After wandering the charming (but let’s be real—kind of maze-like) streets of Český Krumlov’s old town, we felt like switching it up. So we took a short uphill walk to Restaurace 99—and yep, it’s a bit of a climb, but totally worth it. Once you get there, the view is chef’s kiss: rooftops, the river, and that golden hillside glow. The vibe? Chill and sunny, like an Italian terrace, but surprise—it’s all-American BBQ. We went for the wings and a burger, and wow. The wings were crispy with just the right amount of heat, and the burger was juicy, flavorful, and stacked tall—exactly what we were craving after exploring the castle. The outdoor seating is super laid-back with string lights and a view that makes you want to stay forever. Plus, since this is Czechia, the craft beer game is strong, and the staff were super friendly and easygoing. It just had that relaxed, good-energy feel you want in a lunch spot. We paid 1,050 Kč (about €42.50) for two, which felt totally fair for the quality and experience. Honestly, if you’re up for a bit of a stroll, this place is 100% worth it. This was the place where I ended my city trip, and what a conclusion! A fantastic restaurant to reflect on your adventure and enjoy the wonderful time. It gave me all the opportunity to relax. Friendly and attentive waiters who are very helpful. I enjoyed a delicious soup and a lovely dinner. At my leisure, I could continue my journey back home. Definitely worthy of 5 stars!

Had the gazpacho and beyond burger. Was really lovely food - especially the surprisingly good and fresh gazpacho. Made iced coffee which was off menu and delicious 😊 beautiful views of the town and pretty inside area too. Service was fast and friendly. Misters and shaded area to sit outside and keep cool

The service was very nice and waiter also kindness. Nice soup, burger and beer. It’s warm me during this cold day. Credit card is accepted.

what an amaaaazing find in the quiet town of Cesky Krumlov🥰🥹 super yummy American BBQ with a ⛰️picturesque view🏞️ ! we got the 500g platter and oh my: - the pork knee special was 😘🤌 - the pulled pork 😩💯 - the brioche 🍞🔥 - the saucessss 💦😍 the staff, a young guy, super attentive and welcoming (with really good english), was also really great😚 would definitely return🌞

Got the Vegetarian platter, interesting flavors I liked the pickles even tho I usually don’t, I also like the cornbread. But it was pretty expensive for a vegetarian meal and for the portion size.

One of the only places open when we arrived... and we were so glad it was! Quaint, warm, inviting. The food was delivered fast and absolutely delicious. Washed it down with awesome beer 🍺. Friendly staff!
