The room I booked is apartment type.  Very spacious and clean.  When I first enter the premises I have a feeling like home very warm and cozy.  The receptionist was very helpful and kind, always ready to answer questions with patient.  The apartment was really spacious, fit for family staying with kids and also can cook, they provided full set of cutlery and all cookwares n stove.   A place also good for business men for a long stay.  They have coffee n tea corner for all guests to enjoy the whole day and also fresh croissants for breakfast.  A very comfortable place to stay.

Our family stayed at Residenza Delle Città in Milan for a few days, and it turned out to be one of the best accommodation experiences we have had in the city. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well the property balances comfort, convenience, and thoughtful service.||The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, about a 10 to 15-minute walk from Milano Centrale Station. This made it very convenient for us, especially when travelling with children and luggage. Despite being close to the main transport hub, the neighbourhood feels calm and safe, with supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants within easy reach. We often walked to the station for day trips and found the route easy and pleasant.||Check-in was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. They gave us a quick tour of the facilities, explained how everything worked, and offered local tips on restaurants and nearby attractions. What stood out most was how genuinely helpful they were throughout our stay. Whether we needed directions, extra towels, or advice on getting around Milan, they always went out of their way to assist with a smile.||We stayed in a Family Room, which was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. It felt more like a serviced apartment than a hotel room. The kitchenette came with everything we needed, including a stove, fridge, and basic utensils. This was a big help, especially for quick breakfasts before heading out. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for our luggage without feeling cramped. The bathroom was modern and clean, with good water pressure and quality toiletries.||The room had large windows that brought in natural light, and it felt peaceful after a long day of exploring. Small touches like a welcome pack and neatly arranged amenities showed the hotel’s attention to detail. The air conditioning worked well, which was much appreciated during Milan’s warmer days.||One of our favourite features was the reception area, where guests can help themselves to complimentary water, tea, and coffee throughout the day. This small gesture made a big difference, especially when returning from a walk or before heading out. The lounge area itself is bright and inviting, ideal for relaxing or catching up on emails.||The property also offers a small fitness area and laundry facilities, which are practical for longer stays. We used the laundry room once, and it was clean and easy to operate. There is also secure access to the building and rooms, which gave us peace of mind during our family stay.||In terms of location, being just a short walk from Milano Centrale gave us excellent access to public transport, including metro lines, trams, and airport connections. From the hotel, it was easy to reach major attractions like the Duomo di Milano, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, and Brera District in under 15 minutes by metro.||What sets Residenza Delle Città apart is the combination of independence and hotel-level service. It offers the comfort of an apartment with the professionalism of a hotel team that genuinely cares. Everything was well-maintained and organised, and the entire property had a calm, homely atmosphere.||For families, the setup is ideal. There’s space to relax, prepare light meals, and enjoy privacy, all while being close to the heart of Milan. Our stay felt easy and stress-free, which is exactly what you want when travelling with children.||Overall, Residenza Delle Città is a fantastic choice for families, couples, or business travellers looking for quality accommodation near Milano Centrale. The combination of location, comfort, and exceptional service makes it stand out from many other properties in the area. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Milan and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and welcoming place to stay.

Pros: |First and foremost this residence hotel is clean and well maintained. |Residenza delle Città is conveniently located about a ten-minute walk from Milano Centrale train station. As we had considerable luggage, we opted for a taxi, which was easily found just outside the station entrance.|We stayed in the fifth-floor “penthouse,” which features two bedrooms, one and a half baths, and a sunny terrace that provided a pleasant space to relax. The primary bedroom is partly open to the living area, which somewhat compromises privacy. The second-floor bedroom and half bath are accessed via a spiral staircase. |The front desk staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Complimentary coffee and water are available in the lobby 24 hours a day, along with morning pastries—a thoughtful touch. They also recommended an excellent restaurant, Dinky, located just around the corner, where we dined twice.|Cons:|One of the electrical outlets for charging at the head of the bed was not functioning. The laundry facilities were also quite limited, with only one washer and one dryer available for the entire hotel, and they weren't available when we attempted to use them. We had purchased tokens and detergent pods for them at the front desk. They refunded us. |The spiral staircase to the second-floor bedroom and half bath makes that level more suitable for younger guests, (we were four middle age women) as it is difficult to carry luggage upstairs. There was no shower in the apartment, and the upstairs half bath lacked a door, which compromised privacy. The jetted tub on the first floor included only a handheld shower wand positioned at waist level, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

Good location close to the station, and with easy access to good facilities. Nice safe area. Friendly helpful reception staff, and spacious clean and comfortable room. A great base to explore Milan. Would benefit from just a few basics in the kitchenette just to be able to cook some pasta or make an omelette when travelling light.

We chose this hotel for a layover when flying in from the states and transferring to the Dolomites. It's close to the train station and metro, and was reasonably priced. It's kind of an odd hotel - there's no full time staff, so if you arrive later you must self check in and figure the room out (not hard). Our room was large, with a kitchenette, bath, and comfortable bed. It smelled a bit of smoke. There was a water dispenser in the lobby as well as a nespresso machine without pods - they were put out later.||We were asked for a tip when we checked out - found this to be offputting, especially for the service rendered, as it was more like an independent air bnb situation.

Great place for short stay in Milan. Walking distance to central station and metro so very convenient. Room is very spacious, feels like a suite. Very quiet at night, and the price is much cheaper than nearby hotels. You have a small kitchenette so you could cook yourself.

Management was was hospitable and welcoming. We were stressed during a strike and floods that left us in Milan with no plans to stay overnight and no booked accommodation. The staff were incredibly courteous and we loved our stay with amenities. It’s was a spacious accommodation and very clean. We had no intention of staying or spending any time in Milan, but we are glad that we had that unexpected change in plans. We are now looking forward to visiting Milan in the near future and will be sure to stay here again!

This is a great hotel with clean rooms and convenient self-service. The location is excellent, less than a 10-minute walk from the train station. I really liked how spacious and comfortable the room was for our family of four. The coffee machine and the water options provided were also a nice touch, they made our stay even more comfortable. We had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our stay.
