⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ a truly five star cafe experience in Paris. The coffee is next level. Staff is sweet and the pastries and light fare are on point. Exceptional.

This coffee shop is a delightful find, boasting friendly staff, fair prices, and high-quality ingredients. Their latte is exceptional, though a bit lukewarm for my taste. The Scandinavian breakfast was alright, though not exactly my vibe. The service is quick and efficient, with staff regularly tidying up, which adds to the ambiance. The backroom is ideal for reading or light work, note however, though quiet, it can be chilly in cold weather, so dress warmly. Overall, this place is definitely worth a visit for a great coffee experience and I highly recommend it.

This place is wonderful! The employees were very kind and patient. My French is terrible but their English was impeccable. And they didn’t make me feel bad about that. Thank you! The food and coffee was on point. The street it’s on is tucked away alongside cute little shops. 10/10 experience all around.

What a lovely place! Coffee is wonderful! Food is fantastic! Space is cute and comfortable! But my favorite part was actually the staff. I witnessed one employee start his shift and when he came in, the rest of the workers were actively delighted to see him. The entire time, they seemed to really enjoy each other and they were kind and so pleasant with everyone who walked in. I thought we’d stop for a coffee on the way to our next destination but I’m so glad we ended up enjoying a light lunch there since the atmosphere was so delightful.

Clean, bright establishment that serves good cafe lattes and pastries. Did not try the food thought looked tasty and nicely presented. In addition to tables in main space and front, there are a few tables in a quiet back area where people work diligently on their laptops. The front tables face a quiet street with minimal if any car traffic so pleasant to enjoy the morning sun. Steps away from the canal for a nice stroll. Kann serves quality coffee, however, for java purists (OK fanatics) I recommend 10 Belles which is just on the other side of canal and earns 5 stars as per my other review.

Great coffee and this place has, hands down, the best banana bread I’ve ever tasted in my life. Lovely crisp on the outside, warm and moist on the inside with a dollop of salted caramel butter to top it off. Great morning pick me up before a relaxing stroll by the Canal St Martin nearby!

A wonderful experience!! The staff here are very kind and can speak just about any European language as I watched them speak French, English, Swedish, Spanish and Dutch. My flat white was perfectly made. I would highly recommend coming here.

This is the perfect coffee shop if you want to use your laptop without feeling like you are overstaying your welcome at a table needed for other, non-studying customers. There is a separate room in the back that is the perfect atmosphere to study / work, as you still hear all the sounds of the lively cafe and music, but muted as you are separate from this action. The staff is still attentive, despite the room being hidden from the main area. The cappuccino was one of the best I have had in the city, I got mine with oat milk. And the chocolate chip cookie is amazing to pair with it :) I 100% recommend!

While walking around the Canal St. Martin area on a Friday afternoon around 1:30 PM in August 2021, I randomly happened across this cute café and decided to stop in for a caffeine break. As the weather was pretty nice that day, there was a good amount of outdoor terrace seating as well as some cozy seating indoors. Since it was still lunchtime, the café was not too busy when I arrived, but the traffic definitely picked up over the course of the next hour. The drink menu included typical coffee drinks--lattes, cappuccinos, etc.--at prices pretty similar to other trendy coffeeshops in the city. I ordered a matcha latte to stay for 5,50€, and it was presented to me with beautiful latte art. I liked that the latte was not too sweet, and was a good size. In addition to drinks, there was a small selection of baked goods such as croissants, pain au chocolat, matcha-chocolate cookies, etc. on offer, and there also appeared to be a savory/lunch menu (I spotted some tartines listed) although I did not see anyone order these items while I was there. The café seemed to be pretty popular with people looking for a place to get some work done on a laptop or to read a good book. I stayed for about an hour with my Kindle and found it to be a peaceful, comfortable place to get some reading done.
