I absolutely loved this place. First I stayed with a group of people and we all really enjoyed it then was here solo for 3 nights and the way the staff care, are so friendly, funny and personable I can’t praise it enough! If I ever come back to Siem Reap or know someone who is, this will be my recommendation. A cute coffee shop around the corner for me since I am boujee and need iced mochas with syrup was so close and the night market across the street also great, location was perfect for us and me. The TUK TUK available at the most affordable rates was a great addition and the pool was fabulous, massages and all the staff were just delightful and beautiful. The food was also amazing, the drinks (mocktails for me) were delicious too. I had laundry done twice as well. Everything was great. The stairs if on the second floor are difficult so if you can’t do stairs or are handicap make sure you request a 1st floor, I have a disability but am comfortable on stairs and just managed them carefully and slowly so was not an issue for me but definitely can see them being an issue for others, so note that when booking and checking in. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Thank you for the most delightful stay.

My husband and I stayed here during our honeymoon in October 2025. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and caring. We arrived late at night via their car transport, and felt warmly welcomed. The rooms were exceptional - loved all the details from the window shades, ceramics that held the shampoo and shower gel… the design was beautiful!||The staff were also exceptional - everyone from front desk, the restaurant, car transport, you name it. Rambutan truly felt like a 5-Star hotel!||Bonus: There’s the cutest shiba that roams around! She’s the owner’s dog and so so cute. She made our stay even more memorable :)

The hotel has stylish rooms in a layout that creates a relaxed atmosphere. Rooms are clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities. There is also a restaurant and pool on site.||The hotel is situated in a quiet location down a path (see photos), that blocks external noise, so is a peaceful retreat. While it is away from the noise of Pub Street, the centre of town is just a few minutes walk away.||The staff are amazingly helpful, and do their utmost to ensure your stay is the best it can be. The staff can also help arrange visits to local attractions.||I highly recommend this hotel. It is in a quiet and romantic setting, yet close to all the action.|The best hotel in Siem Reap.

Fantastic hotel with stylish rooms that create a relaxed atmosphere. The room, and hotel itself, are cleaned to a very high standard. Rooms are equipped with all the amenities you will need. There is also a restaurant and pool on site. The location is great. It's two minutes walk to the river, then across the bridge and you are in town. Because it is located across the river, the noise of pub street is not heard. Also, the hotel is located down a path, which blocks out external noise. It feels secluded, yet close to everything. Quite a romantic setting. The staff are amazing. They go above and beyond expectations to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. Very friendly and helpful, which is something you'd expect, but the staff here make a big difference. I highly recommend staying here. The best and most relaxing hotel in Siem Reap.

Rambutan Resort is a little gem. Rooms are tastefully decorated with attention to detail. After a day of exploring the temples, the centrally located swimming pool, is ideal for chilling out with a nice cocktail from the adjacent bar/restaurant. Another highlight is the extremely friendly and helpful Rambutan team who will pamper your every need and will kickstart your day with the friendliest smile

I stayed at the Rambutan as a solo traveler on my first time to Siem Reap. The part of the resort that I had originally booked was being renovated so I was informed on my arrival that I had been moved to another room. While it wasn't what I had planned for, it was a wonderful stay! It was the off season so the resort was quiet and relaxing. The staff were so welcoming, even allowing me to change rooms when a guest in the room above me was a little too loud for my liking. The food was delicious, the cocktails were fantastic (be sure to try the kampot pepper martini and the rambutan mojito!), and the location was great - close enough to the main tourist areas, but set back enough from the main road to be quiet. I still dream about that lovely balcony and will be sure to stay there again if I find myself in Siem Reap.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was amazing – spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with everything you need to relax after exploring the temples. What really surprised us was how quiet and peaceful the whole place is, despite being just a short walk from Pub Street and the city center. It feels like a secret corner of paradise – hidden in a tropical garden with palm trees, flowers, and two lovely swimming pools. And the staff? Truly exceptional. Kind, warm, and always smiling – they made us feel welcome from the first moment. If you’re looking for a quiet escape but still want to be close to everything – this is the perfect spot. Highly recommended!

Lovely staff, they are very helpful and always greet you warmly. The pools are great and the breakfast is nice. Rooms could be a bit more private (the doors have a slight gap) and the showers could be updated/repaired. Overall a great place to stay. Would gladly stay again!
