Highly recommend for small groups. Their plating is exquisite! However, we had a large group of ~30 people and it took 2 hours for some of them to get their main entree.

Very nice restaurant. Service was nice and the food was delicious. Although the calamari rings were very chewy so it didn’t really was as perfect and gentle as I read in others review. Maybe it’s a matter of luck depending on what calamari you get. Anyway they arrived hot and crispy so still was good. A sauce on the side could have been nice.

We had dinner here on Thursday night, had seafood platter as starter, then merluza negra for main dish. It was so delicious that we decided to come back the next day for dinner as well. Second night we ordered calamari, paila de mariscos, and abadejo al pil pil. Taste is exquisite, our host was attentive. Highly recommend

We came after the host of the airbnb recommended it to us. We were not disappointed! Good service and amazing food, if locals go must be a good sign! Ravas were very good but the star dish was the merluza negra with risotto...simply amazing!

I turned up at the restaurant a few minutes before 12 and was turned away. They told me the restaurant is full and cannot accept anyone for the moment. They asked me to come back again for dinner or tomorrow and I said I did not have much time left in Ushuaia. The male staff then asked me to come back again close to 2 and he would try to see if he can leave a table for me. I went around downtown walking and returned back at 145 and there was a table for me. So glad he remembered me and saved me a table. Looked at the menu for a while and decided to get the Centolla del Canal. Had to get it because it was the main image on the menu and also the first dish on the menu. The other one was the Paila Marina also known as the Seafood Casserole, which was recommended. Food was quick to arrive and the portion was really big. Didn't expect it to taste so good and had to stuff myself to finish the 2 dishes. Really enjoyable meal and didn't break the bank. Recommended restaurant to visit in Ushuaia.

One of the best food experiences for me! The food was just perfect, had black merluza which was simple yet very tender and tasty. Centolla with austral crab for starter was equally good, and frutas rojas for dessert the best I have got so far. Their pisco sour was good. I really would recommend this to everyone who like either seafood or good food in general. It is possibly not the cheapest restaurant but it is worth of every penny!

Very good restaurant. We had the king crab soup and the seafood risotto. This restaurant is one of the truly great places to eat in Ushuaia. Service is very good, food great and overall experience beautiful. Don’t be fooled by the outside looks and give it a try for a great seafood and fish restaurant

Food was surprisingly good and fast. Our entre arrived like 3 minutes. Fried Calamaris ring Rabas HUGE portion 1150 peso and 2 seafood empanadas. Actually has a lot of mussells inside of empanada only cost 170peso, freaking delicious. We also ordered Paila Marina 1690peso.(Jan 2022) cant wait to try. Will update soon. So far exceed my expectation. 10 minutes later, my paila marina arrived. Well, pretty disappointed. For a main dish the size its like entre :(. No! What a funny restaurant? Rabas entre has main dish size but main dish much smaller........so.we ordered 2 more seafood empanadas. Will still give them 5 stars since the entre snd empanada was good. But wont come back though as the main was a bit let me down. Oh by the way, 50% of dishes in the menu are not available. 24th Jan 2022

Yelp
Food is expensive and not very good, service is very spotty. Ordered a few dishes to share. The empanadas were over fried and a bit hard, overpriced and didn't taste very good. I also ordered a corn meal with crab, this dish was better than the empanada. The service is very absent. Overall overpriced and not very good. Do not recommend!
