Wow, just Wow. I wish I could do more stars. We just had an amazing lunch. While the menu is simple in the descriptions, it belies the attention to detail and work that has gone into each dish. The ingredients were the best, and the flavours intense. Nothing could be faulted - there was great work from the kitchen. An entree as ubiquitous and simple as croquettes was elevated. We had turbot, and a slow cooked beef braise. Both exquisite in intensity of flavour, and exceptional examples. Small but well chosen wine list, and the service was very delightful and helpful. The chef has had exposure at El Bulli, and it shows. Worthy of a place in the Michelin Guide.
