Residency Hotel Fort, Mumbai

The hotel exceed expectations. It’s less than 10 mins to all the major tourist sites in the fort area. The hotel has three buildings and we stayed the in 2nd which was well designed, had a four poster bed and was immaculately clean. The service was some of the best we’ve ever experienced, Gopal the concierge could not do enough for us. My wife had a work meeting and was nervous about the internet speed. Gopal made a call and had the speed doubled, he arranged laundry, went shopping for us etc. The breakfast team recognised we missed breakfast one morning after watching the 2024 euros until 2am and made a huge effort to ensure we ate. Breakfast was great overall but didn’t really have western options beyond fruit and eggs. (Which is fine you’ll be in India)||The area the hotel is in isn’t the best, it’s run down, dirty and off putting but you’ll be getting 5 star service at 3 star prices. We did find an amazing restaurant just around the corner called Pratap we highly recommend. We also booked a tour from the hotel which was exceptional. We’ll be back when we’re next in Mumbai.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with great hospitality. The breakfast selection was both plentiful and tasty, setting the tone for a great day. I love the omelette. The lounge was inviting, with comfortable seating and a warm atmosphere that made it a perfect place to unwind. I’ll definitely be back! ありがとうございました😊

Incredible experience at Hotel Residency Fort. It is the perfect family hotel. The rooms are clean, the food is delicious and above all the hospitality is incomparable. The staffs treat you as family members and ensure that your stay becomes memorable. I am grateful to Gopal sir, Kesar Bhaiya, Patil Ji and all staffs of the hotel who have always been treating us so well.|Highly recommended to visit. |Looking forward for my next visit.

A 5 star hotel experience at a fraction of the price!! The rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean. I upgraded to a bigger room with a balcony and it was definitely worth the money, such a great room. And the breakfast is great! The value for money at this hotel is incredible. It’s the second time I’ve stayed there and I really wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Mumbai now. The staff make you feel so welcome and comfortable, everyone is incredibly kind and respectful. I felt so safe and taken care of, particularly as a woman travelling alone. I can’t wait to go back!!

Friendly staffs. Decent rooms Excellent stay. Recommended for family. Mr Gopal one of the staff guided us with places to visit and and gave suggestions to try out restaurants and street food. He was very humble and a good person. Complementary breakfast was also decent. Kids enjoyed foot massager kept in restaurant.

Warm, welcoming, helpful staff. The room was spacious and well maintained. The location is perfect for South Mumbai. The hotel is barely 100 mts from Flora Fountain. Easy to get cabs as the hotel is just inside the lane from the main road.

Very nice hotel ! It was hard to find a nice hotel with a good price in Mumbai and we were very happy to find this gem. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. But the best thing about our stay was the staff, they were very helpful, very professional and friendly with us, from the reception staff to Gopal and Keshar who were very thoughtful and gave us an excellent service. We would definitely recommend !

5/5 on the location, 5/5 on the breakfast spread, 10/5 on the hospitality of the staff. The service here is better than 5 star hotels in our country. I am staying here for 2 days, & I'll make it a point to book ONLY this hotel every time I travel to Mumbai. I'll definitely recommend it to everyone. There are other definite pluses too - for foodies & heritage lovers alike. Your fav food joints/ heritage sites are only a few walks away.
