Residenza Zanardelli

My stay Zanardelli was wonderful. The room was stylish, comfortable, and quiet. I slept well on the perfect mattress with luxurious sheets. I received a gracious welcome from Dave who was so helpful during my stay.

We just had a wonderful stay at Residenza Zanardelli for 5 nights and can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Rome, within walking distance of all the major sights, yet tucked away enough to feel calm and relaxing. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, giving a perfect blend of charm and convenience. What truly set my experience apart, though, was the outstanding service. Dave went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during our stay. He was incredibly attentive, always ready with helpful tips, recommendations, and a friendly smile. His genuine care and professionalism made our visit so much smoother and more enjoyable — it really felt like staying with a trusted friend. If you’re visiting Rome and want not just a place to stay but a truly welcoming experience, I can’t think of a better choice. Residenza Zanardelli, with Dave’s exceptional service, made our trip unforgettable!

We stayed for one week in June 2025 and we loved it. The room was clean and had a lovely view towards the river. Breakfast was delivered to our door on time and very well presented every morning by the amazing David. He's an absolute credit to the hotel and was very helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the Vatican and not far from the Trevi fountain. We would recommend to friends and family.

I stayed at Residenza Zanardelli with a friend at the beginning of December and it was great! The hotel is right a above a bus station and a walking distance to Via del Corso. There was a young man at the reception that was very attentive and helpful, I forgot to ask his name but he really made us feel very welcome☺️

Residenza Zanardelli,I was there with my sister, the room was perfect and super clean, everything at walking distance. The receptionist Dave, good service, you feel welcome, he get a 10+!|Breakfast is simple, beds are very good,pillow to soft.

Lovely guesthouse in a fantastic location in Rome. Staff were lovely, gave us recommendations on areas to visit for good food and gave us very clear instructions on entering the building and leaving our bags after we had checked out. Location is great, very central and just 30 minutes walk to the coliseum and Vatican City so ideal for sightseeing. Room was lovely and can't find a fault. Great bathroom, toiletries, hairdryer and safe and room temperature was comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place, we were very happy with our stay.

Hotel has an unbeatable location just two minutes walk from Piazza Navona, perfectly walking distance to all the landmarks.|There was a small misunderstanding at my arrival (the reception works only till 14:30 and there´s a need to reach them out some time before your arrival), but in the end everything worked so well. I got a great spacious room with everything I needed. Bed was very comfortable.||Looking forward to my next stay here in July.

I'd give zero stars if I could. We stayed here for our baby moon during the Easter weekend which was quite warm. The air conditioning did not work from the first night (Friday) and having reported this to reception the next day (Saturday) - he apparently came to fix it the next day but, again, the room didn't cool down the next night either so we had to resort to leaving the window open which meant our sleep was disturbed due to loud people passing by in the night. We then again reported the issue the next morning (Sunday). We were told someone couldn't come out until the Tuesday due to the holidays. Again, a few more rough nights of sleep. No one came on Tuesday. We then again reported it on Tuesday evening via the main whatsapp number and a repair man came in on Wednesday afternoon to refill the coolant. We had a total of one good night's sleep on the last night before departing on the Thursday. On Thursday morning when we woke up the air conditioning unit was leaking and wet our shoes and bags which were kept near it. We frantically put towels down to contain the water from spreading further into the room. We then reported it to reception and then had to leave for the airport. We then raised a complaint with the hotel and Agoda but it was denied that there was any issue and that the air conditioning was fixed on day 1. If it was fixed on day 1, why was a repair man sent in? Do not stay here. They are disingenuous people. Their customer service is horrific. They ruined what should have been a lovely last holiday before we become parents.
