Residency Hotel Fort, Mumbai

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel from start to finish. Especially the staff (Peter, Kesa) were always attentive and helpful. The Concierge Rajesh handled every request warmth, professional and with incredible efficiency. I always felt completely looked after and valued. The room was very clean and offered excellent comfort. The breakfast was fresh and with outstanding quality.|The location is ideal for exploring the city. I will definitely come back next time and can recommend this hotel

This hotel was recommended by friends. They were right! The staff are universally friendly, helpful and attentive.. there is a sign in the lobby: “Come as a guest, leave as a friend “ |The hotel is very central. The breakfast is overwhelmingly delicious… too much and too good! Our room was spotless. Great bathroom, extremely comfortable bed.

"Great location and excellent service!" Stayed here for a few days and was really impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff were — they truly went the extra mile. The location is ideal — walking distance to major attractions like CSMT and the Gateway of India. Rooms are on the smaller side, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety and was quite tasty. If you’re looking for a centrally located, reasonably priced hotel with solid service, this is a great choice. Just be aware that the rooms are compact and there might be a bit of street noise, but overall a very pleasant stay

I had originally planned to stay at a big chain hotel, but after reading blog recommendations about Residency Fort, I decided to give it a try—and I’m so glad I did! The hotel fit my budget perfectly, and its location was ideal—we could walk almost everywhere.||Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious, with the menu changing over our two-day stay. The staff were wonderfully warm and welcoming—everyone greeted us, which made us feel right at home. Laundry service was available at a very affordable rate, so we sent almost all our clothes after three weeks of travel.||Would I stay here again? Absolutely, without hesitation!

I had a fantastic stay at Residency Hotel fort during my recent weekend getaway! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, greeting me with genuine smiles and ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was spotless, modern, and cozy, with a comfy king-sized bed and a stunning view of the ocean. The bathroom was well-equipped with high-quality toiletries, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained.

Great staff and location! Rooms however, are quite small and dated. For instance the AC face fell off one night and the laminate doors in the bathroom are peeling from poor airflow and high humidity. The front desk is most helpful and able to exchange USD to rupees without fee. They offer great restaurant recommendations as well and will even walk with you to suggested locations. Again, staff was amazing overall.
