Terrible Service – Reservation Ignored, Rude Staff
We booked a table for two at Casa di Roma two days in advance for February 14th from 18:00 to 20:00, and our reservation was confirmed. Today, I decided to double-check, only to be met with an incredibly rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful receptionist.
He interrupted, spoke rudely, and made it clear that he did not care about the situation, dismissing us with a blunt “No. I can’t help you. Do whatever you want.” We were polite the entire time, yet he refused to check other booking records and simply told us to wait for the boss at 17:00, which was almost the start of our planned dinner.
No customer service whatsoever. If he cannot assist guests, perhaps he should work elsewhere. We are beyond disappointed – our Valentine’s dinner was ruined. Sharing our experience so others can be aware.
