Very spacious apartment with all necessities, including AC, washer dryer, elevator. Service prompt and good. Instructions for entry and use were clear. Excellent location. Although the area has a vibrant night scene, thick double-glazed windows blocked most noise out.

Lovely apartments in the old town. Large boisterous nightlife on the weekends in the streets, but the place has such great sound insulation that you'd never know it if you keep the windows closed. Complete kitchen and a washer/dryer (though the dryer is really a high revolution spin cycle, so no heat). Great shower, fabulous views of Lisbon from the balcony. I'd definitely come here again!

Rented a 2 bedroom apartment and was hesitant when I reserved it, but was pleasantly surprised at what we received for the price. The apartment was extremely clean and had everything you would need, better than a hotel. The staff was pleasant and responsive whenever we needed someone. They even have an on-call person. The only downfall is that they did not have anywhere to leave your luggage at the site but had availability at a different location which is in the middle of the town square, which is only 5 minutes away in car. The square has plenty of restaurants and stores enough to entertain you for hours until check-in time. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

Great location in Chiado across from a beautiful park with wonderful views of the city. Very comfortable apartment with great beds, ample closet space and large kitchen area. Appreciated the coffee, milk, tea and juices that we found upon arrival. Excellent service provided by Bruno and team - all questions were responded to quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend. We will return!!

This apartment is perfectly situated with a beautiful view and lovely park across the street. You can walk to shops, restaurants, and many other things. The staff is very helpful and the amenities are very nice. I would 100 recommend.

We loved our stay here. Location is so convenient and the service and amenities are great. Very easy to access and the area is safe, and vibrant. Some nights are louder than other in the street but that just tells you you are in a fun area. Nice views too.

Our apartment, flat 4 was stunning. You definitely get the wow factor when you walk in and you continue to be impressed as you explore the rooms and rest of the apartment. There is an upper mezzanine for extra room/beds which is quirky and a nice addition. The location of the apartment is perfect if you like a bit of hussle and bustle and the views from the wrap around veranda are stunning. The attention to detail is incredible and the apartment is stylish and has a perfect blend of modern and Portuguese furniture. You are welcomed with an arrivals package of biscuits/sweets/crackers etc and milk/water etc in the fridge, which is lovely. The collection of gadgets gives a high end feel, with a good quality coffee pod machine and other items like and orange juicer, which we love. There is also air conditioning in each room, a washing machine, iron + intoning board and the usual hairdryer etc. There is a complimentary safe which is simple to use and a welcome addition. Access to the apartment is via key codes which are send when you book the apartment and save the hassle of getting keys. It also makes checking into the apartment seamless...you just type your codes in and you're in. We've loved Lisbon so far and will definitely be back. This apartment will be our first booking and we love it. The company own other properties and there is a complimentary bag storage at their property near the market/main square. Simply message them for directions. Communication with the staff is excellent and our apartment was cleaned and fresh towels replaced several times during our stay, which is unusual when you hire a city apartment.
