Restaurang Istanbul

I'm a native of Trelleborg, but I only recently tried out this restaurant for the first time, and I was pleasantly surprised. For 189 SEK (€19.32) I was able to taste plankstek with ryggbiff. It was served with Duchess potatoes and other vegetables, and was grilled perfectly in my opinion. Everything was delightful, and we were also given fast and reliable service. The environment was comfortable, perhaps in need of renovation, but it had it's own appeal. I would give five stars if the furniture could be replaced (it was a little old) but be aware, by Trelleborg's standards, this is outstanding.

Very good quality for a very low price! Kind and helpful staff.

My partner and I both ordered salads. His was pretty much tasteless, meat was bad (kebab salad). Mine was swimming in water (greek salad). The coffee and our drinks were good. The service is good and the staff were really nice. They have even offered us if we wanted something else since we weren't happy with our meals. Too expensive for the quality that you actually receive.

2 years ago it was Swedish restaurant with full service, 1 year ago it was "Turkish" restaurant with full service, this year it was Turkish restaurant with ordering and paying inside. But Eriksberg and pizza still good and salad for free (when you order some main dish) is great. But the beer in Sweden is fu**ing expensive...

Food is average to say the least and the staff are quite arrogant in the way they deal with their customers. Orders are often incorrect and when questioned the service staff imply that its your fault which is absurd in a business that is supposed to be service minded and relies on it's customers experiences.
