Residenza Corte Antica

Absolutely amazing apartment, great location, nice room, air conditioning that saves a day during summer (it actually works and cools down the room rather quickly). Hosts are lovely people, good breakfast, all is good.

Situated in the centre of Venice just around the corner from the Accademia Bridge this is a charming Venetian building tastefully renovated inside to a high standard. There are four bedrooms each with their own individual character and a small breakfast area where tasteful continental breakfasts are served each morning. Rodolfo is a fantastic host agreeing with you your time of arrival and then being there to greet you. His advice on where to go and how to get there is informative and as good as any tourist guide. He was great at telling us the quieter alleys to walk through and the areas to visit that were not quite so busy. We particularly appreciated the recommendations on restaurants and bars and the ability to leave our luggage on check out to later in the day. This was truly a wonderful find and thoroughly recommended.

My husband and I had a fabulous stay at the Residenza Corte Antica this past week and we really loved it. The location is so great right in the heart of Venice and close to everything! The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. Rodolfo and staff are so nice and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. I highly recommend it and we would stay there again. 🇮🇹❤️🍷

The location is great, close to the main tourist attractions. The rooms are nice and the breakfasts were ample. Roberto made us feel at home with a warm welcome, excellent recommendations and answering all questions we had about touring and transportation in Venice.

This is a lovely place to stay! We spent two nights in June, and we loved our cozy, quiet and super clean room! The breakfast was very nice too. The staff was professional and welcoming. This place was in a very nice location, next to the Accademia, and to several of the Biennale art locations! We loved staying there and we highly recommend it!

Lovely and well-situated guest house in a wonderful, quiet calle not far from the vaporetti and a main square. Excellent location for touring all parts of the city. Simple and adequate breakfast. Lovely staff- very helpful and friendly. The room was well- appointed and very bright, bath well- appointed and comfortable.

Located near the Accademia bridge we really liked this location because it got us away from the typical tourist spots with quick access to them when we wanted. The owner is very nice and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast is very good. If you stay here enjoy the local area, there is a lot to enjoy within a very short walk.

Fabulous location! Scrumptious breakfast with everything you need to start your day. We arrived early, but Radolfo met us and placed our luggage in the room when it was ready. Thankfully, because there is no elevator. He is wonderful with a warm and welcoming Italian personality. Our room was room "C" on the second floor. Breakfast is served right outside the rooms on the 2nd floor. Our room was spacious and very clean. I love the window shutters that can be opened for light or closed during the night. The bed was very comfy, and there was an extra pillow and blanket in the armoire if needed. At first, you're looking for where to turn the heat on but realize it'll go on automatically once the room hits a certain temperature. I used the extra blanket and didn't need heat. The room temperature was very pleasant even for October. Would I stay here again? Yes! Great location. ✔️ Clean. ✔️ Great breakfast. ✔️ Just a reminder, you'll have to be able to move luggage up and down steps on your own. That's probably the only negative. I would take .5 star away, but stars don't work in fractions. Also, the bathroom in room C could use an extra hook. I only wish the towel warmer worked. That would have been nice. All in all, it's a really nice place.
