searching, we received an email that our reservation had been cancelled. She left us with no reservations, and we could have ended up on the streets with our luggage and nowhere to go if we didn't find miraculously a hotel nearby. When we told her about this she said "Oh it's a mistake". ||The rooms are also very old, the furniture and maintenance of the hotel is weak.||I do not recommend anyone to book this hotel. The staff's attitude is horrible, rude, and unhelpful. Don't make the same mistake; you will regret it. Instead of exploring Warsaw and having a good time, we are now searching for another room in a respectful residence. Shame on St. Andrew's Residence Palace!

Yes, the “executive” rooms are spacious and have a kitchen and even a washing machine, but overall primitive with poor beds and on a noisy street. Primitive keys- you have to carry an entire set of keys - for outside gate, for main door and then a confusing huge room key from another century. Our key wouldn’t open the main door; the very friendly security guard noted the lock was flakey and finally got it open. Our AC did not work. Bathroom looks nice but shower system designed by someone who has never taken a shower - hard to explain but impossible to not flood floor. Adult daughter in another suite asked if the bed was from the USSR. This might be suitable for a family planning to cook own meals, but otherwise avoid it, especially if you are used to American style hotels. Also, this June 2024 the street is under major reconstruction and Taxis have to leave you a block away after which you walk through dirt to get to the entrance.

Don't fall for this hotel's bait and switch!! The rooms look absolutely NOTHING like the photos - everything is outdated and falling apart. The mattresses feel like they've been around for decades - one half of the bed is a board and the other half has fallen in. Wifi is also terrible. I have no idea who rated this as a 4 star hotel -2 star at absolute best.

It’s an outdated place. The central heating system did not work and the portable unit was not working either. We ended up canceling the reservation and moved to other hotel. TV and internet were not working. Stay away from this place!!!!

I guess it’s not their fault that the whole street is under construction, but they are responsible for keys that get stuck in the main entrance door and AC that doesn’t work. There was some kind of mixup when we arrived as a family of four. We were told one apartment was for 3 and the other for 1. I have no idea what they meant, but it worked out ok It was a perk to have a washing machine, but ours had no directions and was taking forever without letting me turn it off. Finally figured it out. Like most European hotels, only feather beds were provided. As the bed was quite hard and it was hot, we took the cover off and used it as a double top sheet while cushioning the bed a bit with the plushy inside. The location was close to the train station, but not the old town. Would recommend staying elsewhere.

Well located hotel near the main WAW station as well as shopping and restaurants. Helpful and accommodating staff, but a terrible choice for travelers requiring wi-fi. The hotel's wi-fi was UNFUNCTIONAL for the entire length of our stay and I notified the hotelier daily of the situation. No change.|If you need the internet in your room, do NOT choose this hotel. I either worked in a noisy nearby cafe with uncomfortable chairs, sat outside or used the wi-fi in my friend's hotel lobby. Not ideal for working whilst traveling.
