Residencial Terra de Mar (Grupo Terra de Mar)

This is a charming little hotel in the heart of Calp. It has so much more personality than some of the generic hotels here. It is very welcoming, with delightful staff. It has a great little roof terrace and free tea and glass of wine. Third time of staying. Would recommend.

😊: Great stay and perfect location! The place was clean, well-located, and just what we needed. The room was a bit small, but since we were out most of the time, it didn’t bother us. The host was friendly and everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend!.

😊: Beautiful place and room. Excellent position. Great AC. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean too.. 😢: Shower worked, shower head needs de cal but very old and controls not very efficient. . . The multi jet didnt work.Not a complaint but constructive comment..

Lovely quick stay with a super comfortable and extremely clean room. Albeit a little small but certainly did the job. Suzanna, who greeted me was amazing. I'll certainly be back

Amazing roof top, absolutely great staff and comfortable small and nice equiped rooms. The shower is pretty relaxed and isn't feeling any pressure during service ;-)

What a fabulous last minute overnight stay. We had the friendliest welcome we have ever received anywhere and the complimentary glass of wine on arrival was a lovely surprise. It was served on the beautiful terrace which has a lovely view over the church . Our bedroom was cute with a really big bathroom. We will definitely be back 😊

Our 2nd time here, dog friendly, allocated parking and a lovely little roof terrace. Rooms are quirky, clean and comfortable. WIFI and large tv. Rooms have a liitle balcony. The hotel is in the heart of the old town and a 10 minute walk from the beach, a real treasure. Excellent cafe across the road for breakfast.

Found this hotel after a quick search on TA and we did not regret we chose this place. Very charming little hostel with fine rooms. Service from the three ladies was tremendous and we really felt us welcomed. We had breakfast each morning and it was super nice at a very beautiful terrace. Thanks a lot!
