Da Alfredo: A Culinary Gem in Paris
I recently dined at Da Alfredo in Paris, and it was an exceptional experience. The wait was short and well worth it. The ambiance is enchanting, with a warm, inviting atmosphere.
We started with mozzarella and tomatoes, perfectly complemented by pesto—no extra seasoning needed. The owner himself walked around, filling wine glasses and chatting, adding a personal touch. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive.
For mains, we had spaghetti with black pepper, spaghetti with veal, lemon ravioli, and truffle ravioli. Each dish had well-balanced flavors with no artificial or overpowering tastes. All the pasta and ingredients are made fresh daily, enhancing every dish’s quality and flavor.
Da Alfredo is a place I highly recommend for anyone visiting Paris. Truly exceptional!
