5 stars in all categories. We had our anniversary dinner here and were so glad we chose the Château Royal. All the staff were exceptionally friendly. We felt very welcome and well looked after. The atmosphere is super nice. Beautiful and tasteful interior and architecture with great art all around. We chose to sit in the area near the kitchen as we felt the area with the sofa benches was a bit more intimate for couples. We had 5 different starters, 2 main courses and 2 desserts and we loved every part of it. Everything tasted exceptionally good and was served to perfection. We didn't feel stuffed after all these courses. We also enjoyed the selection of non-alcoholic cocktails. All in all, we paid just under €200 for 2 people, which is fair given the choice and quality of the food and service, as well as the nice atmosphere. It was not crowded and we were able to enjoy a really nice dinner without the hustle and bustle of other places.

In terms of taste and atmosphere, this place is amazing. It simply couldn’t get better. The only thing I would have wished for is for slightly larger dishes. Yes, I know I went for the lunch deal, but a slightly larger dessert would have probably kept me satiated for longer. Nonetheless I would definitely come again and would definitely suggest it to anyone looking for a cozy place with the friendliest staff and delicious food.

From the moment I walked in, the ambiance exuded luxury and sophistication. The staff was attentive and professional, ensuring every detail was perfect. What truly stood out, however, was the wine selection—it was like stepping into a vineyard! I highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch service, delectable cuisine, and an elegant atmosphere.

I tasted the best meat in this restaurant! I have so much respect for the chef after tasting the food here. They know what they are doing. The prices are so reasonable. I would recommend getting basil whiskey cocktail. It healed me :) Such a great experience

Food was amazing, staff was very helpful and welcoming. I've proposed to my (now) fiance after the food service and we received champagne glass each and amazing dessert on the house. Great experience, would definitely recommend :)

Top service. Stopped by the bar on our way to dinner elsewhere, and my partner ordered the Ballon d'Or. Just wow. Elegant, unexpected, delicious. We'd ordered a snack which was unfortunately forgotten, so our bartender — whose name I regret not asking — insisted on comping our drinks when we went to pay. It was totally unnecessary but in my opinion a sign that they take hospitality seriously, which can feel like a rare thing in Berlin. Really appreciated it and I wish I'd had cash on me, but I'll absolutely return and pay it forward. Cheers <3

Not sure if the restaurant is ready to host events like a Silvester gala dinner yet. No decoration, no background music. Service disorientated. One guest got two starters before having been able to start with the first one, while the rest of the table didn't receive any food. Once arrived the menu got swapped. Course 2 before course 1 etc. Some courses went back to the kitchen e.g. due undercooked beef cheeks. Great wine / champagne menu though. Some staff's attitudes could be improved. Saying we are the only table who returned the main but when challenging that the neighbours table sent them back too I received the answer: I didn't look after this table.. macarons were very nice, but I assume they got bought and not self made. The Afterparty where the owner met some old friends at the bar made them play the song ("DJ" (e.g. Spotify playlist - no live DJ seen) arrived finally at around 00:30 and the song "the boys are back in town" got played around 5 times in a row. No service at the table in the bar area during the whole evening.
