Having been to Thailand, I can say that this genuinely tastes the most authentic - with few exceptions. We ordered the pad Thai, pad sew, chicken satays, papaya salad and the yellow peanut chicken curry. Everything was delicious. The curry in particular is out of this world and I definitely recommend getting that.
Everything was very fresh and you could taste that in each bite of the papaya salad - which is almost as spicy as the ones we had in Thailand, so I’ll give a nod to them on that one. The pad Thai (I ordered shrimp) was an umami bomb. Really great balance of seasoning and flavour. And I appreciate that they didn’t use ketchup - you can tell when a place uses tamarind. And that they didn’t skimp on the fish sauce. Delicious. It’s a little pricey, which is the only downside, to be fair.
For two appetizers and three mains it came to $100 with tax and tip. Not awful by any means, but definitely more costly than thailand haha.
