We know someone who was born and raised in Cadaqués, and when we asked her, “Where can we eat the best Paella?” she immediately said: “Go to Casa Pilar. That’s where the locals go for a good Paella.”
Since then, every time we’re in Cadaqués, we make sure to return to Casa Pilar for a delicious, authentic meal.
Here’s our suggestion:
Start with a Sangria and their refreshing Gazpacho Casero,
then enjoy either the Paella de Mariscos or the Arroz Negro con Mariscos,
and finish with a classic Crema Catalana or a smooth Panna Cotta.
You won’t be disappointed!
