This hotel restaurant took ages to even give us menus. I eventually had to walk up and ask for menus. Then they again took ages to take our order so I had to get up to ask for it to be taken. About 5 minutes after that, someone came over to take our order again, not realizing it was already handled. I asked for a dessert specifically for my daughter and they brought cutlery for myself and my wife only, not my daughter. Unprofessional table service. It was obvious that they were deliberately playing a game with us at that point and providing terrible customer service. We were hotel guests.

Excellent food, good value, attentive service. I had the pumpkin soup, oyster mushroom salad, and a sausage. Open on Sundays. I'd describe the menu as a modern, lighter take on traditional Austrian food.

My friend and I were both delighted by our food. We were looking for something Austrian (tourists from the UK) with vegetarian options. This place provides that with a focus on quality and ingredients, and some lightness inspired by Mediterranean cuisines. The food was delicious, our wine was also top quality, and the staff were professional, helpful and warm. All in all: recommended.

It was a fantastic experience yesterday evening eating with my 3 friends at Béla Béla! The waiter was really corteous paying attention to us looking what level of information do we require.
We have also received courtesy of the house twice.
