Baserriberri in Pamplona is a culinary gem where creativity meets flavor. Each pintxo is a work of art, from the croquette on a sculpted green octopus to the smoky, dramatic presentations. Flavors are bold yet balanced, with standout bites like crisp morsels topped with silky beef and beautifully layered creations. Service is knowledgeable and engaging, with spot-on wine pairings. A must-visit in Pamplona for anyone wanting modern Basque cuisine with Michelin-level flair.

We eat here twice, once in the bar, once in the restaurant. Our preference would be to eat in the bar. The restaurant lacked atmosphere & the staff were more formal Their ceviche tapa (€4.20) was my tapa of our Pamplona week They also had a fab chicken gyoza tapa that was my partner’s tapa of the week. He was also a big fan of the potato bravas (€10)

How come they don’t let you order from their daily menu on the front area? Doesn’t make sense. You have to go to the back of the place for that. Very friendly people.

Wow what a great experience. The 5 pasos tasting menu was a wonderful way to experience all the great flavors this place has to offer. The service was superb from the wine recommendation accompanied with a story about the winery through all the 5 courses and down to the chupito at the end. Loved it all

Amazing pintxos. Had the "seven steps around Navarre" meal as well. One of the many amazing restaurants in Pamplona..

Wawww what a surprisingly good dinner. English speaking service was very good. The dishes were presented as a gift. Not only the food was surprising but the entrance to the restaurant as well.

Great experience. The entrance is misleading in the sense that it looks like a regular pinxo local, which it is but with a cool twist of high gastronomy experience… now, the actual restaurant is deep inside the local after a door, where the environment changes and gives you a feel close to a hidden kitchen. We ordered the equivalent of the house red wine which was great for the chuleton (tomahawk) we order as principal. We also had some iberico ham and beef croquetas for starters. Everything was great. Highly recommended when visiting Pamplona.

The food is VERY unusual and it's somewhat gimmicky. Because there is no menu, they simply bring you the food. It’s truly delicious and they go out of their way to make the presentation unique and memorable. I can’t say it was my best meal, but it’s an experience!
