Residence Peramal - Location Studio Appartement Île Maurice

Spent a week staying at Residence Peramal and loved the experience. Clean apartments having all basic amenities one should want during the short stay. The beautiful sea view adds as cherry on the top.

Great place to stay if you want to be on the sea. Well equipped units with friendly staff and close to most amenities.

Great place to stay!!! Spacious room and well equipped. Staff very friendly and reception awesome. Restaurants and shopping, walking distance and the bus stop is just around the corner. The view is out of this world!!!! Well done to the owner, Anuske and the staff.

The property is less than good. I stayed here with my family for 4 days. The apartment is definitely lacking necessities like soap ect.. but I think this is mentioned when you book, so you have to be well prepared if you chose to stay here. The location is good. You have Mont Choisy beach view, Le Capitaine restaurant is right next to the property, Super U mall and La Croisette are both close to the apartment. The room was dusty when we first got in. There is daily housekeeping but it’s not enough. The bed is so uncomfortable, I woke up tired almost everyday. The blanket is itchy so we did not use it. we slept without blanket and only used the thin sheet as blanket. We covered our pillows in case they were dirty because I had no trust in their level of cleanliness. The bathroom does not have any fan therefore it’s humid and sweaty. ONLY one bathroom for 4 people. We even considered leaving but decided to only stayed here to sleep, and stayed out the whole day. Overall, maybe good for the money but I do not recommend for family.

Perfect sea facing, easily accessible. Friendly and helpful staff. The only thing missing is a long couch and full length mirror. I just love the place

The view is amazing and the room is good for the price, however the staff is coarse and arrogant, we had issues during the stay and they were far from helpful. Great spacious studio rooms fully equipped, located in a calm area in Grand Baie with decent bay/seaview. Very polite hosts and perfect check-in/out service.

Clean and spacious rooms and balconies. Stunning views. Friendly and knowledgeable staff with the best food tips. You can rent cars with the accommodation. Great value for money. Would always stay here again if I returned to Grand Baie!
