I ordered tenderloin but they served me very tough tenderloin meat. I checked with them if I was served a rump steak or tenderloin and they came back and told me that it is indeed tenderloin. The meat was so tough that I couldn’t chew and my arm hurt from cutting the tenderloin steak. The chef offered me a free cake but they charged me full price for the tenderloin, which is okay. The only problem is that the young and chubby waitress was extremely rude when she wanted to collect my steak with green beans away. I told her the green beans were very good and I was still eating them but she made snide remarks and with her unpleasant body language as though I should not be having my green beans anymore, which they charged me full for. I found this behaviour completely bizarre so I went to tell the young and chubby that she did not have to be rude since I paid for it. She argued that she was taught in her school, to remove customer’s food immediate effect, if the customer complained, which I found it extremely unhospitable and rude, and especially if we paid for it in full. A decent steak restaurant would have made a new steak, or give a discount or remove the price. This place is already being unfair by charging in full, and together with bad service, it is even more unpleasant. I do not recommend anyone who loves a good steak to this restaurant as their attitude is really bad as they will never care if your tenderloin steak is tender or tough like a chuck roast.
