Resort Ujëvara e Drinit

An absolute must if you want to experience the beauty of Kosovë. The sights were incredible including a preserved cave, waterfalls and the mountain view around the resort. As for the resort itself, it was without fault. The staff were immediately welcoming and the kindest you will meet. The rooms were perfect with everything spotless. The food was amazing and was worth every penny, nothing short of incredible. The sauna was very relaxing and the pool had a view of the main hotel building which is connected via a skybridge. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, everything was great and was so worth the money. Kudos to the amazing service of all the staff!

The restaurant terrace was mostly accessible for wheelchairs, which made the experience more enjoyable. However, there was no accessible restroom available, neither on the terrace nor inside the hotel, which was quite disappointing. The service on the terrace was very good, though the prices felt a bit high for Kosovo standards. It’s a bit frustrating to see that such a large investment was made in both the restaurant and the hotel, but they did not include at least one accessible restroom for wheelchair users.

We had a family lunch and we really enjoyed it. The service is really fast and great, in 10min the food was on the table, and it's not expensive at all. We'll be back again.

The room is spacious, but cleanliness could be improved. Staff at reception isn’t very friendly and hardly speaks English.|Not enough light in the bedroom nor bathroom. |Hairdryer in the room. No safe available. Coffee and tea making facilities available in the rooms. Be careful with the bottles of waters that are available in the room! In some rooms the bottles weren’t sealed and it had dirty water in them. |In the bathroom there’s a bad smell. |I had booked halfboard, but when I mentioned this at the reception and restaurant they told me this couldn’t be true and only breakfast was included. They refused to letting me have dinner at the restaurant, even though I had paid for dinner in advance. |Lunch outside on the terrace is nothing special. It’s not very clean and there are a lot of cigarettes burns in the table cloths. |The restaurant told me I could have breakfast 15 minutes before the restaurant opened. They also promised to make me a sandwich to take with me. None of the promises were kept by the restaurant.

Exceptional dining experience! Warm atmosphere, friendly service, and absolutely delicious food bursting with fresh flavors. Every dish was beautifully presented and perfectly cooked, with excellent recommendations from the staff. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Ujevare e Drinit and was very impressed with the hotel itself, the facilities, comfort, and service are truly of a 5-star standard. However, I was deeply concerned to see a significant amount of garbage behind the parking structure. Given the hotel’s close proximity to a natural spring and its location within a forested area, maintaining the surrounding environment should be a top priority. For the sake of both guest experience and environmental responsibility, I strongly recommend that this area be cleaned and properly maintained without delay. Preserving the beauty and health of the natural surroundings will only enhance the hotel’s already excellent reputation.

My experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. The location itself is wonderful, with impressive views and nature, but unfortunately the service was a disaster. The waiters behaved as if they were forced to be there, with no courtesy or manners. The entire time, they treated us poorly, and at the end even insisted on a tip despite their unacceptable attitude. The food was also far below expectations — poor taste and careless presentation. It’s a shame, but I cannot recommend this place, as the service and food do not match the beauty of the surrounding nature.

Everything was fine, but it did not feel clean. The room was good, but breakfast a bit shabby, for example only one coffee included. The resort is quite big, but it appears they don't quite get around to keeping it nice, there is some trash on the grounds, broken lamps etc.
