Beautiful landscape and excellent food. Prices are fair. Very good Wine options. Be careful because sometimes is crowded and cold. Ask them first a thermal protection or sit inside. Parking area is limited.

Chiringuito is a classic spot in the stunning bay of Zapallar. It’s simple and unpretentious, with traditional seafood-focused dishes that are About freshness. I had Corvina a la plancha—just fish and some olive oil with a simple salad with abocado and palmito hearts. Before that, some Locos with mayo and lime—nothing fancy, but pure and fresh with some mayo. This isn’t refined cuisine, but it’s excellent if you’re after fresh seafood. Ask the waiter what’s just come in to get the best catch. I went early in the evening, but it’s also a perfect lunch spot with a good wine list—Chilean cold white wine and seafood, with the bay view in front of you. Hard to beat!!

Wonderful seafood restaurant right on the beach. Prices are moderate and the octopus ceviche is fabulous (as is the Chilean sea bass ceviche). Excellent wine list, especially the Carmanere. You may bring your own bottle and there is a small corkage fee.

The seafood is a bit expensive but the quality of the food, the location and the service make up for it. It can be very difficult to find parking nearby, you may have to park some distance away with a big hill to climb.

This is a lovely restaurant in a great location. We went here to go penguin watching by boat and had lunch afterward. The food was really good and the service was great. Value for money wise its really good and you could not ask for fresher seafood, its literally landed next door. Not being a fishy person, I had beef for the main course that that was cooked to perfection. But this is really a restaurant for seafood lovers like my daughter. It also has nice views over the bay and of the pelicans. Certainly recommend this place.

The octopus was grilled to perfection, soft inside and crunchy outside very enjoyable. It came with delicious potatoes. The scenery was fabulous.

Amazing place with stunning views 😍 Fresh seafood 😋 and cold beer 🍺 all what you need in the sunny day 🌞 Not so crowded as other bars on the area and properly organised. Super helpful staff with deep knowledge of the menu and suggestions that makes difference in your choice 😉 Has children's high chairs and outdoor/indoor sitting area. Big parking space beside. Highly recommended for everyone.

Yelp
Loved this location. Right on the water, crashing waves about, pelicans flying by and sitting on the rocks. The service was amazing. Very attentive but didn't bother you every five minutes. We were served bread first and then offered water. The food was great too, we just had some shrimp with butter and garlic and some local mollusk. It was all amazing.

Yelp
We went last night and were able to get a table after about a 45 minute. It was right at sunset when we got there, so we took advantage and walked on the beach. By the time we were seated, it was dark so we sat inside. We were 2 couples and 4 little kids, so we didn't order much, just a bottle of Casa del Bosque sauv blanc and the seafood assortment, one cold and one hot. My favorite was the machas a la parmesana (razor clams). The kids just had French fries and we had started with a pisco sour (best I've had so far). The bill was about $140 USD. Five stars for food, service and ambiance and 4 for the value, but to be honest, it's a memorable location, off the beaten path so 5 stars total for the entire experience.

Yelp
Very good for Chilean service standards. This is the go to place for a tourist to visit. They do not have kids portions so we just split an adult serving for our kids.
