Residency Hotel Fort, Mumbai

From start to finish the staff were so helpful and welcoming. They will do anything for you and are so warm and friendly. The hotel has a lovely relaxing atmosphere and provides a rest from the busy streets of Mumbai. | |The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the hotel is in a great location - Fort has a lot of historic attractions, easy access to the metro, and is lovely to walk around (and one of the calmer places, too!) There was a little noise from outside, but this would be the case anywhere in Mumbai and was quiet considering the actual noise on the street below. ||The breakfast was fantastic and considering that along with complimentary tea and coffee in the afternoons, the hotel is very good value for money. ||Mainly though, it's the exceptional service from the staff that we'd come back for!

Our experience was absolutely wonderful!|The place has such a warm and cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Most of the famous attractions are within walking distance from the hotel, which made everything so convenient. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile and great manners — especially Mr. Roshan and Mr. Peter, who provided us with lots of helpful information, as well as Ragesh, Kesar, and the always-smiling Pallo :) Everyone made sure we never needed a thing.|I highly recommend this place — it truly leaves a lasting, positive impression. We’ll definitely come back, because now we have friends there! ❤️

Staying at the Grand View Hotel was a delight from start to finish. The staff were attentive and friendly, the room was immaculate with a stunning city view, and the breakfast spread was both delicious and beautifully presented. I’ll definitely be returning!

Great staff and location! Rooms however, are quite small and dated. For instance the AC face fell off one night and the laminate doors in the bathroom are peeling from poor airflow and high humidity. The front desk is most helpful and able to exchange USD to rupees without fee. They offer great restaurant recommendations as well and will even walk with you to suggested locations. Again, staff was amazing overall.

During my visit to Mumbai I stayed in this hotel and it was an amazing experience. They have lovely rooms ,service is top notch always available. Staff was very professional and good hospitality. I really had a great time staying here. Food and all was also quiet good. Overall I will definitely suggest if you plan for Mumbai definitely book this hotel for a comfortable stay .

We stayed in the hotel on arrival in Mumbia. The staff were so kind and friendly offering us good advice on where to dine in the evenings.|The buffet breakfasts were delicious. So much choice with something for everyone. We particularly enjoyed the Indian breakfast options which were freshly cooked.
