Stepping into the restaurant, I was immediately struck by a genuine sense of welcome, a feeling directly attributable to the owner and the chefs. It was a pleasant surprise, especially as I navigated my first fine dining experience without any knowledge of French. The owner's patience in explaining the menu and assisting with my choices made the process remarkably clear and comfortable.
The open kitchen was a captivating element of the evening. Observing the chefs, their focused dedication to each dish was evident. Despite the restaurant being full, the wait for our food was surprisingly brief, a testament to their diligent work. The quality of the food itself was outstanding. The chicken dish, in particular, stands out in my memory, tender and succulent, it was the best I've ever encountered. The progression from a crisp salad to that memorable main course, culminating in a sweet tiramisu, felt perfectly balanced.
The overall experience was so enjoyable that I would confidently recommend this restaurant to others. It's a place I would return to without hesitation, simply to relive such a positive and engaging dining experience.
