"Noma, consistently ranked as one of the world’s best restaurants, closed in 2016, but its impact on dining in Copenhagen has been profound. Many chefs who worked there have since launched their own restaurants, including two who opened Bror. It’s a small space with big ambitions—expect astonishing food made from the best local produce. The five-course menu costs 625 kroner ($100), with wine pairings an additional 450 kroner ($72). There are also some memorable snacks. Don’t miss the bull testicles with tartar sauce or the cod head with cabbage wrap."

Delicious and worthy of a visit. The food is well prepared and it's natural flavors are well enhanced. The staff are very nice and knowledgeable about the ingredients and flavors. Great experience all around.

Casual, whimsical eatery with smart food presented beautifully. Warning meals here are not for the faint of heart...be prepared for adventurous eating...think tongue or heart or fish cheek. Kudos to the chef!

Great food and very nice staff. Of course this is what you should expect for the price because it's definitely not cheap but worth it!

Quite an experience. In a similar way to Noma, this restaurant explores interesting culinary territories, with fixed 4 or 5 dishes menus. Some are odd, or you might simply not like them, but all are interesting. Some dishes are wonderful, like the tarragon ice cream with rhubarb coulis. You can also choose to have wine pairing, and I would absolutely recommend it. Wines are all very original, and of good quality. The staff is incredible nice, which adds a lot. This is an expensive restaurant, but worth it for the experience. As a place to get a good meal, and come back to, I'm not so sure tough.

My best experience of fine dining was in this chilled out bistro-feel restaurant. Their chefs gave our palates such a treat, alongside some of the best wines I have tasted. Get the bulls' balls, if you dare. Very tasty! Friendly staff and worth the reservation. Great value for this top quality place. Hope to return!

Just a superb evening. Restaurant is clearly influenced by the exquisite Noma heritage, and all in all the informal experience that this place boasts is just as nice or nicer. The way the chef pairs unusual ingredients with amazingly surprising wines is just... Fantastic. We had a truly lovely time.

Pleasant Nordic cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. The dishes are well prepared and mainly based on fish. The wine pairing is made from French wineries. It fits well the food and the wines are well balanced. The prices are fair and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable, but missing the surprise in both the food and wines
