A group of ten of us stayed in three apartments at this property. While the accommodations were reasonably priced, we believe we could have found better options for a similar cost elsewhere. Based on our past experiences with various hotels and Airbnbs across Martinique, this stay did not meet expectations in terms of comfort or service. We encountered roaches in the apartments throughout our stay, which was quite unpleasant. The rooms had a persistent musty odor, possibly from being closed up for an extended period—it resembled the smell of damp clothes left to dry indoors. Although it's generally expected that guests bring their own adaptors, a few of us forgot. While the office did provide some, unfortunately, none of them worked. We were informed that the apartments would be cleaned every three days (if memory serves), but no cleaning took place during our stay. Basic amenities like toilet paper were not replenished in a timely manner, and the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Upon check-out, we were charged €50 per room for “extensive cleaning” due to a few unwashed glasses and empty shopping bags left near the bin. This charge was not mentioned during booking or check-in and was only brought up after the fact, allegedly based on the terms and conditions—which we were never made aware of. Overall, while the stay was manageable, there are several areas where improvements are needed to ensure a more pleasant and transparent guest experience.

We stayed here for three weeks, from December to January. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Our room was close to restaurants, shops, grocery store and beach. It was equipped with fridge, toaster, stove top, kettle, coffee maker and mini fridge. This allowed us to shop at the local grocery store and cook our own food. Our room was clean upon arrival and received full cleaning once a week, with fresh towels every 3 days. I highly recommend this place for your time in Martinique if not looking for an all inclusive type of resort. We will definitely book here again in the future.

Pleasant stay overall. The property is a bit worse for wear and could use some updates, repainting, and repairs ... but it was adequate and clean and we felt safe and secure. The suites were spacious and well-equipped. It was good value for money and the location was convenient. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and we would recommend RVC to our family and friends.

Your country’s ferry canceled our trip at the last minute. We then requested a refund so we can possibly book at a later date but was denied, won’t recommend would simply book somewhere closer to FDF if this is hospitality we’re to expect.

The studio was large and clean , had all the amenities that you could want . Great location close to shops and the beach . |Check in was smooth and simple . Can be a little noisy as your above the shops and bars but that wasn’t intrusive.|Would stay again

There are great things about this property. It is very clean. It is near a couple of nice beaches and near the ferry. The reception people are very nice. I received more clean towels than I needed. There are shops and restaurants all around. The bad thing, for me, was the proximity of the rooms to the restaurants. There was one right below the window where my bed was. I am very sensitive to noise and could not sleep when the music was playing. If you are someone who can sleep with music on, then this might be a decent place for you. The music often played until 11-12 at night. It was quiet afterwards. Sometimes there was noises from the adjoining apartments. The sound proofing was not great. So, if you enjoy staying up later this place would probably work out quite well for you. If you want to rest, not so much.

We stayed for 6 nights and loved the location, right above all the shops and restaurants and within walking distance of 2 beautiful beaches. The room itself was equipped with everything we needed, and the air conditioning worked great. The bed was very low to the ground and a bit firm but still comfortable. The only thing we felt was missing was a terrace or balcony, I know some of the rooms did have them but we booked a standard room. We checked in after 5pm so reception was closed but they were very good about sending us instructions for obtaining our key and we had no problems. We checked in with them the next day and they were very friendly and helpful. There were a few things in our room, such as the shower that could have used some updating and repairs but all in all we enjoyed out stay and would recommend staying in the village, maybe consider spending a bit extra and getting a room with a balcony. The wifi worked for us during our entire stay but wasn't the best, which was expected on an island. We rented a car and drove around the entire island, which is beautiful, and I would highly recommend. After exploring the island we decided that the area around Trois Islets and Point du Bout, where we were staying, was our favorite and we wouldn't stay anywhere else!!

We staid for a night at Village Creole on our way from Europe to St. Lucia. Accommodation was OK even though we had to wait for hours till the room was ready (arrival at 1 pm). Nobody helped with luggage and it was difficult to find the studio. The room was good and clean, the Air BnB is centrally located in the heart of trois ilots. Restaurants and beaches are nearby, ideal for families. After we left, we didn't empty the dustbin (there wasn't much in it after a single night) and were charged 50 €. Yes, it was written on the check in papers and yes, we forgot. Went back and tried to get refunded. Mail send to the owner, didn't even receive an answer. Conclusion: Don't go there, they don't really care about their guests. It's oy about the money...
