The Theater is great in regard to viewing. The lobby is beautiful and there is ample space. I attended a Janet Jackson concert. I I loved the show, but the speakers were so loud that it made hearing her sing……

Google
A great place to see a show in Vegas. We saw Janet Jackson in February. The theater is easy to find once inside the hotel. The theater is state of the art ans big enough, but cozy.

Google
Pretty classy and elegant theatre. The view and sound quality is great. The seats are padded and comfortable. There isn’t much concessions other than snacks like popcorn and drinks (alcoholic and nonalcoholic). Beware while paying because tip should not be mandatory. General staff were nice but the cleaning staff were rude.

Google
Went to see Janet Jackson on New Years Eve, which was amazing. Staff are really friendly, expect Vegas prices for drinks though. We had our seats upgraded for free as well, so it's a definite thumbs up from me.

Google
Fantastic place to see a great show. This was the easiest venue that I've been to to get in and out and the seating was great. I would recommend the terrace seating unless you want to stand for the whole show down on the bottom floor. This is a beautiful facility. The restrooms are very handy, easy to get around.

Google
Fantastic sound and lights for Carrie Underwood concert. I love the intimate size of this venue. Every seat provides excellent views if people don't stand.

My first visit to Resorts World didn't go very well. TBF, the venue was OK aside from the volume & the acoustics but it was the employees who made the whole experience truly awful. To address the sound issues, I think the last time I attended a concert that was so loud it gave me a headache was over 20 years ago at The Mercer Arena in Seattle, a spot with notoriously bad acoustics that was imploded many years ago. I actually wear hearing aids now, in part because of all the shows I saw at that arena as a kid. I was not wearing them that night and it was still too loud. I go to a lot of concerts and this is the worst it's been outside of Mercer and I had my full hearing capabilities. I kept getting a warning on my Apple Watch watch about high noise over & over again, which rarely happens at other spots. For reference, I got none at The Sphere for U2 or Dolby Live for Lenny Kravitz, and those are 2 spots with over the top sound systems. As for the employee experience, my wife has a back injury that was acting up so I dropped her off right near the entrance so she wouldn't have to hoof it through the parking garage. It was my first time there and I didn't know how long of a hike it would be. We have a placard so we can utilize disabled parking but that's almost always full everywhere we go and it was here as well so I was glad that I didn't make her walk from the car. Unfortunately, I also have some joint issues that I recently had surgery for and I had to hoof it a ways, which was unpleasant. When I got in, there was a very long line looping around the lobby. Luckily, my wife had gotten in line pretty early & was near the front. Unluckily, the terrible employees would not let me join her even though she was standing in front of the entrance. The guy I took a picture of was a particularly awful person and made me go to the back of the line and then walk all the way around for no apparent reason. There was no appealing to his logic or good nature even though my wife was standing right there telling him the situation. After the long hike round and round the lobby, I hit security who told me that the small keychain multitool attached to my keys either had to be surrendered or taken back to my car. It was sentimental so I then had to hike all the way back to my car and then back to the theater & then stand in line again. I have never been forced to do this at any of the dozens of shows I've attended here, & that tool has been on my keychain for years. By now, I'd missed the beginning of the show and was furious. Honestly, I'm still furious. Las Vegas hospitality is dead at this spot and I will avoid it like the plague and let everyone I have the opportunity to tell about this that Resorts World is a terrible property that doesn't care about their guests, has terrible employees and ridiculous rules. It's nearly enough to make someone want to go on a stabbing spree with the tiny blade on a Leatherman keychain multitool.

Carrie Underwood was awesome!!! Great sound and a wonderful show! Last night we went to see Janet Jackson. She’s one of the best performers about there and I’m glad I finally got to see her live. The sad part was the sound. There was so much reverb and bass blasting off the walls that it made it incredibly hard to hear her voice. I could not make out one word she sang. But when she spoke to the crowd with out music you could hear and understand her perfectly. So I blame this on the acoustics or the sound technicians. They need to figure out what the hells going on because it ruined the show for us. I actually wanted to leave the show as soon as it started but I figured they would fix the problem. But they never did.

Yelp
Artist: Janet Jackson Date: Feb 14, 2025 This review is mainly for the team member service. Getting through security was quick and easy. No hassle. Shout out to the team that had to clean up vomit in Mezzanine 2 after a guest had an incident during the show. Immediately, team members were seen with flash lights cleaning up the seats in the surrounding area. Not sure what happened to the people who couldn't sit there anymore.

Yelp
I found Resorts World Theatre to be super clean and an overall great experience. There isn't a bad seat in the house. We went to see Janet Jackson on February 15th 2025. The venue was plenty big, but still small enough to be intimate. We got a cab service going to the property and going back to our hotel, no problems. We found plenty of bars at all levels and it was well organized. Janet put on a great show! I could learn to like this, listen up... I'm not a prude, I just want some respect So close the door if you want me to respond 'Cause privacy is my middle name My last name is control No, my first name ain't baby It's Janet... Ms. Jackson, if you're nasty

Yelp
This theater was very nice and was a good size where our seat view was so good. We sat Mezzanine section 2 in the first row and there was good leg room, comfy chairs and a cup holder. Sound and lights were on point to watch Janet Jackson's residency at Resorts world.

Michelle L.

Yelp
Fabulous theatre. I was here on 1/3/2025 to see Janet Jackson. We bought last minute tickets (day of) and had fairly high level seats. When we were on our way up there an usher gave us lower seats (top of the floor) to fill it up. So lucky! The place is new and immaculate. There were a lot of people here and they moved the crowd in through security pretty quickly. There are lots of good looking restaurants, bars, and food stalls to go to either before or after a show. The theatre gift shop had some random merch but there was a merch table after the show that looked much better than the shop. We would not hesitate to return.

Yelp
Seats were comfortable which is fantastic and drinks were flowing! Easy in and out! Staff were super friendly helping me find my seat.

Yelp
I love this venue! We sat on the floor section in the Resorts World Theatre to see a country concert (Brett Young) This theatre has quite a bit more leg room than other venues around Las Vegas, which is amazing for anybody over 6 foot like me. Upon arrival to the Venue, it is very easy to enter and have your tickets scanned. There are plenty of ushers available to help escort you to your seat. Also, a huge plus is the amount of concession workers they have at each stand. Not a lot of waiting to get your snacks and drinks and get to your seat. This is a huge plus when you don't want to wait in line and miss any part of the show! The concession prices are a little high, but nothing out of the ordinary for Las Vegas. Definitely one of the better venues in Vegas, and I'll be looking for shows to attend here in the future!

Yelp
There isn't a bad seat in the house. We went to see Janet Jackson. If you're craving a venue where it doesn't feel like a football stadium concert and somewhere that still houses top talent, then this is the spot. Easy to get in, plenty of bars at all levels and well organized. Enjoyed the ambiance here.

Yelp
Went to see Janet Jackson at the end of December and it was fantastic! The theatre was outstanding.

Ashley H.

Yelp
I LOVE how small this venue is! Whether you sit in the mezzanine amor the back orchestra it's all really close!! The service is great too, lots of people to show you to your seats during the whole performance. We didn't eat inside because it's mostly drinks for sale, but the food court outside is amazing!

Sara O.

Yelp
I have been to resorts world theatre for several concerts & shows. (Journey, Katy Perry, Kevin Hart & Brett Young) I've sat anywhere from close to the stage to far at the top, no matter where I have been there's been a great view of the stage and screens! It's always easy to enter the theater, the staff is great and quickly gets everyone in and safely. Bartenders are always nice, they have a great variety of snacks too. Once the show is over it does take a long time for everyone to filter back outside so I recommend waiting in your seats a bit after the show so you don't get stuck in the herd, it can be a bit claustrophobic. Other than that, love love this place! I'll be back again and again!

Christina K.

Yelp
I really like this theater! It's not the biggest but a very good size. Luke Bryan's concert had really good sound - well balanced! The lighting is very cool and I enjoy that aspect as it complements the overall performance. The theater is super easy to get to from the parking garage. As soon as you exit the elevators it's right there! Talk about such a short walk - I love this! There's three levels and it's easy to navigate up to your floor. My picture is from the mezzanine. I feel this level has a great view. The seats are super comfortable - more so than your arena settings so it's a plushy feeling. The only thing that I'm not a fan of is the cup holder location, it is right next to your arm rest and tends to feel in the way or one knock from a spill. The ushers are super helpful for anyone who needs help. People may or may not stand in front of you so be strategic in your seat picking. The drinks and snacks are pricey for sure - but we are at a strip casino so that goes with the territory. If it's a party of two with drinks and a snack, plan on spending around $40-50+. There are two drinks and snack bars on every level so you don't have to only be on the ground floor to get something.

Yelp
Cliff Notes Price Range: $$$ (Price Varies) Parking: Plenty Perk: The set Non-Perk: Extremely Loud Ambiance: Theater type feel Noise: HIGH Temperature: Comfortable Recommend: 100% Dissertation The show felt like we were watching a Pee-Wee Herman episode with a touch of Blues Clues and a splash of the Toy Story movie. The imagination used to create this was top shelf! Katy Perry did an amazing job, climbing here and there, dancing around and singing with a little poo-puppet (which was funny). The show started late which was a tad annoying, but we thought it was due to Prince Harry and his wife arriving late (the show started 5 minutes after they arrived). I'm glad we all had the pleasure of waiting for them....no really...(sigh). Anyways we saw her last show, otherwise I would highly recommend seeing her if she strolls back into the area.

Yelp
Went to go see Theo Von, the comedian, when he was in town. Seating was actually good and there was a good view even on the second floor. The seats themselves were a good size, not squished, and had some padding. No drinks from the outside when you go in the actual theater, but there are bars if you want a drink or small snacks. Prices for drinks are about $20 each. Water is bottled. It was easy to find once you get inside Resorts World and the bathroom was conveniently located outside the entrance area. There are bathrooms inside the theater too though. Very clean and the ushers were very helpful in finding our seats. I would go to another show there since I had a good experience and the two big screens on the left and right of the main stage was large and clear.

Sandy K.

Yelp
We attended Katy Perry's concert in Feb 2023. It was an amazing experience and I had a fantastic most memorable time. We returned new year eve two weeks ago for Janet Jackson show. I couldn't seem to recapture the vibe and feel from our prior attendance. It could have been the productions not quite comparable. But what really made my recent resort world theater experience somewhat lacking.. the rideshare process at end of show. There was no security manning the area and vehicles were having difficulty accessing the rideshare area. All of the guests waited excessively long period of time IN THE FREEZING COLD! Can there be some heating lamps or other warming devices to help with wait?!? Thank you.

Lori W.

Yelp
There are two parking garages. The Resorts World Drive parking lot is significantly closer to the theater. GPS tries to take you to the other parking garage. This is the street next to Circus Circus, which can be accessed from Sammy Davis or Las Vegas Blvd. Much of the theater has good viewing angles. However, avoid far edges in the front orchestra. Most people tend to stand in the front orchestra. If your budget allows a closer seat or rear orchestra, you may have a better view. The laser shows and video graphics are exceptional. One last note, without an Elite status, free parking is ending June 1st.

Yelp
My brother and I came here for David Blaine in December. We made sure to arrive early to avoid crazy crowds and got a drink from the bar upstairs. Getting in and and out were both a breeze for a theatre that large. The seats were a little tight, but definitely not the worst I've been in. We were in the middle of the mezzanine and had a great view. For this show I would recommend not being on the floor or super close up because he's moving around the theatre for certain things. Now I know drinks at venues are pricey plus you have to add in the 'vegas tax', but these were ridiculous. We both got the frozen drinks with an extra shot or whatever they called it. But they put Malibu in them so it was extra sweet and light on the booze. If it's a frozen margarita, you should be adding tequila to my drink. We had 4 of these total, a bag of snack mix, and with tip I spent over $150 at the bar. That's is a little crazy for a couple pints of frozen drink with Malibu rum each.

Yelp
February visit to Vegas and stayed again in Resorts World. It was COLD outside and we really weren't prepared to venture outside in this weather. We decided last minute that we would find something to do here. That brings us to Katy Perry and the RW Theatre. Ticket prices are typical Vegas show prices. We like Katy Perry but didn't feel a burning need to purchase top tickets. Instead, we found a pair of tickets up in the balcony. Overall, this is a really good theatre to catch a concert of show like hers. The view is good and not obstructed. They also have video boards to that you can get a better / closer view. The sound is excellent. Seats are typical. Not a tremendous amount of space next to you or leg room. Access to concessions is easy. Typical prices as you would guess. Probably the only negative about this theatre and the balcony is that it does take a long time for the theatre to empty out. The escalators are jammed. The staff does a good job of controlling the flow. Just be prepared to wait a while.

Tim P.

Yelp
We absolutely loved this venue that enabled us to fully immerse and engage while very much enjoying the show - Katy Perry's Play concert. It was a short convenient walk from our hotel room within the resort, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. Would highly recommend and definitely return for other concerts and shows in the future.

Norm K.

Yelp
I went to opening night of David Blaine's "In Spades" show at this theatre. The venue seats 5,000 people. Although the doors open an hour before show time, the theatre doors don't open until 1/2 hour prior to the show. That gives them a chance to start selling drinks before the show. The theatre is large and for the Blaine show, you definitely need the large projection screens on either side of the house and the one on the stage. From my seat in the next to last row of the rear orchestra, he was just a tiny figure. I found myself watching on one of the large displays because that's the kind of show it is and a display like that is necessary. The seats were comfortable and any seat would have good sight lines to the stage. Since most of their performers to date have been singers more in step with younger people, this was not a venue I had thought of going to before. With David Blaine, it was a different kind of show. I agree with the reviewer who stated that the best seats would probably be in the front row of the mezzanine. I have attended two of Lady Gaga's shows and I am pertubed that so many people stand throughout the entire concert. Don't you know when you buy a ticket, the seat comes with it at no extra charge? That's why first row mezzanine would be great! I was pleased at how close the theatre is to the entrance. You don't have to walk through a number of slot machines to get to it. I am sure I'll be back again, and I'll choose my seating based on this experience!

Anna F.

Yelp
I hopped off a plane, checked into my room at Resorts World and in a few hours decided I was going to see Katy Perry: Play. She's not coming to Hawaii anytime soon for a concert so I bought tickets 15 minutes before show time at the box office. I got seats for about $200 each in the rear orchestra section. To get inside the theater, there's a security check point, you walk through the metal detector and if you have a bag, the security will ask you to open it up. Outside food and drinks are not allowed and they have to be tossed. There's a bar inside the theater as well as snacks available for purchase. Getting to our seats was easy as there were ushers pointing us to the correct place and then escorting us to the row. Katy Perry's show was really good and I would recommend it to anyone. It's even good for kids. The sound in the theater is loud along with lots and lots of flashing lights. There's screens on the left and right sides of the stage so if you can't see what's happening, look at the screen instead. The seats were clean and comfortable. It took longer to exit the theater than to go in but there was a side door so we didn't have to use the escalators to go back down.

Christa M.

Yelp
This theatre is awesome! Got tickets to see Katy Perry's Play show and it was so much fun! The theatre is inside Resorts World and super easy to find. The lines moved pretty quickly and we were inside in no time. All the employees were friendly and helpful. I had rear orchestra seats row B and they were such great seats. The view from here was great! I don't think it matters where you sit though, it looked like everyone had a great view. The show was SO MUCH FUN and Katy Perry sure does know how to sing live really well! The show lasted about 2.5 hours and there were several merch stands inside. She also has her own store outside the theatre with some life sized photo ops. I paid $120 for two shirts and $40 for a mushroom themed bucket hat. Her merch is somewhat pricey, but sooo cute!

Al L.

Yelp
We've seen a couple of Katy Perry's concerts in the Bay Area and thought it would be fun to see her PLAY residency show at the Resorts World. The show is at the Resorts World Theater, a beautiful three level theater that seats 5,000. Arriving at 7:30pm for the 8:00pm show, the line to get in extended almost to the walkway leading to the theater. Tip: walk to the left side and the line was a lot shorter. We booked our seats at Rear Orchestra 6 Row G 601-603 three weeks earlier through the Resorts World website. . Though the section is on the right, the seats were fine and had an unobstructed view of the entire stage. Katy Perry puts on entertaining concerts with fun props, staging and backup dancers and performers. She had segments were she had engaging banter with the audience and even two people were selected from the audience to the stage to dance. Her 19 song set included many of her hit songs, Dark Horse, CA Gurls, Hot n Cold, I Kissed a Girl, Teenage Dream, Roar and songs from the latest album. She finished the near two hour concert with Firework. The sound and lighting quality at the Theater was excellent. The seats were comfortable and spacious. Right across the Theater, there's a Katy Perry souvenir shop with t-shirts, caps, programs and more. PLAY was a fun and entertaining concert. Katy put on a great show. It was recently announced that Katy will be ending her PLAY residency on November 4, 2023 that started in December 2021. So check out PLAY with Katy Perry soon before the show ends.

JACK M.

Yelp
What a nice place. It was a regular Wednesday. Me and the brother had gone to Vegas to get out of town. After gambling and losing for three days we decided to see a show to ease the pain. So Luke Bryan was playing at Resorts World. What a show. What a guy. The place was nice and new. Very cozy. I'm starting to like concerts at theaters way better than stadiums and arenas. The place was well organized and felt new. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The show was great. Not only is Like a great singer, he's also a great showman, a great storyteller. Just one of the guys.

Tony W.

Yelp
Loved our time here. We saw Katy Perry in May of 2023 and LOVED THIS PLACE. We walked in 20 minutes before the concert started and we got in fast and efficient! We sat down front row and the security that sat next to the stage was profesional and FUN. Great venue!

Belle B.

Yelp
My husband and I were there on Labor's day weekend to see Luke Bryan's concert. The Security line was fast,Make sure you didn't bring any kind of purses or bags that bigger than a clutch size.Walk through the metal detector and then you good to go! No outside food and drink allowed. They do have the drink stand inside. My husband got a glass of corona and 1 Fiji water and that's cost $29 When you show the staffs your seat number,They'll walk you to your seat,I love that! Not just like pointing the fingers where your seat should be and let you figure it out yourself. The venue was still new,So everything was looking great! And no old smells. Luke Bryan's concert was worth every pennies we spent! He was such a great entertainer and the sound system was soooo awesome! The concert last 2 hours straight and it went by so fast! Overall.Love everything about it.

Hailey C.

Yelp
Wow!!! This was my first time to the Theatre here in Resort's World and it was to see Theo Von's Return of the Rat Tour on July 6! Everything was seamless. Starting with the merch folks, both ladies were very nice and helpful. The ushers were friendly and pointed us in the right direction! Finding seats was easy as everything is clearly marked. The seats have # plaques and I thought that was awesome as someone who used to work in guest services--the seating never changes! We didn't grab any food, but we did buy 2 waters that were...very... over priced. $8 for a 12oz FIJI water??? Not too happy about that, but honestly wasn't even anything to complain about in the moment because we were seeing THE Theo Von! The ambiance of the venue is very nice. When you're sitting in your seat, you can't help but think "damn, there isn't a bad seat in the house!" We were in Balcony 5, Row G seats 514, 515 and 516 (literally the most highest section and in thee last row of the venue) and it was perfect. Theo had 3 big screens to help see his funny movements and faces. It is intimate and a great place for a show like Theo's. Unfortunately, we couldn't take pics or videos during his set, but that is okay. It was so nice to live in the moment and keep the laughter train rolling! We laughed our asses off the entire time. 100/10 experience. My mom and sister saw Carrie Underwood here and had a great time as well.

Billy L.

Yelp
Saw Luke Bryant on a Wednesday night. Great concert. He is a good performer. Love all his upbeat concert songs.

Derrick G.

Yelp
We saw Katy Perry in concert at the Resorts World Theatre. The venue and show was incredible. The venue is laid out well, there wasn't a bad seat in the theatre and the acoustics were great. Katy Perry put on an incredible show, at a very affordable price compared to other Las Vegas concerts. I highly recommend this venue and concert.

Madeleine L.

Yelp
Great theater! Clean and good seats all around. We had nosebleed tickets but the view was actually really good. The only drawbacks were the ridiculously high prices for food and drinks and that it takes forever to exit the theater.

Steven W.

Yelp
Once you walk into the resort from the food Hall entrance the theater is on your left side. Beautiful and modern lobby and concession stand. Has three levels of seating to enjoy. We watched Katy Perry's PLAY residency and it was amazing from the sound system, to the stage, to the lighting, and the chairs. Very spacious for people to walk by and sit. Quality is state of the art.

Lisa H.

Yelp
Great intimate theatre . The furthest seat is only 150 feet from the stage. Personally I think the best view might be the first section of the mezzanine by the railing. No one would be in front of you and have a view of everything. Seats were comfortable and no crazy steep stair climbing. Great venue!

Rick H.

Yelp
Don't go if you are handicapped this was my view though the whole show! I can't stand up! I asked an usher and he told me there was nothing they could do!

Karen W.

Yelp
This is a new venue and when Enrique Iglesias booked two shows here, we were looking forward to a state of the art theatre. It holds about 5,000 seats and I bought one Ruby VIP ticket for the Friday night show and two Ruby VIP tickets for Saturday night through AXS which the theatre is using. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that the tickets purchased were non-transferrable so I didn't realize how difficult it would be to sell the second ticket, but luckily I found a friend for the Saturday night show. However, in talking to the theatre and AXS, my friend would have to enter the show with me as the tickets are on my phone under my name. But we worked it out. However, on the night of each show, the tickets became available to sell or transfer when I accessed them on the AXS so I was able to transfer my friend's ticket to her on the second night so she could come into the VIP entrance on her own. I am not used to VIP being without any food or drink amenities as previous VIP tickets through another ticket agency has yielded complimentary drink and/or food in a private VIP room as well as a photo booth before the concert. The theatre requested that we pick up our VIP souvenirs (exclusive Enrique Iglesias duffle bag, EI magnet, VIP lanyard and photo booth voucher) between 12 Noon and 8 pm prior to the evening's show at the box office. It was no problem as I didn't want to bring in my souvenirs during the concert since they only allowed a 9"x5"x2" wallet and nothing else. When the VIP entrance was opened an hour before the show, I went inside but there was no signage to show where to get our VIP photo booth nor anyone to direct us to the photo booth. The first night I didn't realize that they closed the photo booth at 9 pm and missed it but was able to locate and take both photos on the second night! The photo booth was located far away from the VIP entrance opposite the bar area. The photos turned out great as the photographer knew just how to take some awesome photos and tell me how to pose. Then the bar area is convenient but of course drinks are expensive: a small cocktail is $20 and large is $32! I opted for a small drink and a bottle of water which costs $30. The entrance to my seat was convenient as well and so was the restroom. Seats have cup holders which are convenient to avoid spillage. I had a good view from my seat in Front Orchestra 3 Row GG, seat 315 on first night and seats 317 and 318 on second night. Security at the theatre seemed to be overwhelmed the first night as there weren't many security personnel guarding the stage. There was some chaos during the first night of the show as overzealous fans were able to climb onto the stage and reach Enrique but he was friendly and accommodating and led them off the stage. The second night, security personnel had more people to handle the aisle and front of the stage so there were no incidents of overcrowding in the aisles or fans jumping onto the low stage! The catwalk that they used for Enrique's performance was short and inadequate but Enrique had to make adjustments to his usual performance areas. Frankly, I prefer a larger venue with more security and a private VIP room so that there is more crowd control as Enrique has performed at larger venues with more control so that the fans don't cross the boundaries and cause a disruption to the shows. My guess is that the theatre didn't anticipate how fans without boundaries would react to the low stage and lack of security.

Yelp
Theatre itself is really nice. Seats are nice and comfy. Super convenient to get to from the parking garage. Friendly ushers. My one lacking star is for the bar. $19 for one single shot drink and a suggested $4.50 tip? Out of your minds. They make it very hard to change the tip too on the machine. There no wondering why there was literally no lines at either of the bars in the area I was in. A good 10 bartenders hoping for a customer. I realize it's the strip but that's just robbery and stupid. Drop the prices and you'll probably have an actual line and some smiling bartenders.

Yelp
Theaters great but the seats are like a 80's middle school auditorium. My husband's 6'2" about 230 and his hips hurt after only two hour show. They also gouge at the concessions, $9 for a mini bottle of Fiji water.

Yelp
The Theater is big enough to hold more people, but small enough to have a good seat and see the stage no matter where you are! They have escalators to every level which is great. It's easy to get in and out of. The bar tab is about the same as what you can expect for any venue on the strip. It is what it is at this point.

Yelp
Nice theater! We saw Luke Bryan at one of his last shows. The lines for security/doors were well organized and moved quickly. All of the staff that we met were engaging and kind. It was easy for us to find our section. We had seats in the lower bowl. The decor was incredible and loved the design scheme. The only downside is the way that the rows were built. If you are standing for a concert, you will probably end up looking at the back of the head of the person standing in front of you. The rows seem not high enough in between each one so you can see over the head of the person in front of you. I would suggest seats as close to the front as possible so you can have the least amount of heads in front of you.

Yelp
Just two years old, totally state of the art theatre; not a bad seat in the house. Incredible presentation -- everything you see is a screen, the effects are immersive. Parking (at $18) leads you right into the theatre. Excellent staff and management. 21st century cutting edge concert venue.

Yelp
I've been to 3 shows at Resorts World Theater David Blaine, Luke Bryan and Katy Perry. It is a beautiful theater. There really isn't a bad seat in the house. Even the upper levels feel close. Staff has been friendly and helpful on all my visits. Great place to see a show.

Yelp
Never in my life have I seen such an incompetent, unprofessional and rude box office, front of house and security staff at a theater. The whole team is unqualified to work in guest services and hospitality. It's unfortunate that such a poor staff can affect the entire experience at a show. Don't waste your money here. There are many nice theaters in Las Vegas with great people running them. Resorts World is not one. (Only giving 1 star because 0 is not an option)

Yelp
If I'm rating the venue, it's a 4. However, I still cannot get past the completely awful Katy Perry show we saw last October. Between fuzzy screen/graphics to less than stellar sound, that may have been the highlights. First time in my life we walked out of a show! The stage production is confusing and, literally, when the dancing poop appeared onstage, we'd had it. Not to mention the crowd stood for the whole show. We asked the usher to ask them to sit but she said she couldn't do that. One of the people near us then tried to move and sit in the aisle (bad move) and the usher told her not to do that in angry tone. So, by then, we said that everything about the show was awful. We walked out. Someone in the lobby (employee) offered to move us elsewhere in the theatre but couldn't guarantee our seats would be as good (we paid $250/each). He was courteous but reiterated they can't control the crowd (his exact words). I like Katy's music but this fell short. The theatre seats are comfortable and site lines (what we could see) were good. But we won't go back here. Shame since we wanted to see Luke Perry later this year.

Yelp
We had a really great experience here for the Katy Perry show. By Vegas standards, our tickets were incredibly reasonably priced, and we had a terrific view of the show.

Yelp
Our first time here to this theatre to watch Katy Perry's Vegas concert residency. We've seen Katy's concert before and this one was better and the production was beautiful and fun.

Yelp
We went to see Carrie Underwood and had a blast!! The venue is actually quaint and pleasantly intimate. We will most definitely be back for another show.

Yelp
The new resort world theater was to host Celine's residency but Carrie underwood is opening. The seats are comfortable and you are not packed in. The sound is good. Definitely come back

Yelp
Nice theater, nice patrons (at least for the Katy Perry concert). Sound and visuals were top notch as well.

Yelp
The theater is beautiful and very big. We went to go see David Blaine and it was a great show. They have two full bars at this theater and the drinks were okay (nothing special). But great place and the ushers were very nice.
