We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was amazing – spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with everything you need to relax after exploring the temples. What really surprised us was how quiet and peaceful the whole place is, despite being just a short walk from Pub Street and the city center. It feels like a secret corner of paradise – hidden in a tropical garden with palm trees, flowers, and two lovely swimming pools. And the staff? Truly exceptional. Kind, warm, and always smiling – they made us feel welcome from the first moment. If you’re looking for a quiet escape but still want to be close to everything – this is the perfect spot. Highly recommended!

My son and I stayed at the hotel and not the resort (there are 2 locations kiddie corner from each other). We thought we would be missing out staying at the smaller hotel vs the resort but we did not. We LOVE this place. The front staff were very friendly and genuinely nice people. They gave us a really yummy drink when we arrived, so yummy, we order it a couple of time during our stay. There is a small fresh water pool which my son took advantage of a couple of times during our 2 night stay and I did once. Coming back from an all day excursion to Angkor Wat, it was nice to plunge into a cold pool. The rooms and the hotel are very quaint. Took advantage of the laundry service - we had 2 large bags - $16 total and it was well worth it. Highly recommend this hotel for your Siem Reap stay. It's a block off main road which was nice. Siem Reap is not big therefore everything is within walking distance.

We visited in April as one of 3 places we stayed in Cambodia during our trip, and this was by far and away the one we all liked the best. It wasn’t the most expensive but it was the most charming, from the lovely welcome when we arrived to leaving, the staff make your visit so special. We stayed in a room with a rooftop terrace with outside shower and bath and it was such a peaceful haven we loved it. Food was excellent, cocktails excellent, pool excellent. It was so close to the centre and pub street but it’s so quiet and relaxing we slept so well. |The hotel arranged airport transportation and sent Tigrer, who was so lovely and picked us up in his immaculate people carrier and the hotel organised a trip to Kulan Waterfalls with him - I’d definitely recommend his services as he showed us the real Cambodia. |Thank you rambutan staff for our first stop in Cambodia so special.

Lovely staff, they are very helpful and always greet you warmly. The pools are great and the breakfast is nice. Rooms could be a bit more private (the doors have a slight gap) and the showers could be updated/repaired. Overall a great place to stay. Would gladly stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay here and are so glad we chose this hotel. It was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap. The level of customer service was among the best we experienced during our time in Cambodia—friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive staff.||The room was just as pictured—beautiful, mindfully curated, boutique—really nice! The pool was awesome and the bar staff were top notch!||Next time we’re in Siem Reap, the Rambutan will definitely be where we stay.

I initially booked four nights here and ended up extending my stay for 11 days because it was simply too beautiful to leave. The staff helped me move into a bigger room with a balcony overlooking the peaceful garden, for the same price. The whole place has a wonderful atmosphere — green, quiet, and cared for. It’s true the property shows a little age, but everything important is clean and comfortable. The staff are incredibly sweet, always helpful, and made everything easy, from tours to scooter rentals. I booked my Angkor Wat tours through the hotel, and the drivers they arranged were amazing — reliable, with a lot of extra knowledge about the temples. Breakfast is simple but fresh and tasty, always with fruits, omelette, coffee and tea. This place really has a soul. Highly recommend!

Last year was the 3rd time I had been to Rambutan Hotel and Resort in Siem Reap. It is a wonderful hotel where you will be pampered by friendly smiling, attentive staff. The restaurant is great, rooms are fabulous, pool is wonderful and the cocktails are absolutely fantastic. Can't wait to get back

Friendly and very helpful staff. The accomodation is neat and tidy. Various swimming pools, on-site restaurant and good breakfast. Well located within walking distance from downtown Pub Street, riverside food stalls, and markets. Great place to stay at during your visit in Siem Reap!!
