This place was wonderful. I genuinely don’t know if I have had better pasta before. I had ordered the fusilli with four Italian cheeses. It was amazing. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the cheese and sauce were incredible. For dessert I got a scoop of the chocolat and café glacé and received a hug in a bowl. The owner was probably one of the greatest people I’ve ever met, and helped us get a cab home. Over the week I stayed in Paris, this restaurant was by far the best I visited. Absolutely crazy delicious. Had the vitello tonnato, as starter with the grilled veggies. Then I had as pasta de linguine encre de seiche. Just amazing. My friend had a carbonara and luckily for me she did not finish it so… extra carbonara for men 🍝. The service is also just fantastic.

Came here for a lunch break with my friend and we absolutely loved it! The food was delicious, authentic Italian with a charming Parisian bistrot twist. The atmosphere was lively with a great crowd, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. Special shout-out to our waiter who was especially kind and attentive. Overall, great experience!

Da Alfredo’s kitchen team prepared 5 meals; beyond expectations; steaming, timed in unison; each unique and delicious; 5 perfect meals. Da Alfredo’s is genuinely focused on earning the right to success; with each impressive meal. Topped off with perfect Old Vine Reds; a present and focused owner leading an attentive, informed, courteous and respectful staff. Wonderful experience; 5 Stars.

Fine restaurant in Paris, near our hotel, L'HÔTEL DU COLLECTIONNEUR. The food was a treat, different from the Italian food we experience in the US. We enjoyed a great tasting wine, and a nice dessert. They did not complain when we asked for a split plate. Would definitely return.

It was the best!! Really good service, great atmosphere and delicious dinner. The owner allso really put in an extra effort to make us a table, since the place was already packed when we arrived! I will definitely be back if I come to Paris again. Sorry for the photos... the food was to good and we where way to hungry to take photos 🙈

Such a delicious meal ! I recommend the Tagliatelli Verdi, I loved it. Excellent ingredient quality, staff and atmosphere. Highly recommend ordering a dessert as well, they are homemade and supremely tasty.

Da Alfredo: A Culinary Gem in Paris I recently dined at Da Alfredo in Paris, and it was an exceptional experience. The wait was short and well worth it. The ambiance is enchanting, with a warm, inviting atmosphere. We started with mozzarella and tomatoes, perfectly complemented by pesto—no extra seasoning needed. The owner himself walked around, filling wine glasses and chatting, adding a personal touch. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. For mains, we had spaghetti with black pepper, spaghetti with veal, lemon ravioli, and truffle ravioli. Each dish had well-balanced flavors with no artificial or overpowering tastes. All the pasta and ingredients are made fresh daily, enhancing every dish’s quality and flavor. Da Alfredo is a place I highly recommend for anyone visiting Paris. Truly exceptional!
