Great place to stay! We were welcomed by the friendly vallet drivers and front desk attendant who made sure we had everything we needed. Location is perfect there's something close by for almost everyone. We tried restaurants, breweries/bars, galleries, and did some shopping. The breakfast included is what you'd expect, nothing fancy but it's a nice option to have. My favorite part of my stay was how welcoming everyone was to the doggies coming in! It's nice to see such a pet welcoming establishment. We didn't bring our pets for this trip but will definitely bring them next time.

Google
Great location downtown. Many things are within easy walking distance and there are several cool little shops and restaurants attached to the hotel itself. The room was clean and perfectly functional. Our room was very quiet. We rarely heard any noise from the hallway or adjacent rooms. Desk and valet staff were supremely friendly and helpful. I doubt I'd even look at staying anywhere else next time I'm in town.

Google
Lovely hotel! Very clean and welcoming. We loved our room upgrade the front desk offered us. The only downfall is we didn’t have hot water, it was lukewarm at best. The room also had a temperature control that was off, we had the heat on and it would blow A/C. Great breakfast and overall very nice hotel!

Had a great experience. The room was super nice & clean. All the amenities were amazing and is in a very central location. My only issue were some of the front desk workers and the ones i spoke with were consistently sarcastic and patronizing when i asked her about the possible amenities in the building. However the housekeeping and bar staff were all great and very kind.

I just want to say thank you to Coi(spelling ?) and Forrest. Coi checked me in the first night and was super helpful and welcoming. And then I needed a unexpected second night and Forest helped me with no issues and was accommodating to me not wanting to drive home in the nasty weather. The whole front desk and valet team were great to me. This hotel would normally be way out of my budget but because I am a Marriott employee I was able to experience this fantastic hotel and they treated like I was just as important as any other guest and I really appreciated it. The rooms were beautiful and clean and beds were way comfy. Oh and you must try Zoo Thai that's right on site spicy cashew was amazing!!

Google
Positive: Hands down my favorite Missoula hotel. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. The staff member that checked us in on our arrival, Forest, was bomb.com and upgraded us to the coolest room ever! It was ahhhamazing and my kids felt like celebs :) Negative: Wish the parking setup was different, but it's to be expected as it is downtown.

We arrived earlier than check-in on a Friday for a family wedding weekend. We were greeted immediately by Don at the front desk. He was great and very personable and got us in a room early. We were appreciative as we had just flown five hours from Ohio. We have stayed in many Residence Inns and this one was just as lovely (if not more so because of all the wood tones Montana uses in decorating) as the others in terms of the rooms. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and we love the amenities of a full kitchen. It was very quiet as well, both during the day and night. I love to have extra pillows, and late at night (because I forgot to ask earlier), Coy at the front desk personally delivered pillows to our room. We also received friendly and efficient service from the attendant at the bar (I forget her name). We really like the staff at Residence Inns. The breakfast had many items from which to choose, and was delicious. We highly recommend this hotel.

Google
My seven night stay at the Residence Inn was very good! I think the primary reason to stay here is the great location. Situated in the heart of downtown, guests have easy access to numerous restaurants and shops. The hotel also sports a nice second floor terrace, which was nice for a casual picnic lunch. The service at the hotel was fine. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly and the morning breakfast exceeded expectations. This is a very good hotel option in downtown Missoula!

Yelp
Great location downtown. A stones throw to the river, but more importantly, right in the heart of great dining and the downtown scene. Good buffet breakfast with biscuits & gravy every morning. Solid! Staff could not have been better! Room was clean and comfortable. Would totally stay here again.

Yelp
Slow time at the hotel and they put us in the worst room they have to offer. 2nd floor deep in a light well with a view of the roof and elevator lobby beyond. The sun never touched the curtains of our window. Traveled half way across the country to see Montana and this is what Marriott thinks is an acceptable accommodation. It is shameful that they even offer these as rooms for let. Staff were just OK, and the breakfast is typical hotel buffet food. Not a great experience.

Yelp
Very impressed upon entering this hotel. When the heck did the Residence inns become so nice. The shops off the lobby were so cute and quaint. The way the restaurants connect through lobby hallways made things easy. Rooms were clean and nice. They lack some common amenities however. I'd certainly stay here again.

Ryna D.

Yelp
This was a really nice stay in Missoula. The rooms are clean and modern and the on site dining options are plenty. Would definitely consider staying here again if we are back in town.

Haydee W.

Yelp
I called Early to ask for an early reservation since I got into town earlier than I thought I would. The woman said I could totally get that but when I showed up to the hotel, they said I had to wait several several hours to actually check in. Paid for service I did not receive. I do not recommend!

Andrea D.

Yelp
Gorgeous from the moment you walk through the entry to your room's door. This location is an up and coming downtown, full of people and life. Nestled in some of the best scenery this far on our journey west, I am impressed. You'll notice wood accents throughout, but used in a modern way. The colors are warm and neutral without being too dark. They have four restaurants on premises, and a dedicated parking lot in the back of the building. Valet was smiling and waiting at the curb. The staff was great, and informative during the short time of checkin. The beds are comfy, and pillows fluffed. I'm waxing poetic, because this is a huge upgrade from the last two nights of stays. I will be back: to stay here longer.

Sunil R.

Yelp
I have not stayed at a Residence Inn in a long time. This one is the best one that I have every stayed at. Great location, next to the river and parks with easy access to bars and restaurants. The hotel was modern and the rooms were well equipped including a kitchenette. The only nit would be the gym which is functional but limited. All the employees were great.

Ray D.

Yelp
This place is outstanding. Room was very quiet, very clean and staff was excellent. Breakfast bar in the morning was one of the best I have ever seen. Dark and bold coffee was perfect. Local shopping and the Camino restaurant was great Mexican food.

Jaime G.

Yelp
Front desk staff is super rude. Plenty of other places to stay. Explore the Double Tree

Sawyer P.

Yelp
Honestly don't even stay here. Just walk in and enjoy all the amenities. Walked right in and up the elevator to play cornhole on the patio.

Tyron C.

Yelp
Hotel has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Room is equipped with a refrigerator, stove and dining area. Food here is a bit too pricey but other than that, it's perfect.

Brian O.

Yelp
We had an excellent stay at the Residence inn. Hotel is clean and beautiful, room was clean and very comfortable. All staff we came into contact with were very pleasant and helpful. Plenty of places to eat and coffee nearby, while pricey, all were very good. Makenna and Ryder helped us at the front desk, both were a pleasure to talk with and answered all our questions including recommendations about the area restaurants. We are actually looking forward to staying here again!

Travis B.

Yelp
As a Missoula resident, do not waste your time here. Overpriced, understaffed, and some of the rudest hotel managers I've ever encountered. No hospitality, finger pointing amongst staff when rooms cannot be assigned by check in time, and accusations from hotel managers when you send negative feedback to the hotel. We were attending a wedding and our group was not allowed to check in for hours. 45 minutes before the wedding started and with the officiant in our group, the staff moved most of our party to another hotel. When I asked to be moved as well, I was told it was not the hotel's problem. The manager of the hotel was also complaining about my wife's service dog, referring to him as a pet and that pets weren't allowed - all the while knowing he was a service dog. When receiving a response to my negative review from the hotel manager, nothing but counter accusations and a refusal to accept ownership for failures was received. Missoula hotels are taking advantage of COVID and charging insane rates while severely cutting services. Thanks Residence Inn Downtown, but charging NYC Plaza rates while offering Motel 6 services isn't what I'm looking for. Hard pass.

Josie V.

Yelp
This is probably the nicest Residence Inn I have ever stayed in. As someone who travels quite a bit for work, that means a lot because I tend to stay in the upper end hotels in the Marriott portfolio. I stayed here recently during a personal trip with my family and needed a little more space because we were staying for close to a week. The front desk staff was awesome and attentive! The facilities were well kept and clean. You also cannot beat the setup of the hotel in the Mercantile Building with all of the downstairs shops and restaurants. The setup was like that of a 4 to 5 star hotel because of the options right off the elevator!!! Big bonus was the pool which my kiddo really liked, the location and the spaces within the hotel!

Yelp
According to my wife, this is her favorite hotel in the nation. We're definitely not big timers, our best hotels we've stayed at so far would be Twin Arrows Casino and Resort on the Navajo Nation, Hotel Valley Ho in old town Scottsdale, Arizona Grand Resort, Wahweap Marina Resort, Westshore Ocean Front (OR), the LINQ (LV, NV), and Grand Canyon Bright Angel Lodge. However, the service, amenities, and location of this place is amazing. For starters, if you want a nice mixture of different restaurants to try, there is an ameri-mexican place called "The Camino" which was kind of full of pretentious bartenders (except for the guy full of tattoos), a steak house "1889 Steakhouse", of which Jake was an awesome greeter and bartender, very chill and cordial (be sure to ask him about his adventure on Lake Powell...talk about epic!!!), a Thai place called Zoo Thai, (which to our sadness had crappy customer service at the front when we visited, with the front server cussing at both my wife on the phone and me in person), and a healthy option choice called Basal (whose salads were awesome and customer service was on point, but their smoothies lacked some very refreshing options). All the hosts at the front desk did a very awesome job with all of our requests, and even when they were very busy, they did an amazing job to still tend to our needs and wants. For example, one evening my wife and I wanted to eat our wood fired delivered pizza for dinner in the lounge/eating area but we needed some plates and the front service rep who was working alone at the time, made a suggestion that we had plates in our room, but I told her we wanted to eat in the lounge area. She then went out of her way to go into the hotels kitchen area to get some paper plates without any attitude, and my wife and I got to enjoy our pizza in a nice setting. My suggestion for the management there would be to have some paper plates available at the bar area incase people want to eat in the lounge area. As for the hosts, my only suggestion is to keep doing what you all are doing. The room we got was a King Bed corner room that included Valet Parking and late checkout out of 4pm. We also paid a one time rate of $100 for our dog to stay here, which honestly has a lot of room for any dog to run around. Another perk is that the hotel has at least 2 shops for people to get some Montana merch, and a spa and a small cycle fitness shop to enjoy. Also, there is a bar at the lounge which starts around 5pm I believe and the bartenders are awesome. I think anytime we come to Missoula, this will be our go to place, even though the Mexi-American place and Thai place were below 2 stars for us. Another big plus is Marriott has opened another hotel right next to here, called the AC hotel, which we are very interested in staying at for our next visit. Suggestions: have some paper plates at the front for guests that might want to eat delivery dinner in the lounge area; Offer guests some free appetizers from restaurants located in the same building; try to get a winery tasting room into the block; and tell the team who was there the past week they did an awesome job.

Yelp
Resident Inn is very crisp and stylish, a bit like a W Hotel's little brother. It's very well appointed and clean with a nice atmosphere. Whatever you do don't pass up the Mexican restaurant (Camino) by the lobby. It is inventive in all the best ways. Now we come to the best part, KATHERINE AND TRINITY at the front desk. They are bright, helpful and genuinely enjoy helping the public. All other employees we interacted with were also pleasant and helpful. The location is superb. My some said it is referred to as the "hip" area of Missoula

Yelp
The staff was sooooo helpful. Front desk receptionist Maria was so very nice and kind! She went beyond the call of duty to assist us with getting the room combination we needed. Maria was able to speak to upper management which was so wonderful to upgrade us to a Presidential suite. I will tell everyone I know that this location was super awesome. The Hotel stay was amazing!! The Wiley's

Yelp
The most rude staff I've ever encountered. Particularly the front desk manager. And as a Titanium Elite Marriott member that speaks volumes!

Debora M.

Yelp
This hotel is a beautiful one however they have a LOT to learn! The Director of Sales basically ignores emails and then states to me her response was left in her drafts folder and never sent. Really? After 3 emails? She also is a no response to requested calls. I believe she is in the wrong job! Our wedding guests were scattered all over the hotel! It would have been nice to at least be on the same floor. The front desk is totally disorganized! The housekeeping staff needs serious training. They left a cleaning product in our room all week. We ran out of TOILET PAPER and they left no towels. I pulled up the sheets and blanket before I left for the day and I guess they thought the bed was made. It wasn't. As a Marriott platinum member they said we were upgraded. They stuck us looking down at the air conditioning unit all week. Other folks in our party that never stay in Marriotts had MUCH nicer rooms. Is that how they treat someone who stays at Marriotts all the time? Guests who called to make reservations were told that the room block was full. So, what's The Problem? Open up another room block. Do you want the business or not? At least 2/3 of the travelers stayed at other hotels and air b&bs... which after seeing them is the way to go! I did speak to the general manager of the hotel. She seemed to listen to me but what she didn't do is apologize for all of these issues. Although she reduced my rate because I was billed incorrectly, no apology letter. Nothing! I suggested serious training for all staff and recommended they go to the The Wilson Hotel in Big Sky as they've got it all together! I have NEVER had problems like this at any hotel never mind a Marriott! I would definitely not recommend this hotel as there are other hotels in the area that are less expensive and very nice too!

Yelp
I had a 16-night stay at the Residence Inn Missoula Downtown and let me just say, I will NOT be returning to this hotel! I frequently stay at the Marriott and have always had great experiences, so it was very surprising to see the low standards at this one. First, when I checked into my room, I had the option of self-park in a downtown area, or valet. Valet was $22, but since I was working 14 hour night shift, I didn't want to have to deal with finding parking or paying a meter. Valet gave me a ticket and said to call 20-30 minutes before I needed my car, and they'd have it ready. Upon check in, I informed them I would not need any routine room service since I will be sleeping days and would let them know if I needed anything. When I got to my room and inspected it, the dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes that I had to then wash, and the bathroom had hair and soap grime that clearly hadn't been cleaned from the prior guests. The next evening, I called down 20 minutes before I was planning to leave, and when I got down there, my car was not there, and they had not even left to get it yet. Luckily, I was early cause I wanted to get to work early. The next day I called down 30 minutes before and when I got down there, again, no car. Their excuse, "oh we probably put it back because it was sitting there and we need the space". WHY WOULD I ASK FOR MY CAR IF I WASN'T COMING TO GET IT??? They assured me that if I was going to be needing it at a specific time, they could just set it up to have it out here, so that's what I did. The next two times it was there and waiting, and then the third time it was not out there, and no valet was around, so I went to the front desk to inquire where valet was and that I needed my car. The snide lady at the desk looked me up and down and said, "well did you call to have it ready?" to which I answered, "no, because they have it set up to have out there." She rolled her eyes, then called the valet on her handheld radio and I just went outside to wait for my car, which a valet person ran out, grabbed my keys and went to get it. Then, after I had been there for a week, on my way to work, I stopped by the front desk and told them I am working nights, so could they have housekeeping stop by first thing in the morning to change the sheets on my bed. The lady looked at me and said that housekeeping is done for the day so no. I said I understood that, I am asking if they can set it up to have housekeeping do it first thing in the morning before I am back from work. Next morning, no clean sheets. I go down and ask them if they can send housekeeping up there and the lady says if I didn't have it scheduled then no. I explained that I did ask last night and that I can go for a walk or something to give them time to change the sheets. So I went for a walk and an hour later, no fresh sheets. Exhausted, I just went to bed. That night I went down and asked again if they could please have my room refreshed and the lady said the same thing, housekeeping isn't here, yada yada, so I repeated what I was asking for. Lady asked what exactly did I want done with the room, and I said, can you please just change the sheets. I am fine with everything else, I can clean after myself. Next morning, the MADE THE BED WITH THE SAME SHEETS!! What kind of service is there where you are paying hundreds of dollars a night and can't even have them change the sheets ONCE in a two week stay?? And then to treat me so rudely. It took everything in me not to yell at the lady and the manager. I am tired of hearing the excuses of being understaffed. If you are understaffed, then DON'T SELL OUT ALL YOUR ROOMS!!

Rachael H.

Yelp
Wow! I just checked in and am blown away by the service Marc at the front desk provided. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and perhaps more importantly, special. In an era where pride in ones occupation seems a lost art, Marc's passion was immediately evident. And, of course, the property is lovely. We stayed in a King Suite, overlooking a courtyard. Marc provided multiple dining and shopping options, all connected to the building. This is definitely a place to check out next time you're in town!!

Alexis S.

Yelp
This used to be my favorite place to stay....I actually used to stay loyally on the river at the Doubletree but decided to give this a try. It was amazing for the first year and then they changed staff...I won't mention names because I hope they were having a bad day when they answered my call or maybe the phone line went out because somehow we were "disconnected". I'm now on the phone with Bonvoy and there are two resolutions to this problem...disciplinary action is taken and I stay again or I will not be staying here again and will cancel my 4 month stay. Over 200ish sqft. 368 vs 562. Thanks Marriott Residence Inn for saving me 6k. Also when someone requests extra pillows to the room before they check in at least put them inside the door...not on the floor in the hallway everyone walks down with filthy shoes.

Eric M.

Yelp
This place is very new. The staff are polite and helpful. The rooms our group stayed in were clean, comfortable and well-appointed, with very nice kitchenettes. The bathrooms are bright and spacious, the sleeping and sitting rooms are comfortable, and the hotel offers a pool, workout area, and a complimentary breakfast that will suit almost anyone's needs with cereals, fruits, baked goods, eggs, cheeses and breakfast meats. I'd happily stay again!

Mike S.

Yelp
Clean, modern hotel with restaurant and bar options nearby. Service to check in can be slow, but you'll like the rooms.

Michael T.

Yelp
Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. It's literally dirtier than a cheap motel. I found bed bugs in my room and when I brought this up to the hotel staff and showed them a picture of the bed bug they kicked me out for complaining and said it was not a bed bug. I had a picture of the bed bug sent to 2 exterminators in Missoula and both of them confirmed it was a bed bug. Trust me DO NOT STAY HERE.

Calyn H.

Yelp
Jesy is the absolute best bartender in town. I'm a local and I'd choose this bar every time. Excellent drinks, fun and relaxed atmosphere. I can not recommend this place enough

Courtney B.

Yelp
Overall, we absolutely loved our stay, and appreciated the enforcement of masks, social distancing, and all of the measures taken to protect guests. PROS: lobby, rooms and entire building felt very clean and we were very pleased with having a kitchen, and spacious rooms. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great shops accessible from inside the hotel, and a restaurant and smoothie bar too. Super convenient location to downtown attractions. Comfortable beds, nice shower with great shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Pool was able to be reserved for 2 hr time blocks, to enjoy privately. Aside from housekeeping (see below), everyone was wearing masks and sanitizer was readily available throughout, as well as reminders on social distancing. CONS: housekeeping was seen several times not wearing masks, which made our clean room feel a little less "clean" during the pandemic. Parking wasn't onsite (valet is available), but didn't have to park more than 1-2 blocks away. Overall, even when sharing info re: housekeeping not wearing masks in hallway or rooms, the staff was very receptive, and helpful. We would stay here again, for sure. It's a nice hotel, for a good price and in a great location.

Tina J.

Yelp
Best hotel in town! Love the room, the restaurants and the great location! Breakfast is also wonderful!!! Will always return to the Residence Inn!

Stella W.

Yelp
This would probably be a 5-star review but the problem was a big one. The housekeeper POUNDED on the door at 8:10am while we were still sleeping. I thought there was a fire or emergency. When I opened the door he said "oh I was just checking". I stared at him dumbfounded and pointed to the prominently displayed do-not-disturb sign/no service sign. He said "Oh, are you staying another night?" No and what difference does that make? I closed the door. A soft rap on the door would have still been bothersome but this was offensive. Other than that WE LOVED THE ROOM AND AMENITIES. Well thought out spaces (even a mini-foyer cubby for shoes, keys, etc). Nice big bathroom. Outdoor terrace looking over downtown with corn-hole game. Friendly front desk. Good full breakfast. Just bring your own 2'x2' do not disturb sign.

Laura E.

Yelp
Don't do it! There's a perfectly good hotel across the street and they provide parking. We couldn't even get a luggage cart from anyone.

Debbie W.

Yelp
I was really concerned hearing the hotel was downtown until I was told there is valet parking...a big plus. We were traveling from MI to WA and using Residence Inn's along the journey. This was a four day trip. The first hotel in Eau Clare, WI was absoulety amazing and they upgraded our room without asking...it was so nice and comfortable and then we stayed in Bismarck, ND and that was not a pleasant stay at their Residence Inn and then....this one...perfect after a very long 12+ hour drive. The clerk at the front desk so was nice and polite. The room was very very nice. Beds were so comfortable. The only negative thing I have to say is the shower head in the bathroom, it is way too high to reach to change the settings, I needed a chair to change it and I didn't but wished I had as the water went every where on the floor, the shower glass only goes half way as there is no shower doors so the spray from the shower head goes past the glass. In all...highly recommend this hotel...you will not be disappointed at all.

Sydney B.

Yelp
We stopped here on a trip across the country and it was the best hotel we stayed in the whole time. It was so clean, new, in a great location, and they allowed our dog. The free breakfast was better than any free breakfast I've ever had and better than a lot of restaurants. To be honest, this was a 3 star hotel but rivals some 5 star hotel quality. They really exceeded our expectations and have set our standards high for all future hotel stays, of which no other property has even come close.

Paulina M.

Yelp
This hotel was exceptionally clean and stylish! Absolutely loved it! We stayed here for a work trip and my room was enormous! Gift shop was super cute. Was unable to use pool, as I arrived late at night - but it looked amazing! The free breakfast was lacking and pretty bad coffee but all the other amenities were very nice!

Rich S.

Yelp
I came up for a business trip, and had a migraine one of the nights. The guest above me was playing fetch with a dog at 8p and onward. I could hear the ball being thrown against the wall, the dog running back and forth, it was barking, and the person was running around with the dog. I called the front desk and apologized for being that person to call in a noise complaint. They said they had received multiple noise complaints already, but couldn't do anything because "We already talked to them once" but offered to relocate my room. Being I was sick, and had my work stuff set up, I figured this would be an excessive hassle. I reached out to Marriott on Facebook and they said they spoke with the facility and would take care of it. A survey came in asking how my stay was, and I explained the situation. Sequoia explained to me that the most they can do is ask the guest to stop as "We take care of all our guests." I asked if asking the person to leave was an option, being they were disrupting multiple guests and pote tually violating Missoula Noise ordinance, and they said no because "we take care of all of our guests."

David D.

Yelp
What a gem! Great reception from the valet as we pulled up. He was friendly and helpful. Trinity (at the front desk) was joyful. She not only explained the hotel, she also provided suggestions on where to eat. The room was excellent with lots of extras. Room was comfortable and the bed was awesome! Breakfast was better than we expected and everyone was helpful and friendly. The only complaint is the trash collectors. They picked up the dumpsters outside our window at 5:50 AM. They banged the dumpsters over and over and over with their fork lifts. Our room seemed to shake. I was hoping to sleep longer, but there's lots to do today! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Teresa S.

Yelp
This Marriott is beyond accommodating. They have also enforced Covid precautions and the place is super clean. If you are coming in after 5 and leaving before 8...you can typically find parking on the street. If not, valet or self park in the structure is super reasonable. The fitness center is large and well kept. I just wish they would invest in a Peloton like otherMarriotts. Great food options within walking distance. When i flew in, they no longer had a shuttle and was told to get a receipt from the local cab service.

K O.

Yelp
As of this review, this is the newest hotel property in Missoula. Rooms are very modern and the staff is ultra courteous and helpful. I have stayed here twice now and would in all likelihood never stay anywhere else. Property location is perfectly situated in downtown Missoula, walking distance to many of the cities best restaurants and shopping. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. As it is a Residence Inn, full refrigerator and stovetop options are available in most, if not all, rooms. Breakfast is included offering specialty egg dishes and self made waffles, with hot cereal choices as well. Summer time there is wine tasting offered in the lobby/bar area during happy hour. The only knock on the property is that they do not offer parking on the premises, however street parking is often easy to find and is free after 5p M-F, free all day on weekends. All that said, I can't find a good reason not to continue staying here when in town.

Audrey B.

Yelp
Not your average residence inn. Super cool decor and vibe. After hours of driving and as a constant traveler I was thrilled to arrive. Everything was great until I got to my room which had been "upgraded" to room with queen beds even though I specified a king. I was quick to get over that and can sleep in a smaller bed for a few nights even through it's another reminder I'm not at home, but then to find out that they don't have basic tv channels such as ABC or bravo or USA!! Major disappointment. As a business traveler you look forward to what makes your stay feel like home and that often includes the normalcy of catching the finale of your favorite show. I would guess they have skipped on other very basic amenities also...such a strange thing to cut. I would've never stayed here. Likely won't next month when I'm in Missoula again. Just learned another reason that this is not designed for business travelers, I won't even go on about that one. Be warned, don't stay here if you are used to the regular amenities you can expect from the Marriott or Hilton properties. While the design is beautiful it doesn't make up for all you are missing.

Yelp
I wish I wasn't able to even leave a 1 star review because that's exactly what this place is. Don Powell and Kerry O' Kelly are two of the most unprofessional "managers" I have ever seen. Don and Kerry's language both between a phone call that I called and left a message for everyday for two weeks before either of them called me back and by email were unprofessional. Not LGBTQ friendly. When Don called me back and when I said I will call corporate before he hung up the phone he called me a "fa****". I used to stay there every week, for a period of over a year spent tens of thousands of dollars here, I will NEVER stay at another Marriott property ever again. They do not have maintenance staff or managers on site after 5pm. Tvs never work and if you fly in late like I do every time I visit, be prepared to not have any of your problems resolved. I booked the 1000$ a night presidential suite for an event, the tvs didn't work... all 3 of them. The front desk crew besides the nice young man that tried to help me as much as he could, do not know anything about what they're doing, (besides swiping your card). Was overcharged twice for snacks from downstairs when I never purchased. The valet boys are awesome and always started my car in the winter when it was brought up. Beautiful hotel, but really unprofessional and rude managers. Do yourselves a favor and don't pay 300$ a night at this terribly ran hotel and go see Jeff Price and Millie Urbush at the Holiday inn down the street, THEY will go above and beyond to take care of you and you don't have to pay 27$ for parking a night.
