Big apartement with two separate bedrooms. Requested twin beds in the bigger one and they had done just that. Large bathroom with bathtub and shower. Kitchen and a living room. We enjoyed the lovation with easy acess to shopping, transport, sights etc. Quiet and nice.

My family stayed at the Residence Hotel St. Andrew’s Palace during our visit to Warsaw this past summer. We had a spacious two bedroom apartment with a kitchen and living room. It is in a central location, but there was construction work being done on the street in front of the hotel which prevented our Ubers from getting close to our hotel. Overall, I was pleased with our stay at St. Andrew’s.

The Location is pretty good, in the center of the city, bars and restaurants around and big shopping mall. Rooms styled like Babushka's house but and sometimes it was hot with no working conditioner..

We got a huge and cosy apartment for a very reasonable price, service was friendly and efficient and the back yard is closed at 2200 hours and therefore very quiet. The neighbourhood is wonderful, with a walking street outside and restaurants, shops and transportation just around the corner. One star off for the rooms is for the hard mattresses, the non working TV and the lack of plates and glasses in the kitchen. But all in all a great experience, highly recommended!

Quaint old Apart/hotel about 10 minutes walk from Warsaw central station and right in the middle of bustling restaurant street,

I do not recommend this hotel at all.||When we arrived, the lady at the reception was not welcoming at all. She was very rude, unhelpful, and had such an attitude. We ordered two rooms. The first room's A/C did not work, and there were two ventilators. Clearly, she knew the A/C was not working but did not warn us about it; that's why she provided the ventilators. When we discovered this and informed her, she did not act surprised and acknowledged the issue but offered no solution.||The second room had only one A/C in the living room, with none in the bedrooms, making it very hot and unlivable. When we reported this problem, she did not care and offered no solutions. We requested at least a ventilator for the other room, but she said there were no more available. She raised her voice, being rude and unhelpful.||The rooms also lacked toilet paper, plates, or cups. She said we should get them ourselves. When we asked for a refund to go to another hotel, she did not care and responded "yeah okay" with an attitude. We requested her to wait 10 minutes for us to check for other rooms availabilities in another hotel, but while we were searching, we received an email that our reservation had been cancelled. She left us with no reservations, and we could have ended up on the streets with our luggage and nowhere to go if we didn't find miraculously a hotel nearby. When we told her about this she said "Oh it's a mistake". ||The rooms are also very old, the furniture and maintenance of the hotel is weak.||I do not recommend anyone to book this hotel. The staff's attitude is horrible, rude, and unhelpful. Don't make the same mistake; you will regret it. Instead of exploring Warsaw and having a good time, we are now searching for another room in a respectful residence. Shame on St. Andrew's Residence Palace!

We booked a suite for a night with a baby. These apartments are amazing if you travel with small children. Great location, very central. (Unfortunately the entire street was under construction during our stay but thankfully no noise during the night).

OMG what a wonderful place to stay! The first amazing thing was check-in. I checked out of the previous hotel (stayed 1 night) and arrived at the hotel at noon. My sister and I went to the hotel in hopes they would hold our luggage so we could go out. "Your room is ready...I'll take you there." Again--at 12 noon!!! Very friendly check-in. The room was beautiful and quiet. Beds were comfortable--bathroom was pretty luxurious in my opinion. 2 bedrooms, small kitchen, living and dining room. Tip: Don't make the assumption that once you close the room door it is locked--IT IS NOT. Just remember to lock the door with your key. The lock was super secure--you could turn it up to 4 times to make it more secure. Centrally located and walking distance to trams. busses, subway and trains. Highly recommended.

Yelp
We had a nice time staying here for a few days. Here's the rundown, THE GOOD -Excellent location near the many cafés, restaurants, shopping, bus, metro subway, and train station. -You really feel like you're living there as a local with these large apartments that contain a full size fridge, sink, dishwasher, clothes washer, a couple sofas, many closets, etc. -Friendly front desk staff, ready to help you out when you need it. THE BAD -Older dated apartment that need updating. -Poor A/C units. Our first room unit would not work at all and they had to move us. The second room's A/C was set to 18° and it never got that cool. -Because it gets hot in the room, you may want to open a window but the noise from the cafe below, and cigarette smoke are not welcome. -Slow Internet, very frustrating. -No TV in the bedroom, just in dining room.
