The hotel has some positives, such as a very good free Wi-Fi, and its location in the Siem Reap Central Area is very convenient for sightseeing, especially for visiting Angkor Wat. The price is reasonable for what you get.||However, my experience was mixed. The check-in process was chaotic, and I was initially given the wrong room (ground floor, very dull and noisy) the first night, this was corrected after my request and I was moved to the proper room on the first floor. The room had a huge balcony and felt very airy and pleasant. However, you do need to be physically very fit to reach the first floor, as the stairs are very steep with high steps.||Unfortunately, the bathroom was not very clean, which was disappointing. Breakfast was very basic and lacked variety. There was a lot of staff around all day long, friendly, but most of them seemed more focused on their phones than on paying attention to service details.||Overall, the hotel is okay if you are looking for an affordable option in a good location, but expectations should be kept modest|.|**Tip:** The neighboring Rambutan Hotel (less than one minute walking distance) has a much better pool, significantly better service, and an absolutely fantastic restaurant, and would be my recommendation instead.
