This simple, budget hotel is very good value for money. It is clean and comfortable, if a bit old. The breakfast buffet was also good value for money. The hotel is central, on the main square in Locarno, and close to the lake. Checking in and out was efficient. The hotel also has a restaurant but we didn't eat there.

Stay away from this place!!!|there is a big gap between what is shown on the website and what is actually received. |The accommodation is actually in another building used for offices and apartments. There is a loud noise from outside from the Bars until late hours of the night.|The hot water is enough for two showers and we were 6 people.|the hotel rreceptionists did not provide a solution or compensation.|There is no advantage to the place except for the central location and even parking lot is a 5 minute walk.|I was very disappointed with the service and the stay!|

Optimaler Standort, Sauberkeit ist sehr oberflächlich, die Ausstattung ist unterirdisch und entspricht keinenfalls den Beispielbilder. Gebucht wurde ein Vierbettzimmer mit zwei getrennten Schlafzimmer und Doppelbetten, normale Fenster waren auf dem Bild ersichtlich. Ein modernes Bad war ebenfalls abgebildet. Erhalten haben wir ein Fünfbettzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und drei Einzelbetten in einem grossen Raum. Das Zimmer war direkt unter dem Dach, Lüften war mit den 3 Dachfenster kaum möglich. Das Badezimmer war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. (Schmutzige Fliesen und Fugen. Keine Lüftung, diese hätte es gebraucht.) Leider keine Fotos vorhanden. Gepäckraum ist ein offener Korridor, zu welchem alle Gäste Zutritt haben. Diese Unterkunft würde ich nicht mehr buchen.
