The room was nice and the sparkling water in the lobby was great. There is laundry in the basement for 3 eur for wash and 3 eur for dry However the bathroom had several issues: 1. smelled like mildew 2. the bathtub did not drain well at all 3. the toilet tank leaked water onto the floor at one point 4. was missing conditioner

This is a great hotel with clean rooms and convenient self-service. The location is excellent,less than a 10-minute walk from the train station. I really liked how spacious and comfortable the room was for our family of four. The coffee machine and the water options provided were also a nice touch,they made our stay even more comfortable. We had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent accomodation which was very central to Milan Centrale trains station. They were able to accomodate an early checkin (11:30am) with a very short wait in a very comfortable waiting area where there was access to tea / coffee / sparkling water, biscuits & croissants. The suite was very spacious & had a kitchen which would be perfect for longer stays. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The location of the apartment block was also in easy walking distance to a number of great restaurants & cafes.

I had a really pleasant stay here for two nights. I chose the hotel due to value for money and proximity to the train station. The staff were lovely, the suite was very comfortable, and the amenities are great. I would definitely return.

Pleasant stay. Very clean and comfortable. Close walk to train station for arrival and departure plus metro for tourist sites. The room is very quiet with comfortable pillows and bed. Kitchenette handy for making breakfast or other meals. Would recommend and would stay again.

We had an good/okay experience at this location. First let me say the staff was very nice and try to fix some of the problems the room had. Our first room's bathroom was leaking and soaked the tile in the bathroom and it kept leaking after they remedied it. Normally it wouldn't be a problem but we were tired and wanted to sleep and people were going back and forth, which wasn't ideal. We moved to a second room which was good but there was quite a bad smell from the bathroom as well, no leaking, just no ventilation from the bathroom pipes. So there was an unpleasant, stagnant smell. They helped us run water for 5 minutes to get the smell out. This worked. Other positive notes. They had a coffee machine downstairs and small treats in the morning. The bed was comfortable and the rest of the room was clean. The location was superb. I do recommend them but we just had an experience that was a little unfortunate.

Chose this hotel based on proximity to train and strong reviews. Here are the positives and negatives: Positive: - 10 min walk to train - lobby nicely decorated and had small treats in the morning - nespresso coffee was super nice - rooms were spacious Negative: - the rooms smelled strongly of cigarettes. We stayed in two different rooms over two separate nights. One room smelled light cigarettes but was livable. The other one the smell was so strong it permeated the sheets and was unlivable. - reception closed at 8pm and was closed Sunday. This meant we couldn’t ask for a new room when we realized how unbearable the cigarette smell was - especially in the bedsheets. This also caused us a bit of a panic when we first arrived as we booked day-of on a Sunday when the reception was closed entirely. You can check in via WhatsApp direction. - customer service was not 5 star worthy: one of the front desk staff became quickly angry and accused us of being dishonest but quickly calmed down when he realized he was in the wrong. The altercation made us feel quite uncomfortable and it didn’t seem professional of the staff member to get so heated and accusatory so quickly. -walls are thin and so it can get noisy

The hotel was clean and well maintained. Room was very spacious. Bathroom was also very clean and in great condition. Beds were very comfortable. Diego at the front desk was awesome. Gave us great advice on where to go and how to get there. Also very good espresso machine at the front was free to use.
