This hotel has some major issues. |The rooms are not cleaned properly and there is dirt in the corners and stains in the shower.|The bathroom smelled of sewage. When we asked to change room the staff said this is a problem in all of the rooms, and is due to plumbing issues. The solution they offered was to use some ”product” to remove the smell. The smell came back the next day. Since the door to the bathroom is only a sliding glass door the smell leaked out into the room. We had to sleep with windows open to cope with it.||Also due to the smell issues, the hotel uses a lot of scenting products and strong detergents. In some places these caused tears in my eyes. ||The TV and wifi worked quite poorly as well.|The breakfast was okay, but unimpressive.||All in all, i would say avoid this hotel. Get an airbnb. You can also live at a good hotel in Lisbon and then take a taxi to this beach for a day, since taxis are not really that expensive anyways and the hotels in Lisbon are better value for money.||In the end we checked out early and just left because we did not want to get our entire vacation ruined.

The worst experience I ever made in Portugal, maybe even word-wide in any hotel. The rooms are very basic and have numerous flaws and are very noisy (you can hear every step in the hallway and every little noise in the neighboring room), but considering the low price in the off-season, you can certainly put up with it somehow. However, the behavior of a female employee at the reception desk was so disrespectful that I couldn't believe where I had ended up. I have never experienced such behavior in Portugal, neither on the street nor in the hotel or restaurant industry. I have always found people to be very nice, hospitable, and helpful. This person was clearly not socialized in Portugal. When I wanted to complain, the hotel manager was allegedly unavailable all day because he was off work, and she didn't even want to tell me her name. I checked out after one night, even though I had actually planned to stay at least for five nights.

For less than 50 euros, I am very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The staff is super friendly. The only thing that prevents me from giving 5 stars is the bathroom. They should clean the walls a little higher and the shower drain was leaking slowly (semi blocked). However, for the price do not hesitate.

Overall this was value for money. Beds comfortable, great central location good breakfast. They offered gluten free bread which is rare. Reason for 3 stars is the bathroom was very small and shower was small so if you are of a larger build you will not fit in shower and had an awful smell. Good pressure in shower. I stopped here with my brother and on our last night he took the towel out of the hotel and when we got back she spoke to us like naughty school kids we held our hands up and apologised but she continued to have an issue with us and we felt uncomfortable so we were rather pleased we were checking out next day. We were grateful not to see her the next day at reception. The other staff were lovely,

Great location close to the beach, very clean, and super friendly staff. Perfect for a relaxing stay at Costa da Caparica!

Dirty room with drips on the walls and filthy skirting boards. Also smelled like sewage. The toilet was taped up which didn't fill me with any confidence..|Room did not look like the pictures. Had old peeling furniture that should be in a skip!|Asked to be moved and was told that they were fully booked. So I had no choice but to find another hotel. The smell alone was so overwhelming and I didn’t want to ruin my holiday. |Do yourself a favour and check the lowest reviews first (on booking.com). There are several reviews similar to mine, going back as far as 2021 (I gave up looking further back)! When I checked again, there have been more low reviews exactly like mine since I left. |Made this reservation through Booking.com and they chose to believe what the management told them, that the room was perfectly clean on inspection with the hotel recently renovated. |Unfortunately I didn’t take any pictures - just wanted to get out and unless someone knows something that I don’t - you can’t record a smell! ||I know that this is long winded but I want to prevent others from being conned in this way!

I don't know why there is a fridge in the room. which does not go after pulling out the card. And if I keep it there and only take the key. the cleaning lady takes the card. And he hands over the reception so the food in the fridge spoils. otherwise clean rooms. breakfast included in the price from 7:00 a.m. to 6:45 a.m. by appointment. in the form of a buffet

- We arrived at 3:00pm and the room was not available. We checked in later on in the day with a different lady, that started to be very disrespectful with us saying that she cannot look for our room reservation and that we needed to show her our reservation paper. As if she could not find us in her system... She was only hearing herself speaking, and did not listen to the fact that we already checked in. When she realized that we already checked in, she reproached us to not have said that, which we did! - The room in the other building has a shared bathroom with 5 other bedrooms. The bathromm is a absolutely disgusting. The Water does not drain. - The bed sheets had hairs from other people.. In the end we never slept in the hotel and decided to check out.
