Restaurant Cas Cònsol

The restaurant offers a beautiful ambiance with a stunning harbor view, directly accessible from the square. The seafood appetizers were excellent. However, the grilled monkfish with poorly presented onions was disappointing. Prices are high, and portions are a bit small. What I liked least was the cold and rushed service. In my opinion, there are better options in Ciutadella.

The restaurant locates in the city centre, next to the theatre. It has indoor and outdoor area. Upper floor has outdoor dinning area which you can see the canal and the city Hall. Atmosphere is good and the staff is very attentive. They keep checking if you finish your food or drink and then ready to serve the next plate. There is a staff could speak fluent English, he could explains you well about every dish. All the dishes that ordered are well seasoning and fresh. Recommend to make reservation in advance.

The absolute perfect place for dinner in the Citudella. We booked for 7pm on the day (midweek) & got the best table overlooking the marina. The prices here are great value & more affordable than other places we found in the old town. We have the grilled hake & grilled monkfish with a tomato bread starter shared & it was all beautiful. Staff were super friendly & polite. A perfect evening end to a day exploring the town. Highly recommend.

Went for Menu del Dia fairly price at 26.50 euros at weekend, A Lovely positioned restaurant with Amazing views from terrace. The starter was fine Prawn Advocado salad was lovely. The main was a little let down as the steak was very tough & chewy & the dessert was fine, but found drinks a little on the high side price wise The service was excellent the waiter was extremely attentive & helpful. A Lovely restaurant just a shame about the steak, but I would return.

A wonderful restaurant. Perfect spot, delicious food and incredible wait staff. Very attentive but not in your face. I am gluten and dairy intolerant and they were amazing about it. The waiter gave me lots of options and it was all fantastic. Highly highly highly recommend.

Where to begin : not only was the food and the wine absolutely disgusting (seriously, really terrible), the members of the staff were a bunch of uneducated and professional people who not only were rude and incompetent but also threw us out and physically assaulted one of our friend simply because he used his e-cigarette on the terrasse. We followed the kind invitation of what I supposed was the manager of the restaurant who strongly (and very aggressively) suggested that we go home to our country, where the food, unlike this “restaurant”, is actually good. Run away from this place. As per the members of the staff (including the kitchen staff), I have one friendly advice: go get another job for the love of god.

This restaurant has a gorgeous patio for watching the sunset. I recommend you call and reserve beforehand. The cheese balls and the grilled octopus were great starters. For the main I ordered the truffle mushroom ravioli and it was quite good (although missing a bit of salt).

Delicious food. We had a range of different dishes and all met our expectations except the tomato on toast. I would advise to book the balcony- it was gorgeous but booked out.

Cas Cònsol is a beautiful restaurant, well situated in the square center overlooking the port. The decor is modern and the view breathtaking, with an outdoor terrace. We had a friendly waitress who spoke more Spanish than English, but she understood a good amount of English and was accomodating to our needs. For appetizers, my friends and I ordered ham, calamari, and bruschetta. The main courses varied from the freshest seafood stuffed with vegetables, to grilled lamb, to cous cous. Everything was absolutely scrumptious, even the cappucino to finish the meal. I highly recommend Cas Cònsol on your next visit to Menorca!

My experience here is not like the orders. 1 service is very slow, 2 Food not the good. 3 Beautiful Marina views There's many restaurants and places to choose from, before you decide please read the menu, ask for prices don't be embarrassed better soon than later pay a bill over $130 € about $148 dollars for dinner of two.
