Residenza Ca'Fe

Very comfortable room with nice balcony and close to small Cafe for breakfast.

Excellent location in the heart of Treviso, on Calmaggiore street and just a few hundred metres from all the main attractions. The building is new and the design of our apartment (#4) was modern, minimalist and highly functional. Disadvantages: the spacious balcony does not offer much in the way of views and contains two huge AC units (ours and the neighbours') which, when working, make the stay uncomfortable. Mosquitoes are a terrible nuisance, so make sure you don't leave the doors open. The sink was clogged and the landlady did not bother to fix it, giving a rather implausible explanation.

Staying here for the visit. Venice.... Mogliano.... Mestre. Visited through Treviso a few years ago. So picked a fantastic base this year. Treviso is worth a visit for statue del tette... Look that up. The Residenza is perfect. Breakfast is from the local cafe. Also excellent. Lovely location and worth. A day just wandering the town of Treviso.

Standard hotel nothing special

Non ci siamo. Ho pagato quasi 120€ a notte per una camera (la 4) che faceva puzza (inizialmente pensavo che fosse odore di sigaretta, poi col tempo forse era odore di straccio per pavimenti sporco); il materasso era infossato; in camera da letto c’era una lampada con una lampadina da 1w probabilmente; non c’era alcuna indicazione per fare la differenziata e i cestini non avevano il sacchetto (né una indicazione che facesse capire cosa andava dove); zanzare; muri sottilissimi (si sentiva ogni minimo spillo); vista diversa da quella presentata su Booking; scaldabagno in funzione unicamente con la tessera che avviava l’energia elettrica in casa (quindi se torni la sera e vuoi farti la doccia, devi aspettare un bel po’). Infine, possibile che nel 2025 non si capisca che accanto al letto deve esserci una presa libera per caricare i device? Lo spazio lo avevano ma una sola presa occupata dalla lampada del comodino. Unici punti a favore: cuscini; posizione; cortesia del bar presso cui si fa la colazione. Non tornerò più.

Unser Zimmer war nicht sonderlich groß, aber gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und super sauber! In der Pasticceria gegenüber kriegt man früh Cappuccino und noch warme frisch gebackene Brioche zum "niederknien" lecker .... die Lage ist perfekt um Treviso zu erkunden und absolut zentral in der Altstadt!
