This hotel is amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. The building has a lot of character and is very well maintained. The 300+ year old entry door is something else. The rooms were clean and everything worked perfectly. Check in went smoothly and communication with staff was very efficient and friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect. It’s close by many tourist spots and restaurants. We highly recommend this place.

Best apartment we’ve been to. Amazing hospitality, super clean, and best location to travel in Lisbon. We traveled with kids and found everything we needed in the apartment. The staff was always available to communicate and assist.

bad service! I tried to inquire about a room through both message and call and the person who I've spoke with named gea was not accomidating at all! Im visiting from russia and planned to stay there for my birthday, yet this is the treatment I received? Ive been traveling for a long time and this is the only hotel that doesnt respond properly to inquiries! Not recommended!!!

Wow! What a beautiful apartment in Lisbon. Wonderful modern super clean loft style 1 bedroom in a historic old building. Very near Time Out Market and Pink Street in the Chiado neighborhood. The hospitality touches provided were very nice and unexpected. My wife and daughter both agreed it was the nicest place we’ve ever stayed in so we stayed there twice during our visit to Portugal. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of spending five unforgettable nights at Lisbon Residentas during the New Year's season, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Location: Perfectly situated in the heart of Lisbon, Lisbon Residentas is within walking distance of all the major attractions, including beautiful historic sites, vibrant local markets, and delightful cafes. The hotel's central location made exploring the city a breeze, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in Lisbon's rich culture and festivities. Accommodation: Our room was a true sanctuary—spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with a tasteful blend of modern and traditional elements. Service: The hospitality at Lisbon Residentas was simply outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering helpful tips and recommendations for local dining and activities. We highly recommend Lisbon Residentas to anyone looking for an extraordinary stay in Lisbon.

Check in was late by an hour but they let us stay in another apartment while our rooms were being sorted for us. That is the only negative. After that, it was all 100% satisfaction. Our loft apartment was huge and very well equipped with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. The kitchen was excellent and it had everything one would need. The apartment faces south so the sun warms it up nicely even though it was just before Christmas. There were plenty of snacks and treats left for us on arrival. The location is exceptional and close to may tourist locations. As a family of three, we were very glad that we stayed there.

The Residentas Apostolos is located in the south east corner of the Bario Alto district which places you just a quick walk to the river and a major metro station and just around the corner from the Mercado de Ribeira/Time Out Market. The apartments are bright and clean with great amenities and features, such as full size fridge and washer/dryer combo. But I think what really sets the Residentas Apostolos apart from any hotel is the service! We stayed in the one bedroom apartment for 4 nights with our 6 month old baby boy during a birthday trip. We had worked out the need for a baby cot with Inês ahead of time and when we arrived we found the cot setup and even a little stuffed pig ready for our baby to play with and keep (we've called the pig porco, Portuguese for pig and sounds a little like Porto...though that's confusing being "from" Lisbon). In addition we found the dining table set and a slice of cake, candle, and a card waiting for me. We hadn't mentioned that it was my birthday the day of our arrival, but getting the information off our documents they prepared the treat/surprise for us! The fridge had some basics like a few eggs, cheese, juice, and water. The kitchen had all the essentials, like dish soap, laundry detergent, tablets for the dishwasher, and all the plates and utensils we needed for our stay. Mid-way through our trip we also arrived home one day to find pasteis de nata waiting for us on the table as well! The Residentas team was also able to provide us with recommendations and setup airport shuttle service via Whatsapp whenever we needed them, and were always warm and courteous. And for only €60/night, we can easily recommend this set of apartments to everyone!
