Cechowa in Kraków is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is very, very nice—warm, welcoming, and cozy, just like a place you want to keep coming back to. The staff are also very, very nice—friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind, which makes the whole experience feel personal and relaxed.
The food? Simply excellent. It’s honest, home-cooked Polish food at its best, and at a very reasonable price. The żurek is rich and flavorful, and the pierogi are absolutely top-notch—perfectly made, delicious, and comforting.
I highly recommend this place. It’s one of those restaurants where, no matter the day or time, it’s always an easy choice. If you’re in the mood for a great meal, just head to Ciechowa—you’ll always leave satisfied.
