Can’t say about other dishes but the Wiener schnitzel with asparagus (seasonal menu) was delicious, and so was the red wine they suggest pairing with it! We got recommended by friends as “the place” to try wiener schnitzel in Berlin and it didn’t disappoint… Portions are also HUGE, even when you order the “small size”.

I went late into the night for my first dinner in Berlin, and was very satisfied! I had the veal schnitzel and everything tasted great. Not only the schnitzel itself, but the potato salad, cucumber salad, cranberry sauce, it was all very good. The atmosphere was quite comfy and pleasantly chill. The staff are so very friendly and helpful (and they speak fluent English as well). Overall this has been my best dining experience in Germany so far, and I'll be sure to keep this place in mind for my future visits to Berlin!

My favorite Austrian restaurant in Berlin. An institution in the Bergmannkiez. This place has been around forever. I love to sit outside in summer as well as inside in Winter. Very cosy , wooden atmosphere. Service is good and the portions huge. I think I always go for the traditional Wiener Schnitzel. But I always get a different appetizer. I was never disappointed. Prices are ok too.

I was there yesterday. I went without a reservation and the place was full, so they offered me a spot in the bar, which I accepted. The restaurant decoration is lovely; very traditional. Tried their famous veal Schnitzel and it was just perfect. Literally, you cannot get that style of Schnitzel any better. Thinly sliced and very tender. The barwoman was super nice and skilled handling so many requests all the time. Recommendation: If you go on a Saturday night, make a reservation. Not sure how it's on the other days of the week.

Simple and very good. You should know what you get there for, not a huge selection, but you don't need more than that. We tried the original Wiener Schnitzel which was excellent, top-notch. And the prices are fair. Solid choice if you have been fed up with all the vegan-fusion-new age Berlin restaurants and you want something simple but excellent at the same time. Well done

I have nothing but great things to say. The service was amazing, Kristina was amazing and made our group of 9 feel super at home. The menu is not extensive but that is a total positive. The food was delicious. Highly recommended.

I was looking for shnitzel, i found it there ! very good beer as well, it was quiet perfect.. waiter adorable.. nice location with beautiful wooden fourniture.. i’ll go back there for sure to test the menu again!! ( i’m french and i’m not joking with food)
