Overall this place doesn't give you the feel of Hotel. It's more like a residential apartment and living arrangements within. However delux rooms are spacious and good for family stay. Breakfast is good. Not at all child friendly or any games for kids.

I was looking for a place which was close to the prometric exam center. This place worked out to be just opposite the exam center. Location was perfect for my needs. Very friendly staff. Clean and tidy rooms. Entrance from the main road, was messy due to construction, but the hotel was very nice. When we checked out, the staff handed us a box of Mithai, which was a very nice gesture. Overall good experience.

My wife and I recently stayed in a Deluxe Room and overall, we had a pleasant experience.||Our room was clean, quiet, well-maintained, and comfortable, with effective air-conditioning and excellent, steady internet connectivity — a real plus for travelers who need to stay connected. The staff were consistently courteous and helpful, which added a warm touch to our stay.||We’d like to make a special mention of Ms. Jyotsna, whose bright and cheerful personality and genuine willingness to help made our stay all the more comfortable. Her presence truly elevated the hospitality experience.||There were a few areas that could use improvement. The shower had ample hot water, but the water pressure was a bit underwhelming. The kettle in our room didn’t function properly, and the in-house phone had poor voice clarity, which made communication with the front desk a bit challenging. ||Breakfast was a mixed bag — delightful on the first morning with a good spread but noticeably less impressive the next day. The service of the staff there, however, was exceptional.||A word of advice for future guests: Google Maps currently directs you through a narrow, difficult-to-navigate 250-meter stretch. A much smoother alternative is to enter via the Techniplex 1/2 access on Pawan Baug Road, which we found far more convenient.||Lastly, the lobby could benefit from additional guest seating. During peak hours, many guests were left standing while waiting for their rides or check-in.||Despite these minor hiccups, we appreciated the overall hospitality and would definitely consider staying again.

This place feels overpriced for what it offers. The room is not very spacious or comfortable, and overall it seems more like a basic 2-star, or at best a 3-star, hotel. The rooms could be better maintained, as the cleaning wasn’t up to the mark and the lighting was inadequate. The balcony was also quite dirty and looked like it hadn’t been washed in a long time. Some appliances, such as the refrigerator and AC, were not functioning properly, and the issues weren’t fully resolved during the stay. If you find a deal for around ₹2,500 per night, it may be acceptable for a short stay, but anything higher doesn’t feel worth it. Please keep this in mind when booking. With improvements in maintenance and service, this place could offer a much better experience.

The location is fantastic close to the airport, Nesco and the malls. It’s tucked away from the noise of Mumbai. The breakfast is good, the staff is very warm and very homely feel. We are coming back for future stays. Big thanks to the management and the staff. Very helpful people. God Bless!

It was a work trip and the hotel being right opposite was a big plus. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Check in and check out was smooth and hassle free. The rooms in our budget was a tad smaller than the other hotels we have stayed at. But even then it was comfortable. The breakfast menu was great and me being a south indian selectively had all the south indian dishes. And the food was amazing. Really like it. Being away from my hometown for a very long time might have skewed my perception a bit, but nonetheless I enjoyed the food. Thanks to sarovar portico for making my stay delightful

Pathetic room service, had to be called up 3 times for a simple room clean-up. I had booked a deluxe double bedroom for a 2 night stay, and they didn't make anything easier for us at all. We called them up at 9 PM requesting for a wake up call the next morning at 5 AM. THEY ACTUALLY CALLED AT 10.30 PM (WHEN WE WERE ALREADY ASLEEP) TO CONFIRM IF WE HAD REQUESTED FOR A WAKE UP CALL ! Have been to much smaller hotels in my years of travelling, and this is easily the most unprofessional room service I have ever seen. Highly overpriced in my honest view.
