What a lovely restaurant in Aalsmeer, where I've celebrated the 40e work anniversary of a colleague. The place is not that big, but that's perfect for a nice ambiance. The staff was amazing, very attentive and friendly. I started with the smoke eel, which was the most expensice started in the menu. The taste is quite traditional, nothing special done with it, just swrved with toasts and salads. As main, I took the rib-eye, which I expected to be a little thicker, but it was cut top thin. Presentation-wise, just simply served with pepper sauce and some veggies. The fries were served separately. The dessert, nothing to fault either, just a simple dame blanche. I did not get why they added a grape in it. All in all, it was a fun night.
